cutest little shop tucked away. They let us have cake samples without making an appointment. they gave us typical samples and even made specialized samples of what we were looking for, just for us! They helped us to design our own wedding cake without having to pick one out that someone else already had. They delivered it to the reception hall on time and in perfect condition. The cake was amazing! And the price was unbeatable!

I used Edelweiss Bakery for my wedding cake as well as for a cake for my bridal shower. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the cakes all taste delicious. The employees are all super sweet, unlike some other places I went to.

Edelweiss Bakery is amazing. It is affordable and the cakes are beautiful. I had a huge wedding and I got a four-tiered, white, lemon-filled cake. It was delicious. Truly delicious; most of the cakes I had tried beforehand were pretty but not tasty. This was both. They decorated it with my flowers and did an exquisite job. They delivered it early and set it up exactly how I specified. I think the most surprising part of working with Edelweiss was the price. I would have been happy to pay at least $2500 for a cake that looked like mine. And mine was only $300. I really believe that everyone in the greater San Diego area should use them as their cake vendor.
