Doubletree Beach Resort Tampa Bay / North Redington Beach

Our wedding was beautiful and the Redington Beach Doubletree made it wonderful! The staff was wonderful, they all knew who we were and were always so nice. We can not wait to go back there!

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was working with Marie Molina at the DoubleTree and the rest of the staff too. I was an out-of-state bride and all my arrangements were handled perfectly and professionally. The DoubleTree is extremely reasonable in their prices and a very lovely hotel. We will for sure be visiting again!!

Marie (our catering manager) was amazing from day 1 when we came to view the property - we immediately booked the room and beach for a PERFECT beach wedding.The staff here are friendly, courteous and ALWAYS helpful; they made our day the happiest one and a time we will not only remember but also cherish !Thank you to the enitre DT Team and especially to you Marie - we had an amazing time !!!

DoubleTree Resort North Redington was best known for flexibility. You can pretty much form your own package for the reception. It was wonderful having a location right on the beach that was able to conform to our budget. Marie Molina was most helpful getting back quickly to emails and questions. The food was excellent all of my guests enjoyed and complimented the quality in the buffet we chose. They made sure they fulfilled our needs 100%. They were professional, friendly and courteous. I recommend this location for brides who want a nice ceremony and reception right on the beach. We were at the beach for a week and visited the tiki bar before we left, they had a reception for another wedding on a friday night. Seems like alot of people do their ceremony and reception there. I found this gem accidently, definitely satisfied my needs!

My husband and I stayed the night at the DoubleTree on our wedding night, it was so perfect! We came into the hotel in our wedding attire and all the staff was so nice and friendly to us, everyone was very helpful. The room was clean and beautiful, with a balcony to sit on and a beautiful view of the ocean. The price of the room was wonderful too. I'd completely recommend this DoubleTree to any other brides!

We had our rehersal dinner, ceremony and reception at the Doubletree. Everthing was amazing! The staff at the Doubletree were awesome! They were so nice and helpful. Our wedding planner Marie made sure that everything ran smooth and was very responsive to our million questions during our planning process. The food was great and the location was perfect. The weekend was everything that we had hoped for and one we will never forget!

I had my reception at the Doubletree Tampa Bay, and it was amazing! I had an intimate wedding with only 20 guests. I wanted a nice place to have the reception, without spending a lot of money. This place was perfect! The staff was so friendly, and the food was the best wedding food I've ever eatin, and all of our guests would agree!

Marie at the Doubletree was wonderful! She responded to all of my questions and concerns promptly and made planning our wedding go as smoothly as possible. All of the staff at the hotel were great and made all of our guests feel welcome. Everything went smoothly and our wedding day was perfect!

I would highly recommend the Doubletree in North Redington Beach. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Marie, the event coordinator, was always quick to reply to our questions and very friendly as well. The food was great! Guests at the reception also commented on how good the food was. We had about 75 people at the reception and the size of the room was just right. We stayed in the parlor room suite for the night of our wedding. It was huge, and right on the gulf. What a nice place! Clean, casual, yet classy. We plan on returning for our 1st anniversary.

All I ever wanted was a beach wedding, and Doubletree provided me my dream beach wedding! Other hotels on the beach do not have the ceremony so close to the water and even have sand dunes as the backdrop. So if that is what you want, then don't have your wedding here. But if you want the water in the background for all your guests to face and in all your wedding pictures, then this place is perfect! Marie Molina was my wedding coordinator at the hotel and she always responded to my emails promptly and was always very helpful and accomodating. I had my rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception there and everything was flawless. I had no complaints from any of my guests who stayed at the hotel during the wedding, and the food was just AMAZING. Absolutely delicious. My biggest advise is this: if you are planning on having more than 80 guests, then this might not be the place for you. I had 75 guests, and they fit perfect. I used the Sunset room for my reception, and any more than 80 would be really crowded and uncomfortable.

