Echols Catering was everything we could ask for in a caterer. Darrell and Tiffany were super easy to work with and made our reception and rehearsal dinner so enjoyable! They are extremely professional and always returned my calls and emails within a few hours - not days. Chef Darrell was very helpful in the planning of our menu and gave me (the bride) special attention that I wasn't expecting. His food is scrumptious! We love Echols!

Chef Darrell is a culinary graduate from Wallace State Community College. Tiffany is a member of Association of Bridal Consulants. Our passion is shown through our work in the kitchen and front of the house. Chef Darrell has worked in civic centers, country clubs, restaurants, and has catered everything from picnics to weddings. Darrell serves as Sous Chef for Wallace State where he manages the full service cafeteria.
