This hotel and their function space is high class, top notch service. From our very first meeting our coordinator Jocelyn had tremendous patience and accommodated our every wish.
Before they allowed people into the ball room she pulled my husband and I into the room so that we could see it. IT LOOKED AMAZING . it was everything that we had imagined.
THE SERVICE could not have been better. The waitstaff was phenomenal, ensuring that everything came out on time. It seemed that the head table had a dedicated person to wait on us. I wish he had his name. My husband as 2 children and they accommodated their every want. They even made sure his son's meal came with mash potatoes and gravy instead of roasted potatoes. (this sounds minimal in the grand scheme of things but it stood out to us) Even when we came home from our honeymoon, people RAVED about the food, the decor and the service.
