I had a Mexican all day winter wedding at the eastlake country club Dec 19, 2009, and had an excellent experience with this venue. Mike, the event specialist, really went out of his way to make sure I would consider different options from menu's to working with other vendors to make sure my winter wedding would be cozy and warm for my invites. I had 190 guest and they loved that they could enjoy an outdoor day that started at 12pm with Mariachi and ran till 10pm with a great DJ, with the comfort of a beautiful tent and heaters. If you are looking at a venue that offers FLEXIBILITY, you are looking at the right venue. Pricilla, the food manager also prepared a wonderful salmon and chicken meal.

Because of the storm of that day we missed out on the beautiful views of the golf course. However, the party was a total success, both with family and friends. The food was excellent and so was the service. Thanks everyone at the Eastlake Country Club.

The service was great, our event coordinator was extremely helpful. I would definately have another event at The Eastlake Country Club, and I recomend it to everyone.

The services were really good except for some little details that were not done according to the layout we had talked about. But everything seemed to fall into place. I wish everything could've been ready for us earlier for us to do our set up sooner, I understood that it could not be done so we really didnt have much time to set up all we had. But overall the lady that was setting up was very flexible and the service was really nice. The whole experience was a blessing and all we heard from our guests was that it was a really nice atmosphere filled with love and joy. We all had a great time! The Pavillion at Eastlake Country Club is a beautiful place just make sure the weather is right :) Thanks for everything to Mike Fox!!!

The Pavilion at EastLake Country Club
The Pavilion at EastLake Country Club boasts gorgeous views of Mt. Miguel and of our beautifully manicured golf course. This 6,000 square-foot space is partially covered by an elegant open-air Pavilion and is surrounded by an adjoining veranda, with ample room to comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests. The natural setting combines with San Diego’s year-round temperate climate to make The Pavilion at EastLake Country Club the South Bay’s premier event venue.
The Clubhouse at EastLake Country Club
The Clubhouse at EastLake Country Club provides an intimate setting with views of our beautifully manicured golf course. The indoor Clubhouse can be arranged to accommodate any type of event, from a small social gathering to a large corporate seminar. Able to hold groups of up to 75 people, or up to 150 when the adjoining patio is included, the Clubhouse provides the flexibility and value for any occasion.
FAQ for EastLake Country Club
The Pavilion at EastLake Country Club has a maximum capacity of 350 guests for a seated reception. The Clubhouse at EastLake Country Club has a maximum capacity of 70 guests for a seated reception. Please contact the Event Sales Office for capacities based on other styles of seating arrangements.
What are the available hours for my event?
Events at EastLake Country Club may begin at any time of day, however all amplified music must be turned off at 10:30 pm and all events must be completed by 11:00 pm.
What is your deposit policy?
For events greater than (6) months out, 25% of the total estimated expenditure is due at signing with 50% due six months prior to event date. For events to be held within (6) months, 50% of the total estimated expenditure is due at signing. All final balances are due seven days prior to event date. We accept Checks, Credit Cards and Cash for the first two deposits. Checks are not accepted for final payment.
Is there a minimum expenditure required to book a banquet room?
There is a minimum expenditure required for all catered events based on the day and season of your event. Facility rental pricing is based on a flat rate, and is not subject to a minimum expenditure.
Can I order a children’s meal?
Yes. We are able to accommodate requests for children’s meals for guests less than 12 years of age, at the price of $12.99 per child. Please inquire about specific children’s menu selections if required.
Do you offer vegetarian meals?
We do provide vegetarian meals. The chef will prepare a meal that will satisfy any special meal needs.
Do you have a Bridal Suite?
EastLake Country Club does not have a dedicated bridal suite; however we are happy to make available some or all of our Clubhouse depending on availability.
How many hours do we get the room for?
All packages include (4) hours of facility use and (1) hour for vendor set up prior to the start of the event. Additional hours can be purchased for $350.00 per hour. If you have your wedding ceremony at EastLake Country Club, you also receive (1) hour for your ceremony in addition to your set up and reception time.
What is the room rental cost?
Fully catered events do not require an additional room rental fee. Facility rentals for which outside catering will be provided are priced according to the time of year and day of week of the event. Please see the Facility Rental Pricing in this document for specific pricing information.
Do you offer parking?
EastLake Country Club is pleased to offer 200+ complimentary parking spaces for your function.
