Easton Events

We hired Easton Events for Day-of Coordination (which was much more than just day-of!). In retrospect, this was probably the best decision we made in the entire wedding-planning process. I loved planning our wedding, and was very detailed and specific when it came to anything wedding-related. However, when it came to putting together our master schedule of events and then breaking that schedule down for all of our vendors as well as the wedding party, the prospect of all that work just exhausted me! Easton was a lifesaver. They are a band of professionals and really know their stuff. They were hyper-organized, insanely and deliciously detail-obsessed (whiich I loved!) and really took our event to the next level with their professionalism and ability to anticipate the needs of both of us as well as our guests. We worked primarily with Megan, although Lynn was there as well for our first meeting, our Rehearsal and for much of our wedding. They were absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend enough the importance of hiring at least a day-of wedding coordinator! If you are getting married in Charlottesville, Easton is absolutely the way to go.
