Wow, Anthony can throw a party. When we first met with him, we told him that our crowd wasn’t the dancing crowd. Somehow, he got them all out of the dance floor, and I still can’t believe how great a party it was. We also had two live musicians for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and they did a great job. For dinner and dancing, we had Anthony DJ, and everything went off without a hitch. We found Eclipse Entertainment because Bryant Park Grill recommended them, and going with a vendor that had worked there before was the way to go. He knew exactly where to set up, and we didn’t have to worry at all. The musicians and Anthony and his team were just “there”. The music that he chose was perfect, and he even got the entire crowd up to circle us for our last song “New York, New York” - high kicks and everything!

I just wanted to tell you guys again how much I appreciate the job you did at our wedding last Friday. The music and lighting was incredible. It literally made the entire night for me, Jen and half the people there.

I think I underestimated the impact of the lighting but it was a huge difference maker and the way you did it was perfect.

What you guys did was everything I imagined and way more. You absolutely killed it! Everyone was talking nonstop all week about what an incredible party it was and couldn't stop raving about the music and lighting.

ECLIPSE HAD US DANCING THE NIGHT AWAY!!!!!!
We originally found Eclipse Entertainment because my friend had them at her wedding. We had such a great time and the music was fantastic. My fiance then told me to get thier business card so we could contact them for our wedding...my response was, they are probably going to be way too expensive for us...but a grabed a card anyway. Once we set a date for our wedding we contacted Eclipse and began to work with Anthony. He was so kind and helpful and we told him how we heard of Eclipse and he immediatley signed the MC Mike and DJ; DJ Joe Russo to our wedding which was who my girfriend had at hers! The prices were completely affordable and they met with us and helped us plan our reception music. On the day of our wedding Mike and Joe were wonderful! They kept our families dancing the whole night and kep us informed of what was going to happen next. They had a wide variety of music and catered the songs to all of the ages that were there. I LOVED having Eclipse at my wedding and have been spreading the word about them ever since!!! We hope to use them for other functions throughout the year. Thank you to all the staff at Eclipse for their professionalsim and for their amazing talents. We had a wonderful wedding...thanks to you!!! I HIGHLY reccommend this company to other brides!!!!!

Anthony at Eclipse Entertainment was awesome! We simply told him to make it fun and play music that would get everyone up to dance and sure enough everyone danced the night away (even grandma!). The photo booth was a huge hit and the lighting was out of this world! Save yourself time and book Eclipse Entertainment!

What can I possibly say about Michael Spinnato and his fabulous team that would do ample justice to what they did for us? I found Mike and Co. at a dear friend's wedding. I was hesitant to use them at first because all of my vendors were located in Manhattan and Mike and Co. are in Staten Island. Let me be the first to say that they are phenomenal! I was very honest with Mike about all of my concerns. He addressed them all very thoroughly. Mike was always available when I needed him, ready and willing to listen to my and my fiance's ideas for the vision we had. Where we were unsure, Mike had fantastic suggestions! Mike and Co. managed all the music (harpist, concert pianist, jazz trio, DJ), MC-ed the reception, and managed all the lighting (2 ceremonies, 2 cocktail hours, dinner and dance reception). We had so many compliments from our guests that this was the most amazing wedding they had ever attended. One of the moments I remember most was when the doors opened as my father escorted me into the second ceremony. I had yet to see the room, but it took my breath away. It was stunning. They really went above and beyond all of our expectations. We would highly recommend them for any event and plan to use them in the future for our social gatherings. Anyone who is able to book them would be very fortunate.

Tomorrow marks three months since our wedding day. I honestly never got around to writing this review due to our busy schedules. However, as three months approach, it amazes me to realize how incredible our wedding truly was. I would be doing a disservice to all other brides and grooms getting married in the tri-state area if I did not take the time to explain why our wedding surpassed all of our expectations. Yes, our family, friends and venue helped contribute to an extraordinary wedding, but the main reason our wedding will be unforgettable is because of Eclipse Entertainment. When we booked with Eclipse, they eased all the nerves that can cause brides to feel overwhelmed. They are true professionals that will listen to your vision of your dream wedding and understand how to work with you to guarantee that it happens. When talking with them, you can see that they are down to earth people who have a passion for what they do. You only get one chance at having that wedding of your dreams and the staff of Eclipse keeps this idea as their main priority. Leading up to your wedding, they will prove to you that the entertainment at your event will be one less thing you should have jitters about on your wedding day or even the days before it. Everything they provided at our wedding was exactly what we envisioned it as and more. From the music played during our cocktail hour, to the engaging MC, to the LED uplighting and moving head lights that made the room look unbelievable, to the music that made dancing irresistible, to the photo booth that was operated so well and provided our guests with more fun, to our personalized name monogram, to the plasma screens and projection screens that played re-caps of the entire day, to our video montage and so much more, Eclipse made all of these things personalized to what we wanted and allowed our wedding to be remembered by everyone who attended. If I can give any advice to any brides, go with this company. They have so much experience and are personable and respectful professionals who will know how to make your day not only unique to fit your dream of your wedding, but you will also actually be able to ENJOY your day!

