Easton Country Club

I really can't say enough great things about the Easton Country Club, Leigh and Debbie, and the rest of the staff at the ECC (not to mention the beautiful grounds!).
The week of our wedding we had already seen almost 10 days of rain, and there were 10 more days promised, with a small speck of hope for sunshine the day before and the day of the wedding. Leigh found us a place that would rent us a tent, and worked with us to decide whether we should take the risk or go for it. We skipped the tent, and while I have no proof, I think the ECC also changed the weather forecast for us. (Okay. It was very lucky--there was beautiful sunshine for the outdoor ceremony.) Leigh didn't force us to make the decision until quite literally the day of, and she never made us feel like we'd be stuck without options.
From start to finish Leigh was so helpful and patient with us as we asked the same questions over and over, and as we came up with all kinds of new ideas to throw into the mix. I never got the sense that Leigh had anything on her mind other than making sure our wedding was perfect.
We're still hearing from people about how delicious the food was at our cocktail hour and reception. They don't skimp on portions or deliciousness.
Really-This place was awesome, and the people are awesome. You can't go wrong.

Working with the Easton Country Club for our wedding was probably one of the best decisions we made. From the first meeting until walking out the door the night of our wedding, the staff at the country club (especially Leigh and Debbie) made us feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable. I never had any worries that things would get missed or wouldn't happen in a timely manner. Everything was thought of and covered. We have received incredible reviews on the venue and food since our wedding and would highly recommend this venue to future brides!

Our wedding reception was perfect. The staff at the Easton Country Club are friendly, professional, and experts in the field. I received numerous compliments about our special day from guests. Some even followed up with emails and phone calls the next day. The food (apps & dinner) and service were incredible. Even the wedding cake was exactly what I wanted. I supplied a couple of pictures and the end result was more than I could have expected. Dessert included a fruit tray, fresh whipped cream, and a surpise of chocolate truffles passed around to the guests. The venue was gorgeous. Cocktail hour on the terrace was spectacular with a beautiful backdrop of the gazebo, golf course, pond, and tree line, which made for beautiful pictures. Leigh, the wedding planner, was a huge help to me. I only had a few months to pull the day together, and she made it stress free by providing guidance, answering my many questions, and being very flexible with putting just the right package together. I wasn't locked into specific options. Her recommendations for DJ and photographer were also outstanding. A great time was had by all ... what a great celebration! I highly recommend the Easton Country Club for any function.

The services were outstanding. The dedicated wedding coordinator prior to the wedding was the critical piece to making the day so wonderful. Leigh was efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and experienced. The food was amazing both in presentation and quality. The staff could not be more accommodating. I would highly recommend the Easton Country Club in all areas.

I cannot say enough great things about Easton Country Club and Leigh. Our wedding took place on 8/14/10 and in the two weeks since, my mother and I have gotten letters, emails and phone calls from our guests raving about everything, especially the food (that says a lot since I come from a large Italian family full of great cooks). Leigh was amazing, and made sure every detail was perfectly carried out. Aside from the raving about the food and the overall appeal of the space and layout we heard rave reviews about the service from the wait staff. They took great care of our guests. I could not be happier with the Easton Country Club. They made our ceremony and reception come off without a hitch. They were very professional and everything ran in a timely and smooth fashion. The Country Club itself is so well kept, that all of our pictures on site have turned out beautifully. Let me also mention the food...amazing!! Our guests are still talking about the meals!!! I would HIGHLY recommend the Easton Country Club to any bride!!

When my daughter began her wedding planning, she was convinced that we needed an independent Wedding Planner. I did not agree because I felt that we both had good organizational abilities and I didn’t want someone telling us what we needed to do. (I also didn’t need an additional unnecessary expense). Once we met Leigh, however, I knew that we had the best of both worlds. Leigh is an extremely talented and experienced Wedding Planner (and I am sure equally as good a planner for any other type of function) who not only knows the business from top to bottom (from experience in many of the specialties) but a genuine, sincere individual who was able to “guide us” through the wedding planning vs. “push us “ through. She quickly picked up the tone and theme of what we were looking for and was able to make suggestions that were spot on. She truly was instrumental in the makings of a perfect wedding and saw to every detail during the special day.

She has assembled a group of vendors to select from that were fantastic. Starlight Photography was my daughter and son-in-law’s choice for their photographer and although I have not seen the proofs yet, what he did show us during the day were outstanding. He had a nice blend of creativity with tradition and we can’t wait to see the proofs. The DJ, Gary Titus was very agreeable (my husband and daughter consider themselves music buffs) and he played our play list without hesitation. Don Nolan, the florist, created gorgeous flower arrangements. My daughter was close to tears when she saw her bouquet. The bridal party arrangements were perfect and after several changes to my arrangement (I couldn’t make up my mind) I was absolutely delighted.

