Dona Massa was professional, warm, welcoming and talented!! Having people like Dona as part of my wedding "team" made it fun, easy and memorable. She was professional from the moment I contacted her, she was always available for questions and flexible with trial schedules. My makeup was stunning, it not only looked nice in person AND in the pictures it was comfortable!! People are still complimenting my makeup along with my wedding parties makeup. She was able to work with my grandmother and make her look 20 years younger!! She has a beautiful talent to compliment her warm personality!!

Dona was amazing! She made me feel (and, in my opinion, look) so beautiful on one of the most amazing days of my life. Dona Massa Makeup was absolutely magnificent! Being a makeup lover and a person who wears makeup everyday, I was very picky when it came to choosing a makeup artist for the big day. I went to two previous makeup artists for trials before finding Dona. Dona worked with me during my trial a few months before the wedding to get the perfect look and she really made me feel so comfortable. She uses high quality makeup that truly lasts! I had my make-up done by Dona a few years ago when I was a bridesmaid in my friend’s wedding, and I knew when I got married I would have to have Dona do my make-up. Dona was amazing! Dona is so talented - not only did she do an amazing job on my makeup, and my entire party, but she was able to cover up a terrible burn that I got on my lip from a wax the day before the wedding (never do this ladies!). No one even noticed something that was very noticeable before she worked her magic. Her prices are also reasonable. Donna was a true professional and a very kind person as well! I've recommended her to many friends already.

Donna did an absolutely fabulous job with my makeup on my wedding day as well as my bridesmaids and mother! Everyone looked absolutely GORGEOUS! I set up a trial with her months in advance and enjoyed that also - she really helps you choose and decide what will look best on you and then tries it out so you can decide what you want for your big day. She also took notes and knew exacatly what products to use on the day of the wedding from what we did at the trial. When she arrived on my wedding day she was prompt and ready to go! She got us all ready in time and everyone looked great and enjoyed getting in the makeup chair and chatting with Donna while she did their makeup. We could not have asked for anyting better! My makeup lasted very well also throughout the night - it was hot out during my ceremony and I was sweating however my makeup still looked good throughout the entire night! Thank you Donna!!!!

I found Dona Massa through an internet search of wedding makeup artists in my area. Did I ever luck out! I met Dona during a trial run; she did a wonderful job on my makeup, and I knew that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would recommend Dona Massa to any bride! All of my bridesmaids got their makeup done by her, myself(bride), and my mother. Everyone's makeup looked so amazing and really enhanced natural features rather than looking heavy and overdone. I am still in awe with how great everyone looked. Dona's impressive work history has truly made her into an extremely knowledgeable and talented make-up artist. What impressed me most about Dona was that she made all of the perfect make-up choices for me on the first try at my trial. From my experience with other make-up artists, this does not always happen.
The make-up Dona applied for my wedding was soft and pretty with sexy, smoky eyes done just right. I had enough make-up on for the pictures, but I also had a natural look overall. I received so many compliments on my wedding day make-up and I still do when we look at the pictures from our special day.

I made so many phone calls looking for a Makeup Artist most of them never called back and other were asking way too much. Dona name was given to me by my photographer, and The Knot, and she ending up being the best person for the Job. She takes a lot proud in her work which is very hard to find these days. She made sure you were looking 110 percent. She also came to my house which many other makeup artist were not willing to do. I was very happy with the way I looked and my girls. Out of 7 of us not one person complained, everyone was very pleased.

How do I start?
I've known Dona since 1993 when she did my makeup for my first wedding.
She did the most amazing job and also had to deal with the fact that my Mom
got mugged a week before and had such severe black bruises under her eyes.
Dona covered it all. My Mom looked amazing and so did my Maid of Honor and I.
After that, she did my makeup for special occasions that I had to attend.
Always did an amazing job.
So of course when I was planning my second wedding in November of 08,
of course it HAD to be Dona. Again of course we all looked amazing.
My Mom commented how she would never forget how my eyes looked that day.

A+ ~ Dona Massa was great from the start. She was awesome for my trial, she was awesome when she did my make up for my bachelorette party & she was awesome day of! She did exactly what I asked for each time. She has a great personality and is easy to talk to. 5 other girls and then me had their makeup done by dona day of, and I have to say we all looked stunning that day! I couldnt be happier with what dona did for all of us! My mom also had a nasty bruise on her arm that was so visiable and dona saved the day by covering it up and making it non existent. Our make up lasted all day and it was a hot that day and I am a sweater! So its a miracle that my make up lasted, from like 11am till 1am, with me sweating like a pig in the 93 degree weather.

It was all because of dona that we all looked amazing that day and that it lasted from start to finish and that I felt like a princess the whole day!

I hired Dona to do makeup on my wedding day for myself, 3 bridesmaids and my mother. She did a beautiful job with everyone and worked quickly! Everyone's makeup looked fabulous and lasted all day. She was excellent and I would highly recommend her!

Donna did my makeup and my mother and sister's make for my wedding on August 9, 2008. She had done a practice session more than 6 months before my wedding and I knew right away that she was the one to do my makeup. The makeup was perfect for pictures and made me feel more beautiful than ever. My sister and mother looked more beautiful and glamorous than I had ever seen!

The only warning is that because of the fab job she does, she takes longer than she estimates and I would anticipate a longer amount of time needed for her services. Also, she was 40 minutes late (she said she hit traffic). Thankfully, we had left a LOT of time before the ceremony to take professional pictures. It is my only complaint about her and it really did not change my mind about her quality of work. The time and money is WELL worth it. The pictures are gorgeous and my makeup looked amazing all night. I definitely recommend her.
