When a dress shop is more concerned about you looking good then money, you know its something special. Every bride needs to be told the truth, and that is what Gary and Elyse do. They will tell you if you don't look good in a certain dress, but then they will find the perfect dress. My dress was the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. It fit my personality and the vision of my wedding dress I always had. I felt and looked like a princess. Perfect dress experience.

I purchased my wedding dress here along with the bridesmaid dresses. I absolutely love the staff and the selection at this store! Gary and Elise are fantastic! They’re honest, helpful, and make you feel at home. I felt as if they would never steer you in the wrong direction. The last thing you want when you’re planning your wedding is someone who just wants you to buy something. I feel as if they really care about their customers and want you to look your best on your wedding day. My cousin also bought her wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses from them and again, nothing but fabulous service. The prices are also insanely reasonable. Best bridal store – hands down!

They almost ruined my wedding! I ordered a dress 5 months in advance, and less than a week before my wedding the dress had still not arrived. I called them numerous times and was told not to worry that they would have it "soon". I even stopped in but they just kept telling me not to worry. The last call was the Tuesday before my Saturday wedding - they had called to tell me not to come in for my fitting because the dress still wasn't there. I was beyond upset and asked them to cancel the order and refund my deposit. I ended up going to the Bridal Mall in Niantic and they were wonderful! I ended up fighting East West Bridal for my deposit. But, I had put it on my credit card and several months later my credit card company settled the despute and reimbursed me the full deposit.

Gary was wonderful. My girls purchased their brides maids' dresses from East West and everything was great. The color and style were prefect for all the maids.

The only problem was my dress was a little too big on my wedding day because i lost weight, I should have tried it on the day before the wedding at the shop.

This is where we ended up ordering the Bridesmaids dresses from. Mostly because the prices were so good. A couple of my bridesmaids were not able to come down to New Jersey to get measures so they had to send in their measurements. There were absolutely no problems with this. The dresses came in when they were expected. There were no issues with anything. The alterations were very expensive there so none of my girls had that done there. I would definitely reccomend this place- especially if price is a factor.

East West Bridals was one of the bridal boutique I had visited while searching for my dress and my bridesmaid dresses. I had gone to several locations and found East West Bridals to be the absolute best!!! Gary and Elise are amazing!! They made me feel special and took the time to answer any and all questions I or my wedding party had. I had 4 bridesmaids and 1 maid of honor. We all purchased our complete attire with East West Bridals and were amazed with the price and courtesy given to us all. I even purchased my mom's dress here and she lives in Puerto Rico. I provided Elise with my mom's measurements and chose the dress and they got it right. The dress was made perfectly to my mom's measurements. My dress was AMAZING!!! I felt like a QUEEN!! I highly recommend this boutique to any bride who loves to be pampered. East West Bridals is by far the very best!!!