One thing I had always said to my girls is that I would not pay for a wedding that served “rubber chicken”. Our food was the furthest from that. People are still raving about the hors d’oeuvres and the meal selections (Cote D’Azure Chicken and Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Port Wine Glaze). The meals were delicious, served warm and the serving size was generous. I felt like I was at a 4 star restaurant. R. Morin Catering is to be commended and I would recommend them as a caterer without question. Additionally, they collaborated with Leigh to create the cake of Lisa and Graham’s dreams and they had not even provided a picture. Real pros!!!

During the day of the wedding, there was no detail overlooked. The bridal party was treated like royalty and we knew what was expected of us and when. Our guests were very complimentary about how accommodating the staff was and I continue to receive compliments about what a wonderful wedding it was. Many have called it the “best wedding they ever attended”.

My husband and I had promised my daughter the perfect wedding for a beautiful daughter and our wishes came true. I can not thank Leigh and her team enough for all that she did during the planning as well as the day of the wedding.

Leigh was very helpful to us and always willing to listen to new ideas and make the best of our day. The venue always had a Plan B in case of any emergency like weather....that was relieving!

Everything was so simple, and Leigh was on top of everything. Extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Everything went smoothly and everyone had a good time.

The Easton Country Club is a hidden gem. The staff especially Leigh Howlett was amazing, I didn't have to worry about anything. The food was incredible, everyone at the wedding loved the food including me, and I am extremely picky. I would highly recommend the Easton Country Club!!! They made my wedding everything and more than I could have wanted!!!

Leigh was terrific from the minute we met her. If you have any decisions and need some imput please ask Leigh, she has great taste, very classy lady. The bride to be emailed or called and Leigh always got right back. Being the mother of the bride it was so awesome that I nevered was concerned about anything because of the event planner. The day of the wedding I just enjoyed every minute of it. The food was great, the music, the photograher, the grounds were so beautiful, loved the outside cermony. The staff and bar tenders were great also. Oh i just can't say enought of what a great time it was. So many guests commented on the Country Club how nice it was. Thanks again Leigh and Patty and staff and the Morin Cateriers. I woke up the next morning and said to myself I can't wait for my next 2 childer to have a wedding. It was that much fun.

The overall experience was great. i never had to worry about anything. The service was amazing. The food was delicious. I heard many comments from guest about how well it tasted. The meal was served in a timely manner but was not rushed. The Responsiveness from the Staff was great. My husband and i were provided with drinks and h'orderves during cocktail hour while we were taking pictures. The wedding planners were very attentive to all of our needs and the guests and myself were very comfortable. The cost was well worth it what was included in the package.

This was a great place to have a wedding. The wedding planner was very helpful. The service was good the food was great. Everyone was very professional.

We were able to pick any time of day for the reception. We were able to attend a food tasting in advance which was very helpful with meal selections.

They provided a wedding coordinator/planner which took the worry away from the bride and groom. All details were attended to.

Leigh was WONDERFUL!!! All our questions (and there was many) were answered very professionally and quickly.. A great help with all aspects of our wedding...I can't say enough....

Leigh was amazing through the entire process of planning my wedding and on the day of. Everything I needed she helped with and even provided the final inspiration for my cake! When I needed last minute directions from the church to the reception she was there for me and she even helped out one of my bridesmaids (way beyond the call of duty) at the reception. Debbie was also super helpful at the reception and they were both excellent at anticipating any needs that myself or the groom had and being there asap.

We used ECC for our annual breast cancer fundraiser. The liason was extremely helpful and the venue was beautiful. It worked out really well for us!

From our first phone call with Leigh right up to the day of our wedding reception everything was very professional and exceeded our expectations. Leigh is very personable and timely and took the time to meet with us to review invitations and to plan out our special day with our guests in mind while keeping to our budget. Our wedding was truly beautiful and memorable and our guests have all given very high remarks to the ECC for the superb food and beautiful surroundings.

I was very pleased with my experience at Easton Country Club. The venue was exactly what I was looking for in terms of the arrangement of the room, including the centered dance floor, the bar in the same room, and the patio right off of the room. I was also pleased that ECC holds only one wedding at a time. As compared with other venues in the area, ECC was much more affordable. I would highly recommend this venue for any event!

I absolutely loved my experience with Easton Country Club! The planning was made easy by the coordinator and on my wedding day everything looked amazing and the evening went without a hitch...I couldn't have wished for a better day...The food was great, the hall looked amazing and the surrouding area was terrific for pictures...Definitely a great place to have you wedding!!!

I had a great time working with Leigh...With a limited amount of restrictions I was able to plan and set up an amazing Honeymoon Bridal shower using many props.

I've had many guests comment on the food, decor and location of the shower.

A great venue which my wife and I had our reception there August 13 of last year.