The customer service they provided was amazing. Dealing with Anthony Battista was a dream. I do admit I was a nervous bride so I would e-mail Anthony with random questions probably more often than most brides. What I truly appreciated was that he never made me feel like I was bothering him. He always answered my e-mails quickly and kindly. With some vendors you pay them and then they want nothing to do with you. Anthony was with us for the entire process. We met with one other DJ before meeting Anthony and it was night and day. The other DJ basically told us that we had to trust him with the music and to let him do his thing. Anthony never did that. He truly listened to what we wanted and at the reception we were so happy with the music.
Everything we asked for was done. The music was great – everything we requested was played and there was a perfect mix of old and new. Our name in lights came out beautiful. The percussionist was awesome! And an added bonus was that Jason Della Valle was there. He definitely added an extra something to the event. He did my sister in law’s wedding and they were thrilled with him as well.
Their entire operation is professional. From the first meeting we felt comfortable choosing Eclipse Entertainment. We were impressed with their attention to detail and the fact that they genuinely wanted to make our day a success.

Eclipse Entertainment is the best DJ team ever!! Michael and his team are very professional and are super easy to work with. John was our MC and Michael was the DJ and they were both so awesome. I planned my wedding from out of town and music is very important to me and my husband. They made the whole experience stress free. I am so happy to have found Eclipse Entertainment. My entire wedding commented on how they were the best wedding DJs they have ever seen! Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

I used Eclipse Entertainment for both my ceremony music and reception music and I would recommend them to everybody. They were so professional from the first meeting through our wedding, which is more than I can say for other DJs we met with.
Anthony was our contact throughout the planning process and also the MC the night of the wedding. We chose the ceremony music ourselves, but Anthony was totally on point with the timing and fade in/fade out and it all complemented our ceremony beautifully.
The reception music was PERFECT. Our guests were up and on our feet the entire time- I think they only played a couple of slow songs early in the night, which I didn't even notice but my guests loved that they weren't dragged down by slow songs later in the evening, so that was awesome. Everyone from our 6 year old niece to our great aunts and grandparents were up and dancing to every song. They threw a lot of remixes in there so it wasn't just standard radio, boring versions of every song. I was very impressed. They also stuck to our play/do-not-play list which we appreciated.
I have to point out, I gave our final music form to Anthony a week or two before the wedding with full intentions to get him copies of all the songs he didn't already have, but you brides know how it is and I got caught up in everything else and forgot until the night before- but by then Anthony had already taken the initiative and found all of our songs for us, even the more semi-obscure ones. So we were very appreciative to him for taking that extra step!
I got soooo many compliments on the DJ, which honestly, I don't think I have ever noticed/cared about a DJ so much to compliment the hosts on them, so it sounds like a big deal that days later and I am still hearing about how great the DJ was!

We also got our photobooth through Eclipse. Brides- do not get your photobooth anywhere else!! I shopped around everywhere for a photobooth. Every company offered the same, standard, curtain-lined half-assed booth. Eclipse's photobooth is plexiglass with led lighting which is SO much classier! People will notice! That extra attention to detail is what sets Eclipse apart. Also loved that you could choose color/black and white/sepia- our guests mixed it up a lot! Very easy to use, and the quality of the print outs was phenomenal. The guest book we received with the photobooth pictures and our guests messages' was probably our favorite part of the night and we have looked through it dozens of times already!

If I could rate more than '5' in the above categories, I would. Eclipse Entertainment did a fantastic job at my wedding on October 1. I've been thinking about it ever since and I owe so much to Michael Spinnato and his team. As busy and booked as Eclipse Entertainment is, they gave special attention to my requests and made sure that my reception music was nonstop fun. The perfect mix of every genre of songs, all of my guests were dancing the whole night. You know it's a good time when people deliberately turn around on their walk to the bathroom because another great song comes on. When you can trust your DJ and MC to make the most of your reception, you have very little to worry about.

It's only been a week since my wedding, and I'm already trying to think of some event that I can hire Eclipse Entertainment again. Outstanding, guys! Thanks soo much!

