Adam with Bryan George Music services was our DJ for our wedding and did an amazing job. Everything went so smooth and we did not have to worry about anything. We had an older crowd and he was still able to get everyone off their feet and dancing. Would definitely recommend them for any event!

Bryan really helped set the tone of our reception and the tone he set was FUN! The music he played during dinner was done perfectly: the music was in the background, quiet enough for people to have a conversation without feeling like they are yelling. After dinner he turned up the volume and played a great mix of music that got people dancing. Not only did he remember our music tastes from our first initial meeting, he really noted what our guests enjoyed and adjusted accordingly.

Bryan's associate Adam actually deejayed the event (Bryan was booked with a different event) but I interacted with both of them leading up to the wedding day and again was consistently impressed.

Bryan could not have been easier to work with. I was able to communicate with Bryan frequently via email (my preference) and phone, and he was always responsive and helpful. In the week leading up to the wedding, he followed up on important details and even thought to ask questions that hadn't even occurred to me.

At the cocktail hour and ceremony, everything ran smoothly. Bryan was on top of everything and kept the flow of events moving just as we had discussed with nary a hiccup. I was worried about people dancing at the wedding, but as soon as Bryan started the music, EVERYONE was on the dance floor. He absolutely knew how to utilize the songs we had requested and incorporate them with music that everyone would love. I even had guests asking me to get a copy of the playlist because they enjoyed the music so much.

I interviewed several DJs before selecting Bryan. All the others sounded phony, didn't listen to what I was saying, and/or charged exhorbitant fees. Bryan was genuine, paid attention to the details, and his cost was exceptionally reasonable.

I don't plan on getting married again, but if I did, or had any other reason to hire a DJ, I'd go back to Bryan in a heartbeat. I will definitely go out of my way to recommend him to any friends or colleagues.

Not your typical cheesy wedding DJ. He was professional and not the least bit intrusive. The music sounded great (probably a challenge in a rotunda with marble floors and a high ceiling), and even though we had spoken on the phone the week before the wedding to plan everything, he was flexible enough to accommodate several changes to the schedule at the last moment. The price was also excellent- well below what some of his competitors were asking, and my hard-to-please Marine husband was impressed with his responsiveness when he initially contacted Bryan for a quote. And my planner told us a few weeks before the wedding that even though she had never worked with him before, she knew he was going to be good because he responded to her initial introduction phone call so quickly and professionally- he was the first of all my vendors to return her call. We were all very happy in the end, and would definitely hire him again.

Bryan did a fantastic job at our wedding. He was super accommodating and went out of his way to make sure that everything was just the way we wanted it. My fiance had a special performance planned during our reception and Bryan helped it come off incredibly well.

Additionally, Bryan ensured that our slide show went perfectly as well. Very helpful, very friendly, very professional and very good!

Bryan asked for our input every step of the way and tested everything out to make sure that it went without a hitch. We just got married on Saturday and Adam from Bryan George Music Services was our DJ – he was amazing! I was really nervous because my husband added some last minute requests to our song list AND we changed my father-daughter song the night before the wedding. Bryan and Adam worked with me to get these last minute changes addressed without a hitch and I was so happy to see it all fall into place. Bryan exceeded all of my expectations for my wedding DJ! He was an ideal announcer for the wedding party entrances with perfect pronunciations. He read the crowd extremely well, played all of my requested songs, and kept everyone dancing the entire night. From the first time my husband and I met with Bryan he impressed us with his professionalism and responsiveness. He was prepared and on time for our initial meeting and came with a thorough packet of information and sample music selections for our ceremony, dinner, and dance reception. He made sure he understood our timeline of events and clarified with me beforehand if he had any questions. Any emails I sent to him were responded to immediately and professionally which is huge in my book. The night of the event he arrived and set up without issue (at least none were brought to my attention) and his equipment worked great and was modern and not incredibly bulky, taking up little space in the room. If we ever need a DJ again we would definitely use Bryan. HIGHLY recommended!

