I can't say enough wonderful things about Elika, she was exceptional from the start and went above and beyond in planning our wedding and accommodated us in every way possible! She guided Chase and I through the wedding planning process and created a wedding and reception that reflected us personally with a sense of style. During the planning stage, she simplified the many options available by using her extensive knowledge of vendors in the area, and years of experience to create a fun and relaxed environment for us and our guests. The weekend of, she managed the many details, logistics, timelines, and coordination of vendors, so that we were able to truly enjoy our special day without having to worry about anything! Throughout the process, she provided guidance on merging our priorities with our budget and assisted us in making the final decisions. Elika created a day that exceeded our expectations. Her personalized service and attention to detail made our vision of a simple, elegant, romantic affair a reality. Guests are still gushing about what a fantastic time they had. We've even been told our wedding was the most fun, most romantic, most incredible wedding our guests have ever been to- and that's all due to a beautiful job done by Elika! Excellent through and through. I find it interesting that all of these websites are tailored only to brides. Well, here I am representing the groom side of the equation because I was involved from the very beginning. Hey, it was my wedding too. Elika understood this and welcomed my input from the very beginning. I've worked on a lot of creative teams and that's exactly what this became throughout the wedding planning process. Because Elika has a wealth of experience in this field, she was able to steer us in the right direction and take into account details that we would have never even thought of. She knew exactly when to step in and when to pull back, the entire time keeping our vision of our wedding front and center. We were one of those couples that thought we could do it all and oh boy were we wrong. This was money well spent because when the day of our wedding arrived everyone was calm because we knew all the gears had been aligned like a well-oiled machine. Our guests loved Elika too. She is a one-stop shop, she even did things that I know are outside the scope of many wedding planning services like printing programs on fans (we had an outdoor ceremony) and creating an awesome framed seating chart that incorporated pictures of me and my bride. These touches start to really add up and the overall effect on us and our guests was WOW! Our guests are still talking about our wedding a year later. Elika is warm, personable, dedicated, creative, and I couldn't be happier with the service she provided for us.

Elika was integral to planning my wedding. I really wanted my Mom and I to take the lead and have our vision come to life. Elika's process enabled that to happen and asked the right questions when she saw potential hiccups or things that we hadn't thought about in our plans.
She also took on more responsibility when we were getting overwhelmed in making our programs, place cards and other things you think you'll have time for but never do. One of the main things I really appreciated was Elika's warm demeanor. I'm really sensitive and hate conflict. I felt comfortable telling her we wanted a different design for our programs, something she was helping us with. She really wanted us to be happy and I felt that. She came back with not just one option, but multiple choices enabling we'd be happy.
Her experience was invaluable in making our entire weekend one of the greatest times of my life. I knew she had thought of everything and I was able to be the calmest bride in the world and enjoy the day and the entire process of getting married. I'll cherish those memories and her forever.

Day of Wedding Coordination
This is the package we love to call our “Panic Package”. This is typically when the couple begins to panic because they have to pull all the details together. Involvement of the Wedding Planner will begin 1-2 months before the wedding day. Our Wedding Day Coordination Package allows the bride and groom to enjoy their special day without the stress of overseeing all the vendors and activities. Typically, the Bride and Groom will have a list of preferred vendors and have taken care of signing all vendor contracts and have given deposits and payments throughout the wedding planning months.
Involvement of the Wedding Planner at this stage would be to review specific details with Bride and Groom and review all vendor contracts. Wedding Planner would communicate with all vendors to introduce involvement in the wedding. Wedding Planner would prepare schedule of events and prepare timelines for Bride and Groom as well as vendors. The Wedding Planner would also attend the ceremony, cocktail party and reception to ensure all details and flow of wedding go as planned.
Wedding Consultations and Ongoing Advice
For the wedding couple that prefers to plan their entire wedding but just does not know how to start or what the most cost-effective approach is, our Wedding Consultations Package offers an opportunity for the Bride and Groom to ask questions and receive guidance by prioritizing and working on a budget with the wedding planner. Wedding Consultations are a minimum of 2 hours. We would cover a preliminary budget; plan a schedule and recommendations of specific vendors.
Additional Services
We know that there are always those ‘little things’ that sometimes get missed and that is why we offer additional services that are proven to be a huge benefit to our couples such as announcement of engagement in the newspaper, planning engagement party, planning the bridal shower, planning the bachelorette party, announcement of wedding in the newspaper, Name change process after the wedding, information on visas, passports and inoculations.
