Eagle Brook Country Club

We went with the Eaglebrook and could not have been happier. We live out of state, so planning a wedding long distance isn't always easy. Michelle and Ricky are the coordinators we dealt with the most. From the planning process to our event date, they answered all of our questions and were outstanding people to work with! The staff at the Eaglebrook makes sure no detail is forgotten. They truely care about each and every event they host. Everything went off just like we planned. We received so many compliment about our wedding and how perfect our day was. We have the Eaglebrook to thank for that. I would definitely recommend the Eaglebrook if you're wanting a wedding that is unforgettable.

I couldn't have been happier with choosing Eagle Brook for our wedding reception. The staff was unbelievably accomodating and beyond helpful. We received LOTS of complients on the food. I would DEFINITELY recommend this venue.

Eaglebrook was wonderful! They helped us in every way possible. The service was excellent. We were able to do a taste testing at this venue with all other brides and grooms. The food was excellent! They were so promt with returning emails and phone calls. All of our questions were answered and we never had any concerns about our wedding. They were willing to work with us to make our day special and negociate prices. My day was peferct!

I have an AMAZING experience with Eagle Brook. The venue was stunning, the staff was incredibly competent and flexible and Michelle, the coordinator, was so helpful. She worked with us for months and took care of every question and worry. My day was perfect and stress free thanks to all of her help. She really had everything under control. And our guests were so impressed with how lovely and smooth the ceremony and reception were. Plus, the food was fantastic! I can't say enough great things about Eagle Brook. Highly, highly recommend!

The food was fantastic; many of my guests have told me it was the best food they've ever had a wedding. I found Michelle and her team to be very candid, professional and organized. I was very thankful I chose Eagle Brook.

Michelle and her entire staff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The room looked amazing and the food was very good, nothing like your typical "banquet hall" food. The two bartenders were generous, quick, and friendly. We had 175 people and the two bartenders handled our group incredibly well.....nobody waited in line for a drink the entire evening. We took full advantage of the outdoor patio with the beautiful views of the golf course. Eagle Brook went above and beyond to make our wedding reception a huge success and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking to host a special event.

We got married at Eagle Brook Country Club a little over 2 weeks ago, and I am still in awe of how amazing it was! Everything was absolutely perfect and I have Michelle and Ashley to thank! No small details were overlooked and they made it such an easy process for us! We also got the "best food ever at a wedding" award from one of our guests. The staff was all very considerate and made my husband and me, as well as our guests feel very comfortable and relaxed. If I could do it all over again, I would not hesitate to choose Eagle Brook again!

Staff was professional and took care of us (including the bridal party) at ALL times!! The food was the best meal we have ever eaten, and surpassed our guests expectations! As the bride, I did not have to worry about anything, because everything I had asked for plus more was already in place. If I wanted anything changed, there were no questions asked, and it was done immediately - they even added an extra table during the receiving line for our gifts, with disturbing the bridal party or guests.
We honestly were treated like royalty, from the bride and groom to all of our guests. I would highly recommend Eagle Brook Country Club for your wedding or wedding reception, it truly was a dream come true!

It was a beautiful reception hall and everyone who worked there was very helpful. The biggest issue we ran into was it was July and no one wanted to put the air on higher. All of the guests were uncomfortably warm and no matter how much we complained, nothing changed.

Eagle Brook provided the most wonderful venue for my daughter's wedding reception. The staff was attentive and helpful through the whole process from the time we signed the contract until the conclusion of the reception. Everything was absolutely beautiful and the food was out of this world. We have had everybody compliment us on how great everything was. I highly recommend Eagle Brook and their staff and would gladly work with them again.

Eaglebrook was a wonderful place for a wedding. Everyone was very accomodating and helpful. The chef was amazing--he worked with us to create our own wedding meal for our guest. The food was a bit cold, but I think that might have been our fault since we were running a little late with the toasts. The room was absolutely stunning---I started crying when I saw how beautiful the room turned out. I was very happy with Eaglebrook and I would recommend the golf club to other brides and grooms.

