I am not a dress-wearing person at all.. I was actually dreading how long it would take for me to find the right dress for me wedding. When I started looking through the racks the lady helping me pulled a dress that I really didn't think much of at the time, but as soon as I put it on I knew I was finished looking for my dress. It was absolutely gorgeous and I love it! They were extremely helpful and knew what would look the best on me.

I had been to two other stores in the Bridal District in Reading before heading down to Covington. This store went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations! Not as crowded as the Bridal District, which was great because I felt like I was important. The employees were extremely nice and helpful and listened to what I wanted. Mary helped me find my dress and she is amazing! I ended up buying a dress designed only for Fabulous Bridal and that was awesome because not many people would have it. I'm 100% completely satisfied with my experience and would recommend this bridal store over any of the others in Reading! :)

Fabulous Bridal really knows how to treat their brides. April did an amazing job helping me to find the BEST dress and it was the first one I tried on.

The service is fantastic and they have beautiful dresses. They have couture wedding gowns and they are a bit more expensive, but the quality of the dresses are amazing. My dress was an Essence of Australia and it had a courset with a bra and a slip, so no need for the expensive undergarments. I would recommend them to everyone.

They were great to work with. This was the first place that I went to shop for my bridal gown and I bought a dress that same day. I also purchased my girls (6), and flower girl dresses from here since I got everything 30% off for having our reception at The Madison which is an awesome deal. The ladies were very nice to work with, and everything came in on time. I gave a 4/5 for professionalism because one of the workers was rude to me which I didn't appreciate after all the business I was giving them. Also, when ordering our bridesmaid dresses, they accidentally used the 2010 sizing chart instead of 2011 to measure the girls with - so be careful of that. They could've gotten the wrong size in if I hadn't noticed. However, overall I would recommend this vendor to a friend and I had a great experience here.

I would recommend this shop, but with hesitation. When I went in they made me feel wonderful and so special, but they were incredibly heavy on the sales push. I decided to buy my wedding dress elsewhere but still went with them for my bridesmaids dresses. At first they quoted me $150 for the dresses and then 2 months later when it was time to order they quotes me $180. I fought this a little and they gave in the original price they quoted, and I happened to order during one of the months they offer 25% off all bridesmaids dresses (without even ordering my dress there!). Their value was definitely way better than every other place. When the dresses came in we only have one real problem. One of my bridesmaids who lives in Utah was supposed to have her dress shipped to her, after a few weeks of no dress I called the place. They proceeded to tell me someone picked her dress up. I knew there was no way this could happen so I had them tell me who signed the dress out and they couldn't find anything. They went and looked in their storage room and found the dress with no name. Basically the name fell off the dress so they just left it there, instead of trying to figure out who it belonged to. Then when they should have shipped it out they just assumed it was picked up because they couldn't find it (because it had no name). I was a bit disappointed in this whole thing but they shipped it to her with no problems after that and everything was fine.

I was immediately turned off by my assigned consultant. She seemed to have pre-determined that I was only there to "play dress-up" with my bridesmaids and not to buy a gown. She was dismissive and not terribly engaged in dress shopping for me.

I did, however, find my dress here. It was a beautiful Italian raw silk gown. I was able to buy it off the floor for half price. They even gave me 7-days to have it professionally cleaned and return it if the existing stain didn't come out. They also threw in my veil and gave me a $100 discount off a custom beaded belt I ordered. Although the consultant did not make the shopping experience terribly enjoyable, I walked out with the perfect dress for a great value!

I got my dress at Fabulous Bridal, and was so pleased with the selection and the service there. The girls there are helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with - it made the dress search fun! We were offered drinks while we waited, and my consultant was very helpful in working with my style and my budget. She offered several ideas for accessories, but wasn't pushy or rude. The store itself is also beautiful, and really made the shopping experience feel special. I would absolutely recommend checking them out!

Buyer beware when you purchase jewelry from fabulous bridal. Earrings came in defective and very poor quality. Did not hang right and turned the ear holes \"black\". Vendor refused to replace or compensate. We did purchase gown plus 7 bridesmaid dresses from them without incident. We went from being totally satisfied to extreme disappointment. I quess once the wedding is over they could care less about you. Purchase your jewelry elsewhere.

I absolutely LOVE/D my dress! I couldn't have asked for anything better! The staff was very helpful in my big search. Very professional and gave their honest opinion to any questions I had. I went in expecting my dress hunt to be very hectic and it was the complete opposite... it went very smoothly! I was very happy with the entire experience.