Eclipse Entertainment made our wedding day the best it could be! People were still complimenting our DJ choice after the wedding, and a few people are now using them and recommending them for weddings in their future. Anthony was great with helping us plan everything, and Mike is an AWESOME MC!! The dance floor was ALWAYS packed, regardless of age! My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony the Director of Operations, MC/DJ from Eclipse Entertainment. From the first time we meet with him he was the easiest MC to deal with and was very helpful in suggesting great ideas to put our minds at ease and make our wedding day very unique. Eclipse was able to supply us with a tremendous array of options from lighting, monograms, plasma screens, photo booth, a percussionist a live orchestra for our ceremony and cocktail hour among a boatload of other things. When all of the planning was done and it came time for the big day Anthony and his crew did not disappoint. As a matter of fact we had five star food and we couldn't get our guests to sit down to eat it because he was so good. Whenever we would turn around we literally did not have one table sitting down which is very hard to. All we can say is that we have been too many weddings and we have interviewed many vendors and Anthony and Eclipse Entertainment blew everyone else out of the water tenfold.

Anthony and his whole Eclipse Entertainment crew left me as a bride with not one single worry about my guests being entertained. We had them provide DJ services and different lighting and we could not have been any more pleased with how easy they were to work with and how beautiful our venue looked after they were all set up. They truly are professionals and know their business inside and out.

We dealt with Anthony and had him do our wedding and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Our wedding was August 2011 and we had such an amazing time. Eclipse also provided all of the lighting for our reception and it looked OUT OF THIS WORLD!! It had exactly the ambiance we were going for. The music was PERFECT-- a perfect mix of everything we love and something for everyone at our reception. Anthony really kept the energy going all night. My husband is actually a big Star Wars fan and as a suprise I had Anthony work in some Star Wars music during the first course-- my husband loved it! This company is the BEST, I wouldn't have gone elsewhere!!!!

If you're looking to have a great time and deal with people who want to get it right, Eclipse Entertainment is the way to go. Anthony helped create a weekend to remember.

Hi brides (and grooms) to be. I used Eclipse Entertainment for the ceremony (two musicians), the cocktail hour (one musician), the reception (DJ and MC), and the photo booth (amazing!). My MC was Anthony Battista, and he was amazing. I am 25 and everyone from our friends, to our younger siblings and cousins (mid to late teens), to our parents and grandparents (they'd kill me :-) ) loved every second of the reception. I've only been to a couple weddings so I didn't really know what to do or when to do it, but Anthony graciously and gracefully guided us through the announcements, the dances, the toasts, the cake-cutting... everything went so smoothly and nothing felt forced or like an interruption. I wouldn't change a thing. Below is a copy of an e-mail I sent to Anthony before I posted this, because I (gasp*) forgot about posting and I wanted him to know what a great job we all thought he did. Hi Anthony!

First, let me say that my family and I could not have been more pleased with the job that you and the DJ did for our wedding. The musicians for the ceremony and cocktail hour were great, though that part is more of a blur for me, but I know my wedding started on time and the music was exactly what I asked for, so what more could I want?! The reception was amazing. You were so professional, guided us through all the major ceremonial parts of the ceremony (even when I forgot what was going on - I haven't been to that many weddings), introduced the wedding party, our dances, and the toasters gracefully so that the night just flowed on and on from one fun part to another. My parents are saying that you are the best investment they made that night and are keeping your card for when my younger siblings get married! I know you probably get glowing reviews all the time, but I'd never get tired of hearing it, so I wanted to pass it along.

Second, the photo booth was great. This was the second best investment of the night. People had a great time taking those pictures, and that guest book will be great to look back on. Unfortunately our photographer did not do a great job of taking pictures of people at the reception, so that makes these photos even more valuable and the whole booth an even better investment. (Not a great reason to get one, but definitely something I'm going to pass on to my friends as they start getting married.)

I recently had my Wedding over the summer and used Eclipse Entertainment for my Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception. From beginning to end Anthony was so helpful and quick to respond to any of my needs. He was incredibly easy to work with--very professional. Emcee Steve Caruso and DJ Joey were such a blast to work with and followed through with every little detail for my Wedding. I Loved their music selection, and interaction with my family and guests. Steve was so helpful, and organized he completely made my wedding flawless from Ceremony to the Bouquet Toss. If you are in need of a DJ I strongly suggest hiring DJ Joey and MC Steve. I also used Eclipse for the LED Lighting. I cannot tell you what a difference the gorgeous lavender lighting did to a plain white room. I am still getting compliments of the glow of the room. Thank you Eclipse Entertainment for making my Wedding a day to remember!!!