Bryan was truly an excellent wedding DJ. He was professional and responsive during all of our communication prior to the wedding, and executed everything exactly as we had discussed on the night of. We had a non-traditional reception and ceremony, so I wrote out specific instructions for the evening the week before. We then talked through every part of the evening several days before the wedding over the phone. Our conversation left me assured that Bryan understood exactly what I wanted in terms of music for the night. Music was kept at appropriate volumes throughout the wedding, and Bryan was able to gauge the crowd and play songs that got everyone on the dance floor. He stuck to my "must play" and "do not play" list very well. Bryan was sure to check in with me at various points throughout the wedding, and was responsive to the last minute requests and changes I made. All in all, an excellent, professional, and affordable wedding DJ that I would recommend to anyone in the DC area.

Bryan George was so easy and pleasant to work with--he was definitely the least stressful vendor that I had to coordinate with before the wedding. We had some unusual song requests (Latin Jazz, an indie folk band from Ohio, and Weird Al Yankovic!), but he either found the songs or made it easy for us to email to him. Honestly, I didn't give the DJ much thought for the wedding planning (too focused on flowers, food, dress, etc.), but it turned out to be the most fun part of the event. I danced almost the entire time and one of the best and most special memories of my wedding was watching my 8 year old nephew play air guitar to Rick Springfield's Jesse's girl! I was planning my wedding from out of state so I had limited time to meet with vendors. For the months leading up to my wedding, I communicated with Bryan only on email yet I was completely confident in his abilities, based on this thorough communication.

Brian George of Brian George Music Services made my wedding day. Seriously. Hire him.

I firmly believe that the DJ can either make or break your wedding, so music was important to the groom and me. I hired Brian because of stellar online recommendations and a great introductory phone call. He sent us a CD that he had created for us and it was perfect. I was sold on Brian’s ability to make our wedding incredibly fun.

I planned my wedding myself, which was not a difficult process initially. After a while, I discovered that keeping on schedule the evening of the wedding was going to prove challenging. I had my bridesmaids to help me, obviously, but I wanted them to be able to relax and enjoy my wedding without being loaded with responsibilities. Without a planner or someone else to guide people and watch the clock, I was concerned that we would not be able to fit everything in. To add to my scheduling troubles, we also hired an Elvis Impersonator as a surprise performance for our guests. I had no idea how I was going to coordinate his arrival and ensure he had all the equipment he needed to rock out.

Enter Brian, who diligently walked through our schedule- from wedding prelude to the last dance- a couple weeks prior to our wedding. Brian was so organized and so ready to keep everyone else on schedule. Brian also worked with our Elvis Impersonator to hammer down details, arrival times, music selection, etc.

The result? A perfectly coordinated wedding with incredible music and a very surprising Elvis appearance. Brian’s music selections kept our guests dancing all night long and he was extremely professional. While I was not expecting to get a DJ and a day-of coordinator, that’s exactly what Brian was for us. Knowing that he had everything under control was incredibly calming- he was the reason that I was more or less stress-free on my wedding day.

All of our vendors were amazing, but Brian stands out as the most organized, most professional, most step-up-to-the-plate of all of them. I could not possibly recommend him highly enough.

Bryan was the DJ for our wedding in October and he did an amazing job. Many of our guests commented on how great the music was and how they had never seen so many people dance at a wedding reception. Bryan was also extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the planning stages. He coordinated the sound for our entire day, including ceremony, even though we had hired a guitarist for the ceremony and cocktail hour. I would definitely recommend Bryan for anyone looking for a DJ.

Bryan is a great DJ and really took our requests into account when planning the reception music. He kept our guests dancing all night long and played a good variety of music for all ages there. He is extremely quick to get back to you and is very detail-oriented with his work. Also, he wasn't on the microphone the whole time but has a great speaking voice and did a great job introducing the bridal party, speeches, etc. I would definitely recommend him as a DJ for any event!

I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. This wedding was scheduled with only two weeks notice since the groom was being deployed. We contacted Bryan with almost no planning time at all and he jumped to the challenge. He met us at the reception location to view the room and made some excellent suggestions to make the sound system work to accommodate the extra length of the room. Bryan was pleasant and easy to work with, ensured all our song requests were played and filled in with a variety of songs from the genre's we chose. He helped keep the reception organized, made all the announcements, and pleased everyone even more by playing last minute requests from individuals. Bryan also ensured there was music played that the children would enjoy. You absolutely cannot go wrong with using Bryan's company; he was completely professional yet fit in just like one of the family.

