I cannot say enough good things about Easton Bakery. Mitzi was great to work with. She knew exactly what I wanted and the results proved that to be true. You will not be the price anywhere you go and everything was inclusive in the price. After the wedding we even received a phone call asking us to critique their product and services. They asked if there was anything we would suggest that they improve and it took everything in our power not to laugh. IMPROVE! Can't improve on perfect!

The cake was perfect - Mitzi clearly has a lot of experience, and knows her stuff. If you're looking for a very formal, over the top experience, Easton Baking may not be for you, but we just wanted something that tasted great and wasn't crazy expensive, and we definitely got what we were looking for. Everything from Easton baking is delicious, and VERY reasonably priced - I don't understand why anyone would ever spend $3-$4 per slice on wedding cake. Our cake was beautiful as well - they were able to use the ribbon I wanted and matched our colors perfectly. Mitzi was also able to give us a variety of flavors, even in the sheet cake we had. Everything was fantastic!

It was just what I wanted.

My cake ended up being very pretty, but my experience wasn't that great. The owner was actually pretty rude. She said that she never meets with brides from my reception hall and that the hotel usually just tells her how many people to make a cake for. No offense, but you only get married once, and I had wanted to pick out a design, or at least know what it would look like! I asked her if I could come down anyway to look through her book, since I live pretty close, she said yes but she was not thrilled about the idea. And she was a bit rude even when I went down there but the cake ended up being very pretty and tasted pretty good for a wedding cake! I would buy food from her bakery, but don't think I'd use her for a cake again. The experience was just kind of disappointing.

Make wonderful Cakes and prices are reasonable!

I absolutely loved the my wedding cake, with only three weeks from our wedding and since we forgot to order a cake... ops the Easton baking company delivered a beautiful cake that taste SO good.... and was so much cake for the value... I recently moved from nj and couldn't find a bakery anywhere so when I found them I thought maybe.... and they absolutely made my mouth water our wedding guest were stealing cake from other tables... if that says anything for their taste.... we had such a small wedding 60-70 people and the cost of the cake with fantastic classic decoration was wonderful

Easton Baking Company is the official wedding cake bakery for Holiday Inn Select of Clinton, NJ. We met with Mitzi, she was highly professional and very amiable. She worked with us and our colors, custom designed our cake. She was very pleasant and reassuring - told us we could call any time. Very dependable -- the cake was delivered on time and was absolutely delicious! The cake was included in the package price of our wedding.

Delicious! The cake was tremendous and beautiful. Mitzi did everything that I asked and was amazingly friendly. They were all very professional and I cannot recommend them enough!

Easton Baking Company did a wonderful job with the cakes for my wedding. I needed a one-layer cake for every guest table, as well as a 2-layer cake for the head table. Their cakes are wonderful and fresh and the frosting is delicious. We had several different flavors for each table, but the overwhelming flavor was a white cake with strawberries. Yum!

I wanted a nice wedding cake on a low budget and they did provide that. However they do not like to color icing at all so if you want a colored cake you may have some difficulties.

Beautiful delicious cake, at a very low price!

I loved what they did for my wedding cake it was a three tier basket weave with lavendar flowers. The price was great it was only $65.00 and it fed 60 people. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a beautiful job on my wedding cake and were so reasonable! I showed them a picture of our flowers and they took everything from there.