Our wedding was so amazing thanks to Eclipse! It was such a great party and they did everything we asked for and more! They had a red carpet photo area set up for our guests and that was our favor, the guests all loved it! All of our guests cannot stop talking about it! DJ Anthony B. had all of our guests on the dance floor all night long no one wanted to leave! Also we had a percussionist it made it feel like we were in a club! Awesome Job guys! Just have to say, ANTHONY, WE FREAKIN LOVE YOU!!! We hired Anthony and Eclipse Entertainment as a DJ for our wedding. Anthony and his team didn't just "set the mood", at our wedding, they took our already rowdy crowd to another level. Anthony added humor, to the perfect awkward situations, like nervous speeches, and sentimental words to the sweetest of moments. From our first meeting, Anthony listened to exactly what we wanted. He was extremely helpful to myself ( the bride) because I kept changing my mind and would constantly email him! Anthony was so quick to email me back, and I could always pop in to ask a question whenever I wanted. On the day of our wedding, we walked into our venue to take a look at it before our guests. Anthony came right up to us, excited to show us his set up. It looked AMAZING! Before we went out to cocktail hour, we were filling him in on the ceremony, and funny things that happened at the church. It was like we had known Anthony forever. During the reception, Anthony played every song that we LOVED! I am even requesting a copy of the playlist! No one stopped dancing, and I am still getting asked "Who was your DJ?! They were AWESOME!!" or "What was the name of that DJ? Best DJ EVER!" I would definitely recommend Anthony to EVERYONE. He absolutely made the night perfect. I can not thank Anthony enough for all that he did that night.

Anthony and Eclipse Entertainment did an amazing job at our wedding a few weeks ago! We were on the dance floor the entire night, along with all of our guests! Looking back on our wedding, if we had to pull the highlight from the entire weekend, it would have to be the entertainment. I can’t think of one aspect of it that could not have gone more perfectly. I am a music maniac and for me, this was the one aspect of the wedding I showed the most interest in, and put the most effort into. Having never done this before, I had a lot of reservations about using a DJ or company that I had no relationship with and had never seen perform, etc. However, after talking with Anthony I was put more at ease with how the festivities were shaping up. I have to say, after filling out such a thorough Finals Form (and making multiple last minute changes to it because I am crazy), I was expecting to have a couple hiccups during the show. There were none. I gained more confidence once I talked to John Ryan on the phone about how the night would go. I had multiple aspects I was trying to incorporate (customized intro, shout outs to individuals for specific songs, my sister doing karaoke to a song, etc.). These were put in less than a week before the show. My confidence was even more complete after meeting John Ryan in person within an hour before the reception. He was the best. He came in and visited with the entire bridal party (which was huge – 20 people) and got to know them a little on a personal level. He was even discussing their intro’s and making sure they had enough time to put on a little show. I made the mistake of aligning my wedding party completely different than what I had listed on the finals form. You would have never known. John Ryan adjusted at the last minute and it couldn’t have gone smoother. John Ryan was also nice enough to introduce me to Seth beforehand. Throughout the night, John Ryan checked on me and Kelly to make sure everything was going the way we thought it should. I have to truly say this…I will put Eclipse Entertainment up against ANYONE when it comes to a party. The professionalism that began with you and Anthony, all the way to the party with John Ryan and Seth. I couldn’t have designed a better time myself. Both sides of our family have received MULTIPLE compliments to the tune of, “that was the best time I have had in my entire life,” “I danced more at your wedding than I have in my entire life,” and “I’ve never been to a wedding with better music selection beginning to end.” At the end of the day, Michael, you should be among the proudest men in your industry for the level of service, professionalism, and FUN your staff provided us. Some people may look at this testimonial as being fake, or over the top, or planned. Not the case at all as no one has put me up to this. I just think a wedding is the most special day of a lifetime for two people, and when a staff comes together to make it even more flawless, it should not go ignored. Eclipse did an absolutely fantastic job at my wedding and I would highly recommend them! I received so many compliments on everything and was truly impressed with their overall presentation. The display and lighting looked so classy and the photo montages they put together were great. Steve did an awesome job on the mike and kept everyone engaged. Joe's playlist was fabulous... all requests were met, he kept it fresh, energetic and fun, and played all the right music at the right times. I had high expectations and all were exceeded! Eclipse really does a first class job all around and I highly recommend them!

Mike is a true professional!! He truly cares about your event and making sure you get what you want from his services...it comes across in every communication with him, and he was always very responsive. We used Eclipse for our photobooth, which was AWESOME!!! it was the talk of the wedding!! Everyone loved it and kept going back for more! The booth is elegant, & the attendant was personable and friendly. The keepsake scrapbook is a must!! Mike customized our printouts to our preference, and everything turned out better than expected! My only regret is that we did not book Eclipse for their music & lighting services as we already had those items reserved before finding out about Eclipse for their photobooths.

