DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Downtown

We chose this hotel for our wedding ceremony and reception based on the excellent rapport we built with Tom from day one. We felt very confident that he could deliver everything we needed for our Indian fusion wedding. Tom was very timely in responding to any questions or concerns we had, as were his staff. They made sure every guest felt at home and taken care of! On the wedding day, we had nothing to worry about as Tom and his staff worked with all of our vendors flawlessly to deliver a memorable wedding. Tom, we thank you and the team at the DoubleTree for a wonderful experience!

My final event manger was great to work with. However I went through 3 before him and a point where no one was there... "That’s the nature of the business" I was told. There were so many things promised that never came through that I cannot recommend this venue to anyone. We are 7th day and cannot eat any pork products. Although I specifically asked that none be in our food and also saw in BOLD PRINT - NO PORK PRODUCTS, there were trays of every pork cold cut you could find at my cocktail hour... And the event manager had the nerve to state, "they didn’t eat a lot, I wonder why". I didn't know until I saw the pictures. Parking was included into package, yet they charged guest $15 a car. They tried to charge us for our hotel rooms that were part of the package. SO many other issues were noted and they offered no form of compensation! Still trying to speak to a Hotel Manager.

I had my wedding downtown and loved this venue for the reception. The food is amazing and the cooridinator, Becky, is hands down the best cooridinator! She made everything so easy and she is very flexible to work with! The Double Tree by Hilton in downtown Orlando makes sure that everything is as easy as possible for you!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful and a ton of fun! Our guests were having so much fun after the reception ended they didn't want to go home so they went down to the bar and then walked to a local bar to continue the party. The staff at the hotel are wonderful, very attentive, reasonable, and the food was good.