Fabulous Bridal gave me a really FABULOUS experience. The service was great, and they greeted us with beverages and champagne!! Elizabeth and April were very sweet and helpful. They were also very patient. I would highly recommend this place to get your wedding gown. The shop is beautiful and looks very high end. I bought my dress from Fabulous Bridal and really enjoyed my experience. I worked with Angelia and she was amazing. I had several things go wrong with my dress and shoes (not by any fault of Fabulous Bridal), but they were so wonderful and worked to get everything in and make sure I did not pay anything extra due to all the mistakes. I definitely recommend getting your dress there. They at least make the experience fun and really make you feel special, like a bride should feel!

I loved my Fabulous Bridal experience! Took my MOH and mom with me, and we browsed for dresses I wanted to try on. First dress turned out to be 'the one', but tried on 3 others just to be sure (and this wasn't a problem). The dress came in 2 months after ordering and fit perfectly. Only had to hem the dress since the dress had a standard hem lenth.
Ordered during the Essence of Australia trunk show, and absolutely loved my dress. The dress was integral to my comfort level-- I felt so beautiful (and everyone commented that I was :)

Amazing bridal boutique! When we walked in, we were served champagne and were able to browse without feeling stalked. Elizabeth, my consultant, was extremely calming and comforting. I told her my price range and she pulled dresses for me well within the range. I ended up choosing something that she recommended and I absolutely loved it. The store is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of mirrors and chaisse lounges for the bridal entourage. After traveling to the Reading bridal district in Cincinnati and being highly unimpressed, we were happy to find the "new" wedding haven in Covington. We were extremely impressed with everything about Fabulous-Bridal!

We had a wonderful experience at Fabulous Bridal - I came to shop with my mom and 4 bridesmaids, and we were greeted with champagne, then browsed the dresses deciding what to try on. The consultant also pulled some dresses to try on, and one of them ended up being the perfect dress! The private dressing rooms were large with lots of natural light, and there was plenty of space for my girls to sit comfortably while I was getting in and out of dresses. Once we had chosen my dress and veil, I was able to wear the dress while the girls tried on bridesmaid dresses to make sure it was comfortable. It was a wonderful, no-pressure, personal shopping trip, and I ended up with the perfect dress and veil!

I had a wonderful experience at Fabulous Bridal. I had the rare opportunity to work with a Manager, April, during my dress shopping experience. April was so patient and passionate about her job. She helped me sort through all different kinds of styles of dresses....hours and hours again. In fact, all the ladies know my face and even my name even though they never worked with me! Every time I saw April, she greeted me with a smile. My shopping experience with April helped form my decision on what store I wanted to buy my dress from!! I highly recommend!! They have BEAUTIFUL dresses to choose from! (Private dressing rooms and lots of natural light!)

I got both my dress and fake fur wrap from them. They are absolutely wonderful! I went shopping the weekend after I got engaged, just for fun. Theresa helped me shop and didn't get upset when I didn't want to buy. It's because of their attitude and the service I recieved there that I kept going back to my dress there--not only was it gorgeous, but I WANTED to give them my business!

The service at Fabulous Bridal was fantastic - my dad came with us on the search for "the dress" and actually bought a restaurant gift certificate for our consultant at Fabulous because he was so grateful for the advice and impressed with the attentive service. More than any other boutique I visited, they were very individual-focused, and very helpful in finding the perfect dress

I found my perfect dress at Fabulous Bridal! The staff was oh-so-helpful and friendly and helped me out beyond expectation. I found my dress and accessories on my first visit and had everything out of the way. It was great! Kayte was my bridal consultant and first helped me to find a beautiful and unique dress, then recommended the perfect sash to dress it up. To make things even better, the dress was on sale for 75% off! I strongly recommend going during one of their big sales (I think they have them about 4 times a year). Even though some of the dresses are what I would call "left over," there are also some REALLY beautiful dresses. Also, I got my veil on sale for 75% off, making a fabulous designer veil about $200! The staff are all very helpful and ready to help you at the drop of a pin. They love to dote over you and tell you how beautiful you are no matter what dress you put on (although they will tell you when they REALLY love a particular one). They also recommended a WONDERFUL seamstress to alter the dress. The only thing that wasn't absolutely perfect was that my sash took longer than expected to get in and I had a bit of a time getting someone to call me back when I called about it. However, it was in with plenty of time to spare, so I really can't complain!

I felt so special at fabulous bridal. They give you champagne and make your family feel very comfortable. They pick the dresses for you and they did a spectacular job.

I was very impressed with the selection of dresses to choose from. The service provided by the staff was very professional and helpful.