Eclipse Entertainment did a wonderful job for my wedding, May 22, 2011!!! I had Keys & Sax for ceremony and cocktail hour and my guests loved it! I also got the DJ and photographer through them. Anthony and his crew worked our wedding on 05/21, and everything was perfect! The music selection and uplighting were exactly what we were looking for. Every single guest was on the dance floor at some point or another during the evening, as there was something for everyone. We initially hired them based on a friend's recommendation, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Eclipse Entertainment was absolutely perfect for our wedding! They played all the music we wanted and stayed away from the music we didnt. The DJ was so friendly and awesome, they really are the best!

We worked with Anthony at Eclipse for our Wedding. He is amazing. He was very in-tune with what we were going for as far as ambiance/atmosphere, and he nailed it. People are still raving about what a great wedding it was. Eclipse also provided lighting for the reception room, which looked AMAZING! They did our ceremony music and we also rented their Photobooth, which was fantastic. We received the CD of the Photobooth images about a week after the wedding. They provided props and everything to make people really have a great time. They were quick to answer emails, and always made time for us to stop by to chat. I would 100% recommend Eclipse!! I wish I could do it again!!!

Best DJ Ever! Everything from our first meeting to our wedding was extraordinary service. They provide all kinds of services from music, lighting to even photo booths! We signed up for all three and everything was setup on time and worked perfectly. We had Anthony as our MC/DJ... and he worked his magic to get our INCREDIBLY shy guests on the dance floor! Eclipse Entertainment truly delivered! We met with them a year before our April wedding, and knew that they would be perfect for keeping the dance floor packed. We opted for the DJ plus a percussionist and saxophone player - and everyone loved the live music element combined with a variety of songs. Also, the photobooth, uplighting, plasma tvs with photos, and spotlight monogram really made the room come alive! Everything was beautifully laid out and tasteful. I used Eclipse Entertainment's DJ services for my wedding and they were GREAT. They provided the music for the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception. Although the wedding was on a Sunday during the day, they kept people lively and dancing throughout the night. From the ceremony and cocktail hour live musicians to the reception music to the lightning, we'd do it all over again with Eclipse Entertainment! Michael was a pleasure to meet with, and Anthony was incredibly organized, easy going and accomodating when it came to planning our music selections. He was attentive to our likes and dislikes and was in constant communication with us prior to the wedding to ensure that everything was set for our special day. On the day of our wedding, Anthony and his crew were professionally dressed and arrived early to set up. Throughout our reception, Anthony played all of our music selections, along with other selections that he thought our guests would enjoy. Well, that proved true since our guests were constantly telling us how much they loved our dj! And, numerous times during the evening, Anthony and his crew checked on us to make sure we were pleased with everything, which of course we were! It was truly a pleasure working with Eclipse Entertainment. They made our wedding a day to remember.

Anthony did an amazing job all night long! From start to finish the music is exactly what we wanted and the crowd never stopped dancing! It's been six months since our wedding and we still hear people raving about our DJ at our Wedding at the Old Mill Inn! Anthony Battista is absolutely amazing!! From the minute that I met with Eclipse Entertainment, I knew my search was over! They knew exactly what we wanted our wedding to be like and they did that perfectly. We had a incident with one of our other vendors and all the guys(Anthony, Michael, etc. ) stayed with me and kept me calm while my husband took care of it. They were so professional but fun at the same time. Anthony also did my wedding montage and we can't stop watching it.
Eclipse also did the uplighting at our wedding. All we can say it WOW! They made the room look so beautiful that even the Olde Mill Inn themselves were amazing with the way the room looked! I only have good things to say about Eclipse Entertainment and plan to use them for every occasion we have.

My husband and I can't praise Michael and his team enough for the excellent job they did at our wedding at Oheka Castle. When we first met with him, we knew we wanted him to be our DJ. We spoke with other people/companies before we spoke with him, but we found Michael a lot more professional and easy to talk to. When we met with him a few days before the wedding to go over the first dance, entrance, etc he said he knows how stressful wedding planning can get, but he hopes that we have faith in his services. I told him that I had full faith in all our vendors and that I knew he would do a great job. Michael and his team did more than great, in my opinion. Our guests had a blast. We only had 110 guests, but I can tell you that the dance floor was never empty.

We also hired Eclipse Entertainment to do our pinspots and uplighting. I was impressed by the equipment they used. I was expecting ugly black pinspot equipment that are so obvious, but I was so surprised to see that you couldnt even tell the equipment was there. Even the uplighting they used in the ballroom was so pretty. It made the room at Oheka even more beautiful.

After our American wedding at Oheka, we had a Chinese banquet somewhere else. The experience was sooooo different. Unfortunately, we couldn't hire Eclipse Entertainment for the banquet because my in laws wanted the resident DJ to do it. I was so stressed out during the banquet because the music sucked. I wish we were able to hire Michael and his team again.

Eclipse was wonderful to deal with. We had very specific preferences and a very diverse set of guests. Seth Brawer used excellent judgment and made everyone, most importantly us, very happy. He also conducted himself and the evening in a professional and unobtrusive way. I would highly recommend Eclipse and Seth in particular.