Our Wedding experience at the Doubletree Resort in North Redington Beach was absolutely incredible. The Staff is always striving for a "10" as worn proudly on their nametags. Marie Molina is wonderful and is there every step of the way to ensure your day will be great and run very smoothly. Marie is very accomodating and we were very impressed with her ability to coordinate all of the Wedding requests. She is simply the best and we thank her again and again.Also the Sales Manager Dee Dibble is so much fun to work with. She is the great with people and made us feel like family while coordinating our event. She is very friendly and professional. We definitely got our money's worth. We chose a luau menu with incredible hors d'ouevres and a great buffet. The price was all inclusive and we opted to go with a signature drink instead of a bar which made it even more of a value for the location. We had our ceremony on the beach which was very lovely, but if I could do it again, I would have asked if the beach could have been cleared just a little more of umbrellas and beach chairs, they're in all the pics. It was understood that it is a public beach and only so much could be done. Marie was very accommodating and dealt well with any issue that arose. The sunset room is a little tight. If you are putting 100 guests in the room, know your dance floor will be small. This does allow for an intimate affair though. We also did our rehearsal dinner and bridal luncheon/hair and makeup with this vendor. It was very nice to keep everything in one area.

They were great! Food was fab and the staff was excellent! I had my RD/Welcome dinner plus the wedding and the food was fabulous!!

We had our Rehearsal Dinner at the DoubleTree Beach Resort, and you won't hear any complaints from us! We absolutely loved working with them, and having our rehearsal dinner there! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the weather and setting was perfect!

I had the best experience with this place! I wanted my wedding on the beach and the North Redington Doubletree had all the means necessary to make this a fabulous experience. I had the best wedding planner ever that they provided to see that my day ran smoothly and all of the task leading up to the wedding day were taken care of. The food was great, the view was amazing, and the service this hotel provided was overall perfect!

Hotel and bar were really nice. Ocean views were awesome! You even got warm chocolate chip cookies at the front desk. Wireless internet only worked in the lobby though :(

Beds are really really comfortable! Staff was very courteous. I actually left my wedding dress behind and they knew exactly where it was when I came back to get it.

Would not recommend due to stolen gifts, locked out of room on wedding night, bar additions that we paid extra for were incorrect, cake top ruined, and many missing decorations. At 9pm the staff kicked us out of the reception room, locked the doors, and shut the blinds. They were not respectful towards any of our decorations that they cleared and put the cake top on the gift cart instead of in the refrigerator as they said they would. From the time we were kicked out of the reception room until the time they put the gifts in the hallway near our room, we had (9) gifts stolen. The only persons that could have taken anything were the staff. I actually put one of the cards on the gift table at 9 as we were getting pushed out, and that one card was missing. We had to call our entire guest list and find out if they put anything on the table that “disappeared” so we could file a police report. We could not get into our wedding suite because the door would not work and then when we did get in, we were stuck in the room. I was stuck in my wedding dress until almost 1am and my wedding party could not leave because their car keys were in the wedding suite. A total of $450 was lost in gifts and the hotel would not do anything, nothing at all in regards to the bar, the cake, our ruined wedding night or the stolen gifts. We requested a meeting with the manager to go over all the problems, but they would not meet with us. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful until 9pm and then it was a disaster. The place is inexpensive comparative to most beach hotels, due to the minimum being less, but the hotel management is very rude and inconsiderate. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR RECEPTION OR ANY OTHER EVENT!!

The Doulble Tree is one of the absolute best wedding facilitys in tampa St. pete . You will be very happy at this hotel guaranteed!!

Great Location to have a beach wedding and reception. Staff goes above and beyond to help accommodate what ever the client's needs are..... Food is amazing and some of the nicest hotel rooms in the area.... Make sure you eat the warm chocolate chip cookies baked fresh daily for all hotel guests!!!!!

Great place to have your ceremony on the beach and receiption. Maria and her staff is awesome and very concerned that each wedding is taken care of to their best ability. Whether its couple only to 100. One employee told me: All weddings are special and get treated the same. Perfect attitude for a venue to have. They make me feel like I am part of their "resort family". Rooms are great and Resort is always clean. I would always suggest this Resort.

Beautiful Tropical Paradise. Fabulous for Beach Ceremony. Great Food. All this with a wonderful staff to work with. Marie is very accommadating and gives that personal touch to every Bride which is what sets her apart from the rest.

Great Venue! Easy to work with and helpful. Ready when they say they will be!