Fabulous Bridal was the first place I visited to try on gowns, and it was the perfect "bridal" experience! They are very friendly, and offered my mom, sister and I champagne, coffee or water as soon as we arrived. I had to fill out my info form, and then we were assigned to a salesperson. The salesperson walked through the entire floor with us to show us many different options, and let us take some time on our own to pick dresses. She also picked a few additional dresses to try on. She carried all the dresses to the upstairs fitting rooms, and got my mom and sister settled on the couches to view my dresses. Fabulous seems to carry a bit higher-end selection, although they have some variety on price point. They have a more limited selection than Bridal & Formal, yet they still offer all the different dress styles, just fewer designers. They can also order others in, and they seem to have a lot of designer trunk shows almost every weekend, to offer additional variety.

The fitting areas at Fabulous are just fabulous :) Really, they are very nice. Each girl gets her own roomy and private fitting room. The salesperson helps you in and out of each dress. After trying on the dress, you walk out into the "presentation area", where my family was, and there are large mirrors, room to walk around, etc. It was really fun, like a fashion show.

I ended up buying my gown from another store, mainly because it was clearance priced. However, I bought my sash at Fabulous Bridal, and I got tons of comments on it because it was different. It's called the bowtie sash.

I can't say enough good things about Donna's. They were very helpful. The bridesmaids all ordered their dresses from here. They personally delivered one of them to her house because it hadn't come in with the other girls dresses. That is customer service!

They were able to find me just the right dress as well as bridesmaid dresses.

I bought broaches for my bridesmaids to wear on the back of their sashes for the wedding. A couple of the broaches were broken when they shipped from the manufacturer. Fabulous Bridal did a good job of taking care of the problem and getting the manufacturer to replace them.

I got my attendents' bridesmaid dresses here. There were very helpful considering all my bridesmaids were from out of town and had to call in their orders. I even had to exchange bridesmaid shoes and I didn't have a problem.

When I picked out my dress, I asked for it to be have zippered back so we didn't have to worry about lacing it up, and when my dress came in it had a lace-up back. Luckily, I feel in love with it, but we ended up paying an extra $100 for the zipper when it didn't have one, so they did end up refunding the $100 but it was quite aggravating at the time! Just make sure the designers can do what you want them to do, because that was a line where they couldn't alter the lace-up.

Fabulous Bridal was absolutely amazing. They had the best customer service that I have ever experienced anywhere. The staff was amazing and were so eager to help in any way possible. The atmosphere was so nice and they really made you feel like you were a princess. It was worth every single penny spent there. I cannot say enough good things about them!

Unfortunately, Fabulous Bridal didn't carry the designer of my wedding dress, so I had to buy it somewhere else. We bought our bridesmaids' dresses from here though and had a great experience. When we came in, they offered us water and champagne and were extremely accommodating to me and my sisters, letting us talk through options on our own but also offering timely input. When we weren't sure if the dress we picked would look right a larger bridesmaid, one of the associates actually tried it on! When the dresses arrived at the store, Fabulous Bridal shipped them to my bridesmaids who lived out of town, which was really amazing.
The dresses ended up being pretty expensive, but I'm not sure the Fabulous Bridal has much to do with that anyway. My only criticism is that they didn't carry many accessories. I went there looking for flower girl attire and accessories (basket, gloves, shoes) and a ring bearer pillow and didn't find anything in ivory.

Originally I was going to purchase my gown at Donna Salyer's Fabulous Bridal, but I found them very hard to work with. I had trouble getting ahold of my consultant after our meeting and found out later that she was no longer working there. The new consultant was unable to find my paperwork, etc. so I decided to look elsewhere.

What can I say, the staff at Fabulous-Bridal are fantastic. Tricia made sure everything was in on time and even early. Everything was perfect – they have such a big selection and their service is second to none. I was offered champagne every time I was in the store and was so impressed with all the girls that work there. I can’t say enough great things about Fabulous-Bridal!

I purchased a sash for my dress from Fabulous Bridal although I did not purchase my dress from them. I didn't recieve the best service, I felt that I was rushed through on a quiet weekday afternoon. When my sash (which was a great price) arrived, it was stained and very messy. The manager was extremly apologetic and promised to have a new sash in just a few days, that turned into 2 weeks, which was too close to my wedding. When I arrived to pick up the sash I opened it up and inspected it very closely - the sales clerk seemed upset that I was second guessing the quality of what I purchased.

Maybe you'll have better luck making a larger purchase, but I wouldn't want to try to find out.

Very friendly, knowledgable, attentive staff. High quality of product. Free champagne for bridal party during visits to the boutique.