Eagle Brook CC was amazing to work w/ from the beginning. They were very helpful and flexible in making our day just how we imagined. Our guests all had an amazing time and didn't stop commenting on how beautifully everything was set up and and how delicious the food was. (We recommend the filet :) ) The staff were nothing but accommodating to us for everything esp. w/ all the extras we wanted to bring in ourselves. I would recommend Eagle Brook CC for any type of event, esp. a wedding reception. We could not have been happier.

Eagle Brook was wonderful to work with. The catering department answered all of my questions and were very accommodating to special requests. The venue is beautiful and Eagle Brook took care of making sure that all of my details were taken care of. They did a wonderful job of setting up the room on the day of the event. There wasn't a single complaint. Also, the food was GREAT! One of my guests even said that the tenderloin she had at my reception so WAY better than the tenderloin she ate a wedding in downtown Chicago at the Four Seasons!!! I would recommend Eagle Brook to anyone!

Keeping a folder with many inserts helps to keep track of every aspect of the wedding planning. After making your reservations with your vendors, keep in touch with them by e-mail at least 2 months before the wedding and always get in touch with them the week of the wedding.

Everything was top notch. The staff was very helpful every step of the way. They broke their backs for us on the night of the wedding. We would recommend to anyone.

I am so happy that my wedding was at Eaglebrook!! The staff was so helpful, especially Michelle (who I worked with the most). It was absolutely beautiful and then food was good too!!!

Great food, good ideas and beautiful location

Eagle Brook did a phenomenal job making our wedding day perfect--catering to all of our requests and being very attentive. Additionally, their venue is updated, their grounds are beautiful, and their food is delicious!

Eagle Brook was a great experience all around. The planning, customization, and the actual event went off very well!

The wedding/catering coordinators and management were a pleasure to work with. They respond to emails very promptly and are very professional.

The reception was lovely and the food was excellent. The outdoor patio is a great extension of the ballroom. Also, lovely lawn for photos.

Eaglebrook is a wonderful facility. The reception hall and food is spectacular. Their staff is excellent and are extremely customer focused. They make sure that every detail is accounted for and that your wedding is perfect.

I have nothing but the best to say of Eagle Brook! Michelle was excellent to work with! She was so patient with me and my family as we changed details up until a couple weeks before the wedding. The entire staff at Eagle Brook was great as well - the bartenders (Gina!) and the whole catering and service staff (Ricky and Joe) were just all about providing the best service and making this a wonderful and classy event! Eagle Brook was very accommodating and had a beautiful presentation. The food was amazing too! Everyone raved about the beef tenderloin after the wedding! In fact people are still talking about it!

Michelle and Ashley did a wonderful job of taking care of us as we planned our wedding reception. We received wonderful service and everything turned out beautifully. The ballroom looked incredible and the food was great. We've received many compliments on our reception and we'd highly recommend Eagle Brook.

Eagle Brook did an amazing job with our wedding. The food was excellent and the staff extremely professional and helpful. We have been told by many of our guests that our wedding reception was one of the nicest they had ever been to. Compared to the cost at other facilities, Eagle Brook had a lot to offer. Highly recommended! Ashley and Michelle were wonderful and so were the banquet managers and staff.

They couldn't have treated us better! They include a cheese/veggie tray in all of there packages. I wasn't expecting a lot because it is included. They had a beautiful cheese tray overflowing including blue cheese, and other specialty cheese, not just the Swiss, and Cheddar, and Pepper Jack I was expecting. Then when my guests devoured it (I don't know how it was huge) they brought out another equally full tray. I swear they passed more appetizers than I had ordered because they just kept coming. The bartenders weren't cheap with the drinks, were friendly and efficient. The wait staff was amazing. They identified all VIP's like mob and mog ect. and made sure they were extra well taken care of. Food was actually better at reception than at the tasting. We ordered the roast beef tenderloin for everyone and received many compliments. They made sure we were happy and content, and truly went the extra mile. Having my wedding here was the best decision I could have made. I defiantly feel I got my money’s worth. Michelle and Ashley the two banquet people are just great.

