Debbie and her staff provide hosting and bar tending services. They will see that your guests are well attended with the highest degree courtesy and professionalism. They will keep an eye your your guest's needs and know many tips to keep your event going smoothly. They come prepared and will help put things away and clean up.
I know they have done this for two other couples and they have talked about them positively as well.

Domestic Affairs is an Event Staffing Service that provides Certified Bartenders and Professional Wait Staff for your event based in the Dallas and surrounding areas. We specialize in great service for creative and memorable affairs, ranging
from small intimate settings, weddings, reunions, large groups to corporate events.
We staff and provide the following services:
Appropriately attired wait staff
Certified Bartenders
Setup Bar and party area
Greet guests at door
Serve and carry appetizers to guests upon request
Replenish buffet tables as necessary
Clean and remove all dishes from party area
Buffet packed and put away
Trash bagged and delivered to disposal containers
Kitchen and restrooms cleaned

HOW MUCH LIQUOR DO I NEED?
Alcohol for catered function figure at 2 to 3 drinks per person.
Slow parties 2 drinks, 3 and sometimes 4 for faster past parties.
Example: A 100 TO 150 guest party should have a total of 3 drinks per guest.
Use the conversion scale below to help you figure how much liquor to buy for your guests.
Conversion Scale:
1 beer =1 drink
1 bottle of wine = 4 drinks
1 keg =144 beers
1 liter of liquor = 33 drinks