We hired Bryan for our backyard June wedding and are so glad we did! He was super attentive to what we wanted, was easy to talk to and please all our guests no matter the age. Everyone at the wedding raved about him. He was able to work with our schedule and was flexible with any changes that went on from weeks before straight up to during the ceremony. He was also about half the price as other DJ's I contacted that friends have used in the past for their weddings. I would DEFINITELY recommended him for any event!

I was nervous about hiring a DJ for my wedding because there is no way to really sample their work ahead of time the way you can with a photographer or a florist. Fortunately, Bryan was easy to work with during the planning process and provided excellent music at the wedding reception, too. He answered emails quickly, worked with me to cue up songs at exactly the right time, and paid close attention to the list of songs I asked him to play. I could not have been more pleased, and I would highly recommend him.

Bryan did a great job at my wedding. I was mostly hands-off, and asked him to choose most of the music. He did a perfect job. He was highly responsive to any questions I had, and always returned my phone calls promptly. I was impressed with how organized he was, right from our very first meeting. He presented me with a folder of song options, and a sample CD, in a personalized folder. He gave me some good advice on song selection and song length when I called to get his help choosing the first dance and father/daughter dance songs. I was also impressed with the way he handled a pushy guest at the reception. Bryan was very cool and calm, and difused the situation nicely. I highly recommend Bryan as a wedding DJ.

When guests compliment the DJ already during cocktail hour, one can be sure that Bryan was an excellent choice. We gave him some song selections but total freedom to pick what's appropriate in those genres and he executed it wonderfully. I couldn't be dragged away from the dance floor, because all the songs he played just had to be danced to. Bryan was very accomodating when it came to our first dance song choices and made the transition just like we wanted to.
I wasn't present at the first meeting, but my husband told me he came fully prepared with forms to fill out for song selections, time lines and questions about the lay out of the venue.
He also provides a wireless mic, which is really handy for toasts and speeches and he worked really well with the coordinator to keep the wedding moving smoothly and made sure he pronouced all the names correctly, even though both my husband and I have difficult to pronounce names. He was even able to provide an impromptu karaoke for my husband.

We recently had Bryan as our wedding DJ. Leading up the wedding, Bryan's relaxed and knowledgeable demeanor kept us calm. He happily took on the planning of all the things we didn't want to deal with, but was very helpful in doing anything unusual at our request. Bryan was prompt at replying, even to late night phone calls.

At the wedding, Bryan kept the music at just the right volume during all parts of the day, was flexible with last-minute schedule changes, and managed to keep more people on the dance floor having a great time than we expected during dance portions.

Bryan was AWESOME! He was professional and supplied everything we'd need for the reception - microphone for the speeches, special songs picked out for the garter toss/bouquet toss, first dances etc. He was willing to get any songs we wanted and gave suggestions when we asked. I found Bryan through a friend�s recommendation. He had done her wedding and got rave reviews. My fianc� and I set up a meeting and from the beginning Bryan was flexible and accommodating. He worked around my night shift schedule and we set up a meeting within a week of talking on the phone. When we sat down for our meeting it was clear he knew what he was doing. He had a questionnaire about what we were looking for and a template for all the possible specific songs we might want from processional to an end of the night exit song. From speaking with him I could tell he would be comfortable with a lot of specific direction or planning the whole thing himself. That was a huge weight off since I didn�t want to have to plan every single song! He even had original suggestions for first dance songs that I never would have come up with. By the end of the meeting he gave us a quote (under our budget!) and we booked our date. We knew he was worth his weight in gold when our reception venue in DC fell through and we suddenly had to move our ceremony/reception to Philadelphia! This was complicated more because it meant he would need to provide ceremony and reception music at two different venues. We proposed paying for a hotel and travel expenses and he seemed excited by the challenge. This obviously meant a lot of communication and questions and Bryan answered all call and emails promptly. On the big day he showed up before the promised time and everything went perfectly. A lot of guests complimented us on our music and Bryan had people dancing from 6pm to midnight! I would highly recommend him for any bride who needs an attentive, professional and budget-friendly music service.