Michelle was fantastic! We've gotten nothing but rave reviews of the food and the set up of the room. Michelle helped keep us on track through the entire process, and when their packages changed gave us the option of sticking with our original contract or modifying our agreement to fit one of the new packages. She sat down with us and worked through what would give us the most bang for our buck and it really helped.

The day of hte wedding Michelle unlocked her office so that the bridesmaids and I would have somewhere safe to put our bags with clothes etc, since the girls hadn't been to the hotel since that morning before we changed. She's so easy to work with, and very professional. She followed up with every question I had right away, and gave me copies of everything we talked about so I knew we were on the same page from the get-go.

Ashley, her assistant is not as impressive as Michelle. If she had been our primary contact I would have had much less confidence in how the reception would have turned out. I think it's mostly just lack of experience, so I'm sure she'll only get better. But I was very glad to have Michelle there the night of the event.

Their service staff was delightful. Our guests were treated with so much respect and courtesy all night long. The weather was beautiful so we were able to use the patio and had a second bar. Everything flowed beautifully inside and outside all night.

A special mention should be made for the bartender at the front bar- Gina. She was amazing- tons of fun, so sweet, and she let me go right to the front of the line very time I needed anything. My mom apporached Gina early in the evening and expressed some concern about people buying her shots, she doesn't do shots very well and they hit her pretty hard. Gina offered to give my mom shot glasses with ginger ale in them so that it would look like my mom was taking a shot, but it wouldn't be real. I thought that was great.

Overall, our experience at Eagle Brook was fantastic.

I agree with the other reviews on here 100%! Michelle was fantastic! My wife an I live in downtown Chicago, but all of our family lives in the suburbs or down state. So we were not restricted by a location. We extensivley looked all over Chicagoland, North Suburbs, South Suburbs, West Suburbs, everywhere. We contacted over 35 venues and and visted around 20 different reception locations, looking for what would work for us with asthetics, location, and cost. And we found it, from our very first visit, we knew right away that it was the place.
It is a beautiful venue, and the service was great. Michelle worked with us on every part of our wedding. She went above and beyond many times for us and was always very helpful in everything she did. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helped us out on the day of our wedding. We recieved so many compliments on how good the food was too (I know you worry about that, no worries needed). I know everyone's wedding is fun and perfect afterwards, but I wouldn't have liked to have my wedding anywhere else. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. If you read this review and you are debating on whether or not to commit to this place, DON"T, you won't be dissappointed. I think the staff who work at Eagle Brook for event planning truly enjoy their job and it comes out when they are working with you. Congratulations to anyone planning their wedding, good luck to you, but hopefully this review will remove some of the stress that you feel in having to find a venue. Picking this venue is a no brainer!

EB has a beautiful banquet room with a seperate bar room & large patio overlooking the golf course.The staff was very accomodating and addressed every concern that we had.Although we were disappointed with the tasting food, the wedding day food was wonderful.The staff helped us unload carloads of supplies which they set up to our very specific guidelines and even arranged the lounge furniture to our liking! Ian arranged our gorgeous candy buffet which people are still talking about. The wedding party was assigned a personal butler who checked with us throughout the evening. At evening's end, the staff packed up our supplies and helped us load everything into our cars.

Love working with Eagle Brook. The staff is wonderful.

Country Club privacy, 5-Star cuisine and incredible service! You will love the personalized attention Michelle and her staff give you!! Their ballroom is contemporary, under-stated elegance combined with breath-taking views of manicured fairways from the spacious patio. Separate bar outside of the room gives your guests a separate place to converse. You can rest-assured this is one place that will impress!

Eagle Brook is a great location for a wedding, shower or really any special event. The staff is wonderful! They are very helpful in the planning process and the day of. The location is beautiful and perfect for events large and small.
