Southtown Fever

We are coming up on our first wedding anniversary and one of the things my husband and I have said over and over about our wedding day was how unbelievably happy we are that we hired Southtown Fever and that it was the best money we spent on our wedding! We are still getting compliments on "that awesome band!" As a band they look stunning and they sound even better. Totally classy, great repertoire, awesome voices, I could go on and on. Bob Macar is a gentleman and was great to work with before the wedding. HIRE THIS BAND. They will make your wedding look and sound like a classy wedding from a movie.

What can I say??? This band is incredible. Bob was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our guests told us it was the best band they had ever seen. I was floored with their talent. If you are wanting to blow your guests away...booking this band is the way to do it!!!

I cannot say enough about Bob and his crew! He made every effort to make the music at our wedding exactly what we wanted. He is so easy to work with and was very helpful with the planning to make our wedding run so smoothly. THIS BAND IS THE BEST! Our guests said they had never heard a band sound this great at a wedding. We also used Dream State for the lighting, and it was absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend Dream State.

South Town Fever absolutely made the wedding into the party we hoped it would be! They were fantastic--from the mellow music for the cocktail hour to the all-out dance music that had old and young alike crowding the dance floor all night. Bob is such a professional, and the entire band was amazing from horns to vocals. The music was the most important aspect of the evening for my father, and he hasn't stopped talking about the band--he said it was worth every penny! We met with Bob about a week before the wedding, and he put together a great playlist that included some motown, oldies but goodies, and newer music that appealed to all tastes. They did a great job on our first dance song, Barry White's "Can't Get Enough of Your Love," and were very flexible when my dad changed his mind about which song he wanted for the Father/Daughter dance. Bob was also great at moving the evening along with energy and enthusiasm. Everyone kept commenting that they had never had more fun at a wedding and they had never danced so much because the band was extraordinary!! Thank you all for your amazing efforts and for sharing your talent on our wedding day!

AMAZING!!! People were dancing all night. We got AT LEAST 20 raves on the band during the reception! Bob Macar, the manager, is wonderful to work with. He made the night run perfectly. At midnight they sang me happy birthday!!I could not rave enough about this wonderful vendor!!! Grade: A+++

Southtown Fever was the best decision I could have made for our reception music. We had 200 guests and were told by nearly every one of them how amazing our band was. They got everyone up dancing and moving around. They helped to make our night a huge success. They provided us with a 12 piece band with horns and 5 vocalists. We paid the extra fee to have them never take breaks - that was a great decision b/c everyone loved it. By the end of the night everyone was still dancing and we paid them to continue to play for even longer!
