I don't know exactly how to rate them because I will say that I did receive a beautiful cake. The problem is I received it almost an hour and a half late. When it was dropped off I was promised that someone would contact me to make up for the problem. About a week later I got a message asking how I liked the cake (I left for my honeymoon immediately after the reception so I couldn't call them). When I called back I told them about the delivery problem and all I got was that they were sorry. I don't know... I'm not expecting the world here but maybe offer a free dessert or something. Just a little gesture. I about had a fit on my wedding day because we couldn't find the cake and one of our guests had to miss the ceremony trying to get it to us. I went to Eddie's because everybody said they are the best. Now I'm thinking I could have gone anywhere.

Eddie's did such a fabulous job on our wedding cake. They listened to our ideas, made suggestions, and always responded to any questions we had regarding our cake. The cake turned out perfect and was everything I hoped it would be. I highly suggest their red velvet/cream cheese and dark chocolate/mocha combination :)

They had a variety of wedding cakes on display, which made it much easier to describe what I would like for my cake. However, I would make sure that you double check all the information for your order before you leave, and also confirm a couple weeks before the wedding. They had some of the pricing incorrect on my order, as well as the size of the cake.

Our wedding cake was last minute (as our original baker fell thru) but Eddies Bakery was so good. The cake was affordable, beautiful and tasted like heaven. Completely recommend them!

My cake was one of my favorite parts of my wedding. I was worried that it was going to "melt" because they had to drop it off early in the day at the club, but it did not. It was absolutely devine! Thank you Eddie's I love visiting you every time we are in Fresno!