I had so many worries going into planning my wedding, but once I met with Anthony from Eclipse Entertainment I knew the DJ was no longer going to be one of them. From the moment I met with him, I knew that I was dealing with a company that was professional and responsive to understanding what I wanted my wedding to be. Needless to say, the reception was spectacular! All of my guests had the same reaction, "This is the most fun I've ever had at a wedding!" The DJ, James, played all of the right songs at the perfect times. The dance floor was packed the entire evening. The spotlight on our first dance, the light shows, and our personal monogram all added to an incredible atmosphere. Anthony and his Eclipse staff were on top of making sure all of the traditional wedding ceremonies were executed flawlessly. We were especially pleased with the use of the video package we purchased. Our picture montage was another major hit with our guests. Watching my husband Chuck and I as we grew up and capturing our moments together was one of my most memorable experiences from the night. They also provided us with 250 high-resolution pictures from throughout the evening. Now we have pictures to show our friends and family as we await our pictures from our photographer. I can barely put into words how exceptional Eclipse was in making my wedding day spectacular. I recommend them to anyone!

You would think you were in Space in Miami (Famous club for those of you who do not know). this is what we wanted, and had the reception of a lifetime.We cannot thank Ant and Mike enough not a day goes by that we do not wish we could go back and do it all over again.

Anthony recently mc'd our 10/2/10 wedding and was fabulous. He guided us through all the wedding motions -- dances, cake cutting, etc. seemlessly. he read the crowd and played the perfect blend of music - provding the genres of music desired by me, my husband, and the crowd. the dancefloor was full the whole night! everyone had a blast and tells me how wonderful our mc/dj was!

we also had the pianist during cocktail hour which set the tone for an elegant evening. our guests were impressed.
lighting -
Eclipse also provided the lighting for our wedding - we requested amber up lighting, the monogram light, and also some lighting on the dancefloor. the amber up-lighting did not turn out "amber" as i had hoped (apparently due to the lighting of the room and the color of the walls) - but anthony was great adjusting the lights as we desired to set the mood of the room...

Anthony was my DJ at my wedding and to put it simply, he rocked the house. I was very concerned about the older generations at the wedding and therefore wanted less of a focus on today's pop/hip-hop. Anthony agreed to stay away from that genre until 45 minutes til end-of-wedding, but on my wedding day, EVERYONE was out on the dance floor. Anthony himself said he hadn't seen a wedding with this many people on the floor in a long time. Anthony therefore played a lot of dance music, but that's what everyone obviously wanted. As a bride planning a wedding, people having a blast on the dance floor is all you can really ask for!

We were extremely pleased with Eclipse!!!! I can't imagine that anyone else would be able to surpass them. They definitely helped to make our afternoon fun and enjoyable for everyone. Michael was very receptive to my list of approximately 100 song suggestions and understood the cool vibe I was going for. I told him about my concerns of having a "clubbing" atmosphere that not all of the guests would like, and he gave us a fabulous playlist that kept people dancing and smiling. Our guests spoke very highly of the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We were also very impressed on their attention to detail, such as understanding acoustic issues with a beach ceremony and assuring that the music would be heard. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Michael Spinnato was the champion vendor at my wedding. I chose Eclipse Entertainment because of the conversations I had with Michael- I loved his attitude, kindness and professionalism. He seemed to really understand that I wanted everyone dancing til they dropped. When I told him that I would create the playlist, he respectfully cautioned me against doing so because he likes the flexibility to feel the crowd's mood. I took his advice and as a result had the most phenomenal reception. Everyone, of all ages, was dancing and dancing together. People still are raving about the music.

Another really important reason I valued working with Michael was his calming and positive energy. He pulled me aside during the cocktail hour to explain the night's trajectory. I gave over everything to him and it flowed perfectly. I had planned my own wedding and being able to hand over the reigns to Michael was amazing. He was also incredibly responsive. From the dance floor I was able to mouth to him a music request and he had the DJ put it on next.

Soon to be married couples: don't overlook the importance of a great DJ, it is more important than almost everything else. We were married on 9-18-10 and Eclipse Entertainment (Michael) was our DJ for the evening. I can go on and on about the amazing experience it was to work with Michael and Eclipse!!! From the planning to the reception, everything was a smooth enjoyable experience, they are truly professional in all aspects and love doing what they do! It was very easy to trust our evening to Michael. We went with their lighting and DJ services at first...wow, the lights totally transformed the room into something spectacular!! The music, we wanted to stay away from the 'club scene' until after the cake cutting and do a 'different' play-list for the cocktail hour..Michael really pulled everything together...we had people on the dance floor all evening long..we ended up with two last dances because everyone was having such a great time! Michael also helped me at the last minute when I ran into some problems with ceremony music and a videographer...Michael/Eclipse came through for me and got me two more fantastic people to work with. The ceremony musician was great and we had a good time with the videographer, they were exactly what I was looking for.

