I thought when i found dream maker that it was such an awesome deal for everything i was getting. I was very unhappy with the service. I consider myself someone who is extremely easy to get along with. Before the wedding i would contact the dream maker team via email and get a response almost immediately however it seems like after they go my money and shot our wedding its like pulling teeth to get a response from them. Its been four months since our wedding and i just recently received our wedding photos, i have no video, no albums, and no prints. Hopefully the finished products of the video and albums change my opinion about this company. I feel completely let down with the service ive received since the wedding. I also hired dream makers dj which was a total disaster. He played the wrong song for my husband's and I's first dance. One of the biggest things people remeber was how terrible our dj was. I hope anyone else booking this company has beeter luck than i have had.



I thought i struck the jackpot when i found this vendor however little did i know it would soon become a complete nightmare. I went with this company for my pictures videos and dj. At the actual wedding the photographer and videographer were fine to work with however the DJ was awful. I spent so long putting together a detailed list of songs for him to follow yet he still managed to butcher the music. he played the wrong song for our first dance which ruiened a moment i will never get back. I finally received my pictures 3 months after the wedding. I got my albuml and prints after 5 months and i have yet to receive my videos SIX MONTHS AFTER MY WEDDING!! This compnay is so unprofessional it is rediculous. Ive called the company dozens of times only to get a voicemail. I have left dozens of messages only to receive NO RESPONSE and i have send 20 plus emails and have gotten nothing. I may sound harsh but i want to prevent anyone from going through the same head ache that i have been for the last six months. Consider this a warning this company does not know how to handle business professionally and definitly does not hold up their end of your contract!

My and my wife hired this company to do our wedding also just like the previous complaints made by the other person, happened to us we recieved our pictures and its one year later and we have one video of the wedding the only way I got them to answer the phone was to call from different numbers. On my last called they just hung the phone up on me. That is no way to treat a customer who paid money for a service.

Alan was our videographer for the day. He was unobtrusive and did his job very well. However, he did ask to leave early. Luckily, when we asked him to stay until the end (another 30 minutes) because we were doing a send off, he did. Our video turned out very well especially considering the constrictions the church placed on him. Our families were also very excited to see the video. Another plus of theirs is that they shoot in Blu Ray so you can get your wedding in high def.

Fantastic. I booked my wedding from another state based solely on their photo & videos online and I was VERY happy with my decision. They gave me superior service and the photos were breathtaking. Their DJ service was fantastic, and everyone at my reception had a great time dancing and enjoying themselves.

A+++++++++++ Dont hesitate! Rob is THE BEST! He was the MOST helpful wedding vendor I had. Mike who shot the video was spectacular and fun to work with. We had our video in hand in less than three months and our FULL and COMPLETE ALBUMS in less time! We LOVE our albums and we watch our video all the time. My husband was THRILLED to get a Blue Ray player as our promotional gift and he actually shows our video off to his guy friends! How many husbands go out of their way to show their wedding video?!?! You go, DreamMaker Video! You guys are AMAZING!
