My husband and I are extremely happy with the services we were provided by Doug Nevick and Jonathan. Before the wedding, we met with Doug to discuss all the photos we would want on our wedding day. We also scoped out the area we'd be taking photos and he was full of creative ideas. On the day of the wedding, Doug and Jonathan were hard-working, professional, creative, friendly, prepared, and fun! We loved working with both of them, and although we have only seen one photo so far (AMAZING!) I am confident we will be pleased with the photos! Our (and our guests') favorite part of the day was the photo booth! Everyone loved taking fun, silly photos at the reception. I would highly recommend Djn photography to anyone looking to hold on to beautiful memories captured by skilled photographers at a great value!

My husband and I couldn't be happier with DJN Photography! The owner Doug and his skilled second shooter helped to make our wedding day so special and memorable. Doug is highly professional, creative, fun, and a pleasure to work with. He calmly and efficiently organized our large bridal party (and large family) into all the shots we requested, and did a great job keeping to our pre-arranged schedule. We didn't have to worry about a thing. We were also thrilled with his ability to take advantage of great "unplanned" photo opportunities. We received numerous comments from guests about how friendly, non-invasive, and in-the-right-place-at-the-right-time the photographers were. As for post-event, he continued to communicate with us about a timeline for our proofs and prints, which finished ahead of schedule. We are in love with the finished product and very happy to have the printing rights to all the photos, which he provided on lovely personalized discs. DJN has been fantastic since our first phone call 8 months ago and continues to impress us. Highly recommended!

DjN photography was one of the best parts of the wedding. He was very professional, flexible to what we wanted, but was able to be fun and relaxed as well. His ideas are open, and he's always looking for what his customers are interested in. He has a natural talent for taking pictures that are out of this world. I have told a bunch of friends and family that the experience my husband and I had with him in our engagement session and wedding was one that I hope every bride and groom is able to have with their Photographer.

DjN Photography was such an incredible experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Doug was super creative, flexible, fun and professional. We, as well as all of our guests, we're thoroughly impressed with the quality and quantity of photos we received.

Doug and his assistant spent the entire day with us. I felt like royalty with this constant presence. He was able to capture moments that I sincerely cherish. I felt like they truly understood what was important to us and they made visual memories that will last forever.

DJN Photography was the right fit from the start. Doug made me comfortable knowing that I could afford wonderful photography even though we were on a tight budget. I love that he taookthe time to know what types of photo's we liked and didn't, so he could match our taste- but he went far beyond our expectations! Doug was early to our appointments, and professional without being stiff and impersonal. My grandmother loved that he let her take pictures alongside him, instead of pushing out of the way like my cousins photographer.

I would feel comfortable recommending DJN to not only friends, but even my boss, because I know they would make the same great impression.

I always have a second shooter.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes, when you hire DjN Photography you are hiring Douglas Nevick and his style to shoot your wedding.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No, when you book me for your wedding you will be my only focus on that day.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, I work with a network of reliable, professional photographers who would be happy to cover at a moments notice

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

I bring 3 cameras, various lenses, needed lighting and other accessories. I make it a habit to always scout a location before hand to make sure I have everything I need.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes, I always have backup equipment.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

All my packages are for full day photography.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Usually our clients offer for us to have dinner.

Do you charge for travel?

I do, if the wedding is out of state or out of the country.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Typically, 3-5 weeks depending on work flow.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Your finals will be full print quality and unformated so that you can crop them how you see fit.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

The finals are yours to keep

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

I do retain copyright to the photo in the sense that I am allowed to use them where ever I see fit (advertising, website, etc..) But I do give clients the printing rights to the photos.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes you will receive the digital copies of the finals on High Resolution DVD

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes, you will be provided an online gallery that is password protected. 

What kind of albums do you offer?

I offer books and Flush mount albums

When will the client get the final album?

Typically, 3-6 weeks after the client receives the digital copy for revisions.