Eclipse is definitely worth every cent and I highly recommend them without hesitation to anyone planning any type of party!

WOW!! Anthony and his team from Eclipse Entertainment were so incredible. I can't tell you how many people told me at the wedding and since how great our DJ was. They really did a phenomenal job of getting everyone out on the dance floor from the very beginning of the night till the very end of the night. My guests dancing and having fun was very important to me and Anthony and his team absolutely made this happen. We also ordered a lighting package from them which looked incredible. When I walked into the ballroom I was shocked how much the lighting really contributed to the overall look that I was trying to achieve. My (now) wife and I were referred to Mike (Spinnato) by close friends, and we knew from the first meeting with him that we were going to go with Mike and Eclipse Entertainment without a doubt! Mike's experience, professionalism, and respect to our request totally got our attention from the beginning. My wife and I had a good idea of music genre before we went to see Mike, but Mike helped us with picking out a couple of critical music for the reception. We gave him a short list of songs we like from various genre, and he expanded the range of music throughout the evening and kept everyone on the dance floor throughout the entire event!

At our first meeting, we were discussing previous weddings, mutual acquaintances, and my Korean/American background. I've been to a number of wedding receptions where Mike was the event coordinator/MC, and he has a great understanding of the flow of a typical wedding reception with mostly Korean crowd. He was able to relate to my requests and feedback with ease, and I appreciated his attention and interest to the culture.

Michael and everyone at Eclipse Entertainment helped make our wedding day perfect! From the moment we met Michael, we felt as though our music was in safe hands. It was easy to plan out the evening using the format they've developed. Cocktail hour, our first dance, dinner music, it was all we asked for. There wasn't a moment when the dance floor was empty, even during dinner! We had many compliments on the evening, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

What can I say you made our wedding the HUGE success that it was! Everyone had such a good time, the music at the ceremony was beautiful and set the mood for a small romantic setting. Ladies Eclipse Entertainment is the only way to go, going to meet with other DJ's is just a waste of YOUR TIME. I called Eclipse Entertainment as soon as I got on the phone they wanted nothing more then my day to be what I wanted it to be. I set a meeting, right away they sent me an email with directions. My husband and I went at night after work and met with Anthony and Michael. We talked about what we would like as far music and lights went, we needed a mix of reggae, hip hop, oldies and a mix that people could dance to as well as ceremony music. They care about what you want. We saw some videos and choose Anthony. We asked for a minute to talk things over thinking we would go outside but they left as let us talk in the office. I have to say out of all the vendors we delt with Anthony was the best, the only one that I did not have to worry about. We also got some l.e.d. lights and our names in lights to be on the dance floor(worth every penny!) Anthony was was kind enough to check in on me and had all the music we wanted for every second of our day. Great ceremony music,cocktail music, and our entrance and reception music. My family is big into reggae music Anthony's mix that i left in his hands was 100% on point. We had such a good time and Eclipse Enterainment had a very big part of that. I would give more stars if I could,Anthony thank you! We hope you enjoyed being part of this day as much as we enjoyed you and your crew making our day a day to remember.

LOVED this service! Mike Spinnato was very prompt in calling me back and i booked them on relatively short notice (3 months) AND i was very exacting in what i wanted--complete truss of lighting with a lighting operator, GOBO for the dancefloor so my monogram would be in lights, saxophone player, percussionist, and DJ with MC. he had never had someone ask for everything i wanted, yet he provided it for me and then some!!! i have had many many people come up to me and tell me that my wedding was the BEST wedding they had ever attended because of the entertainment. there was never a lull in the pace of the wedding, the dj/mc had a great feel for the crowd and kept changing it up! i would so recommend them to a friend and have already to 2 friends!!!

We hired Michael Spinnato to DJ our wedding on October 24th. It was an incredibly memorable evening and a HUGE reason for that was the music that Michael played. He was so helpful in choosing our songs and the dance floor was full the entire night! We are still receiving calls from our guests on how fantastic Michael was. We were so happy with the music for our wedding. John really made the party. He did a great job emceeing us through the night and kept everyone on their feet out on the dance floor. Eclipse Entertainment was absolutely fantastic. The dance floor was full all night long at our wedding reception - which was exactly what we wanted. They were extremely professional and very responsive from the first day we spoke to them. Eclipse Entertainment made our wedding so memorable that our guests are still talking about the music months later! I received numerous complements from all our guests!!! Everyone had a phenomenal time!! The combination of a DJ and four piece Band suited everyone�s needs and kept everyone entertained and dancing the night away! Mike was great! We met with him once before the wedding to discuss the details. When I fist met him I felt like I knew him for years! He is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. The day of he did an fantastic job! The ceremony music was perfect and I cannot say enough good things about the reception! Every one of my guests asked "Where did you find that DJ?". The dance floor was packed right after the Mother/Son dance until the very last song. Most of my friends didn't want to get off the dance floor to eat dinner, until he slowed the music down. He played every song I asked for and didn't play the ones I told him I didn't like. He also did our lighting, which was beautiful!