Bryan George at DJB Productions helped us coordinate an amazing wedding reception. We entered into the process with an idea of how we wanted the evening to go, and Bryan was able to refine our concept into a party. Bryan really set the tone for the night, by developing the perfect playlist for our cocktail hour. Bryan George is the perfect DJ for your wedding. I cannot even begin to count the number of family and friends who commented on how much they loved the music for our wedding. We had a breakfast/brunch type afternoon reception with about 225 people. The afternoon flew by in a whirlwind of awesome music. Bryan immediately knew what the crowd was in the mood for and kept people entertained during the food, drinking, talking, and later dancing. The caterer had cleaned up and the party was still going strong! Before our wedding, Bryan was organized, helpful, full of prior knowledge about a wedding event, and ready to make our day unique.

Bryan was recommended to us by my brother-in-law's friend who recently used his DJ services at her wedding. Unlike other vendors, we only met with one DJ because after meeting Bryan, it was clear he was the best possible choice. His services were within our budget; he was early for our meeting and well-organized; he answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly; and was consistently in touch via email throughout the planning process. Bryan also seems like a genuinely nice person and was very easy to work with; our other vendors (i.e. photographer) also seemed to get along well with him. The music at our wedding (for both the ceremony and reception) was very important to us, and Bryan was great about taking all of our suggestions/play lists and following them carefully -- while also filling in any gaps with great song choices. And he told us upfront that he doesn't do a lot of talking, unless asked -- he announced anything we asked him to, but otherwise just stuck to the music and was behind the scenes. He was also very patient while working with us the day of the wedding -- we had to decide last minute to have the wedding indoors due to weather and that changed the processional, and Bryan was great in dealing with that last minute. We highly recommend him!!

Bryan did a great job as our DJ at our wedding reception. He was easily accessible for any questions before the big day, and the day of, everything went very smoothly. He kept the dance floor packed and got in all of our must-plays and do-not-plays. He's very flexible and I wouldn't hesitate to be very detailed with your likes and dislikes, though he also does a great job of reading the crowd and going from there. I had the pleasure of working with Bryan in June 2011 for my wedding of 225 guests. Simply put, Bryan was very professional, really personable, and I completely trusted him to make sure our music was the perfect blend of old and new. He uses streamlined Bose speakers that are inconspicuous, which is a huge plus for well-designed events. He made a huge effort to be at the final venue walk-through, and worked with our coordinators to lay out the speakers and slide-show set up. We had a larger bridal party with extra godparents, and he was sensitive to our traditions while also suggesting some time-saving changes to our bridal entrance. It was a little pricier to request Bryan DJ our wedding himself, but was worth the money. Thanks for everything, Bryan!

Bryan was awesome - he was incredibly flexible when it came to our (complicated) first dance multi-song shenanigans. Even though we were married in the middle of a hurricane, he was professional, brought backup equipment, and was flexible with songs the night of. My only concern was more to do with the acoustics of our venue. It was reallllly hard to hear bridal party announcements. Bryan said he had experience in that venue and that although it was challenging, he could make it work. Guests reported they couldn't hear a word he said.

We chose Bryan as the DJ for our wedding because we really wanted someone close to our age that would let us select almost all of the songs played over the course of the night. He used his professional judgment to put the songs in order, and fade some of the songs out a little early if they weren't big crowd pleasers. The result was an INCREDIBLE dance party with the people we love and the music we love.

Bryan also set up the mics for our ceremony musician (a friend of ours playing the guitar), and the amplification was just right for the music and the officiant/readers. Bryan was professional, pleasant, responsive, and accommodating throughout the planning process. I highly recommend him!

I used Bryan George Music Services for my wedding in early June 2011. I couldn't have been more pleased. Bryan is very organized and has the whole day lined up prior to your wedding day to ensure a smooth wedding. We even changed our mind and asked him to a play a few "unexpected" songs from my husband's ipod and Bryan quickly and efficiently had our songs playing on the dance floor. I was also thrilled that everyone got up and danced during our reception. The music was perfect and we had a whole night of dancing!

Bryan was very professional and accomodating to all of our requests for songs to play, songs NOT to play, and foreign music that was definitely out of his normal library. His setup for the cocktail hour and subsequent transition to toasts/dinner, then dancing, went very smoothly and the dance floor was occupied the entire night.
