Everything was AMAZING!! The staff was super. We could not have asked for a better place!! Noelle was outstanding through the whole process. She answered all of my many questions promptly and was the sweetest person to deal with. She made sure every detail was to my liking. The night went PERFECTLY!! The food was amazing. We have only good things to say about the DoubleTree. The entire staff was accomodating to everything we needed!!

Noelle made planning my wedding so easy and efficient. The room was beautiful and the food amazing. We received so many compliments on both. Noelle took care of everything.

Noelle was a delight to work with our entire enagagement! She was very organized and delightful everyday! Our event ran very smoothly and would recommend the Doubletree - Alsip to everybody! Everybody complimented our reception saying how fancy it was and we paid less than comparative venues! Book there now to have the wedding of yoru dreams!

I can't say enough good things about the DoubleTree and, specifically, Noelle. Every last detail of our wedding was perfect, and Noelle was so wonderful to work with. From the first time we sat down with her and talked, we knew we were in great hands. She's very organized, professional, and accommodating. Special requests for the bar? No problem, extra cases. Vegetarian/kids meals? Done. Last minute gluten free meal? No worries.

The ballroom itself was gorgeous. Everything was set out so beautifully, including the centerpieces the hotel provided. No one was smushed or cramped(and there were a lot to smush and cram in!), every table was perfect.

And the food... amazing!! We had heard great things about it before booking, and we were not disappointed. The chef does some really great things. I especially loved our salad - sugared walnuts, mandarin oranges, house made dressing... it was amazing!

Noelle made sure our wedding day ran smoothly. Even though the hotel was packed with special events that night, you never would have known it. We felt like we were the only wedding there. Noelle checked on us several times and made sure I was well taken care of - she brought me a glass of wine while I was waiting for the introductions, something my bridesmaids didn't even think to do!

I am so glad we chose the DoubleTree!!!

This was just our Reception Venue. Everything was excellent from the start to the finish. Noelle, the wedding coordinator there, did everything that she could to make sure things went smoothly! There reception times are longer than most other places, plus things like the food, cake, linens and centerpieces are included inthe price of the reception hall. Great Deal! Definitely check it out!! Go there in person you will love it!!

We could not be happier with our experience with the Doubletree Chicago/Alsip. Their inclusive wedding package made things so easy, and was so customized to what we wanted. Noelle, the wedding coordinator, and her supervisor, Kelly, were responsive, helpful, polite, respectful, and imaginative while making our wedding day absolutely awesome. We planned a wedding in Chicago while living in Boston, and they absolutely worked with us and our schedule to make things happen. They really listened to what we said we wanted for our wedding day. They always promptly returned phone calls and emails, and on the day of, Kelly was overseeing the entire process. Our package included our served three-course dinner, butler-passed appetizers, our wedding cake, the tables, chairs, plates, partial centerpieces, etc., late-night snacks, favors, and an open bar, as well as the planning services of Noelle and Kelly, and set up of all of our decorations in our room. Our food was delicious, the service impeccable, the set-up perfect... from start to finish, everything went smoothly, wonderfully, fantastically. It could not have been easier, more worry-free, or more fabulous! So many of our guests came up to us and commented on how great the food was, and how smoothly everything went. Again, we could not be happier.

Noelle was very good at helping us plan our day. Everything was beautiful. The food was great and the special touches really made the evening.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago-Alsip is a great place for a wedding reception. We were looking around the Joliet area for a reception site, but felt that we were not getting a lot for our money. We turned to the DoubleTree and they were more than happy to welcome us. They are very helpful and we can tell they are genuinely excited to help us with our wedding. I feel like we are getting a downtown Chicago wedding with affordable prices and friendly service!

I really loved my wedding and Noelle was great to work with here. I had some problems the day of, but nothing major. One thing was my cake was smashed up when I picked it up in the morning. It was covered in fondant so it takes a lot to smash any of it. Also there was a huge chunk of cake missing from my cake. (we didn't use the cake the day of and were saving it for a next day party). Overall, Doubletree was a great hotel to have my wedding at!

Looking for a Great reception hall? Look no further than Alsip Double Tree. They have a super staff that works with not only the bride and groom but their guests and all the venders. The staff is always courteous and happy to assist in all of your needs. Noelle is just off the charts in her ability to bring everything together for your special day. The grand ball room is exquisite! The food is terrific and very consistent. As a vendor, who has done hundreds of weddings at the Alsip Double Tree I get excited just to work there! Two Thumbs up for Alsip Double Tree!!!

When I think of the Double Tree Hotel in Alsip, Illinois one word comes to mind...... OUTSTANDING! If you've ever had an opportunity to dine at this wonderful facility or even just had the opportunity to walk through the doors you know what I'm talking about! Being a Hilton owned property, you can expect customer service to be at an ultimate high!

Noelle, the banquet manager, is a great asset to any couple trying the know. She'll be by your side when you initially sign until the last dishes are served. You'll be confident walking into the Double Tree knowing she's on your side making sure all the small details come together.

Along with outstanding customer service, the food is also outstanding. Over the years we've had the opportunity to dine at several banquet halls around Chicagoland area and The Double Tree is by far one of the bests. Their master chef sure knows how to serve up some mean dishes!

If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind banquet facility on the south side of Chicago that mirrors the downtown hotels without the downtown price then I would highly recommend you check out The Double Tree in Alsip, Illinois. Tell em' Stevie Dee sent ya!

Along with all of the beautiful facilities at the Doubletree Chicago-Alsip, convenient location and great guest rooms for bridal party members, family and other wedding guests, the wedding staff at the Doubletree Chicago Alsip is top-notch! The detail that is put into the preplanning is unmatched in the wedding industry on the southside. Each time one of our DJs learns they have been chosen by a Bride & Groom to perform at a wedding reception at the Doubletree they know everything will run smooth & the guests will enjoy the food and service. Brides, Grooms and their family know what to expect by being allowed to have a tasting at Allgauer's Restaurant. Another bonus to having a wedding reception at the Doubletree Chicago-Alsip is the party doesn't stop when we play the last song, the spotlight lounge is open for wedding guests after the reception. This is one of the few venues that allows us to utilize our confetti cannon which makes for an incredible grand entrance for the Bride & Groom, FUN!