Michael and his team were exceptional. The lights and the video screens were flawless and made the whole night so much better. The music was incredible. I do not think one person sat down the whole night. (We even missed desert because we didn't want to sit.) He created video montages for us of our childhood and dating time and I couldn't have done it better myself. Michael and his team were very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely book his company again for any party we have in the future.

Eclipse provided ceremony music as well as a DJ/Live Music mix at our wedding! The live music at the ceremony (flute, cello, and vocalist) provided by Claremont Ensemble was beautiful! They did a fantastic job! They hit their cues during the ceremony, and the rendition of Ave Maria during the Rose Ceremony for our mother's was simply beautiful!

Our DJ, John Ryan, was really cool and told us everything we needed to know during the reception, so everything went really smoothly!
The mix of live music (sax and vocalist) with the DJ at the reception was also really fun! You guys must have improv'd some of the instrumentals because I didn't think anyone had sheet music for some of the selections, like Incubs' Aqueous Transmission- it was so cool! You guys also played a really nice mix of selections- my grandfather really enjoyed the Frank Sinatra, and my crazy friends and family were tearing it up on the dance floor (and the cocktail tables) to some old and new stuff! I mean we started a conga line within 1/2 hour of starting the dancing portion! It was great!

We also really liked the extended version of our 1st dance: Jason Mraz's I'm Yours. It was beautiful!

Thank you to everyone who helped make our reception a rocking success! My guests had so much fun! I can't wait until my brothers get married and we can do it all again!

I absolutely loved working with Mike Spinnato. We booked through him, and I spoke to him many times throughout the process. I always felt like I was talking to a friend, he made me so comfortable. The day of the wedding, he acted as a second maitr'd, he was getting me and my husband anything we wanted... his attention was great and I really appreciated his help. He played great music, the photo montage was my favorite part of the night, and the name in lights on the dance floor were a perfect touch.

We were thoroughly satisfied with Michael Spinnato of Eclipse Entertainment. From our first meeting with him, we knew that he would do a fantastic job on our wedding day. He showed us videos of weddings that he had DJ'd so that we knew the quality of our service. He listened to all of the requests we made, including ignoring persistent requests of family members for line-dancing. He kept the wedding moving and on schedule.

Finding Mike Spinnato was a dream come true for our wedding. My husband and I interviewed about five DJ's before we came to Mike and we immediately clicked. It was like having a friend at our wedding! He took care of all of our special requests, made sure that my husband and I were happy throughout the night, and was as professional as possible. He played great music and kept the party alive all night. When people came up to him with strange requests he made sure to run them by us to make sure that we were okay with whatever the guest was requesting. Mike even had a light made with our monogram on it that flashed on the dance floor - it was such a hit! I have no complaints AT ALL about Mike!

There is no word to describe how wonderful my wedding was thanks to the entertainment that was provided by Eclipse Entertainment. Being the owner of a children’s entertainment company I know how crucial the entertainment portion of your event is. It is obvious that when the DJ is great your party will be great; however, my party was more than great it was extraordinary. Steven Caruso and Scott Bargin did an amazing job that I have been getting calls still about how awesome the DJs were. They played a wide variety of genres of music to please all of my guests. Most of all they had each and every of my 166 guests up and dancing. Mike Spinnato and Anthony Battista helped me immensely down to the minor details of the wedding. They arranged a piano player for my cocktail hour, provided up-lighting for the room, got my photographer, videographer and provided plasma screen TVs on the dance floor to show pictures throughout the night. My wedding was an absolute fairytale; in a million years I couldn’t have dreamed of such a perfect day. If you choose Eclipse Entertainment you will not be disappointed; you will be thankful for the rest of your life because it is a day that you will remember forever! My husband and I will recommend Eclipse Entertainment to everyone we know with confidence that they will make every event as special as they made ours.

From the very beginning of the planning process up to the wedding day, the people at Eclipse were fantastic. They were very responsive, helpful and willing to do whatever necessary to make us completely satisfied. The lighting was terrific and the music was perfect. DJ James Amore and MC Stephen Caruso were outstanding during the evening. The music was a wonderful mix of styles, the right volume, and they created the perfect atmosphere for the guests.
