Our cake was soooo delicious! It was the moistest wedding cake I have ever had. It didn't have that weird wedding cake taste that everyone hates; it was absolutely amazing! The design was something new, but they pulled it off beautifully. Everyone at the wedding loved it!

Dessert is my favorite thing. I love dessert. All of my friends and family know that I have high standards for dessert, and I wanted to make sure I selected the best cake maker in the Houston area. When I met Jessie, I knew I had found the perfect vendor. We did the free cake tasting (one of the most delicious days of my life), tried about 10 different flavors of cake, and put a deposit down immediately. Jessie was always flexible when making appointments, and she or someone that works with her was always available by phone. She made the cakes exactly like the pictures I had shown her, and they were so incredibly tasty. Her prices were reasonable, and she and her staff are all very professional. She makes the best cakes, and she delivered everything on time as promised on the wedding day. Highly recommend.

We got so many compliments on our cake, i don't even know where to begin! When we went for our cake tasting at Edible Designs, I knew they had a lot of experience with designs. They had many displays throughout their shop of different designs. They also had many photos of actual cakes that they designed that were amazing! We were able to choose everything that we wanted on our cake and they provided excellent help when we were unsure how the designs would look. We picked different parts of many cakes and put them all into ours. They drew out what the cake would look like and really helped us to visualize our cake!
I'm a HUGE fan of funfetti cakes and I thought a good way to personalize our wedding would be to add sprinkles to the cake and make a funfetti wedding cake. When I asked edible designs, they had no problem doing it. They actually encouraged the creativity! We dropped off our cake topper 1 week before our wedding and when the cake arrived, there were no mishaps with the topper being too heavy and sinking the cake. The cake turned out beautifully and tasted amazing. My father-in-law even said, "This is the best cake I've ever had. Even better than my wedding cake, and I thought that was the best ever!" Thanks so much Edible Designs, you guys really are top-notch! I will definitely use them for future wedding anniversaries and any other cake services I may need!

Mrs. Jessie makes THE BEST CAKES EVER!!!! My fiancé and I went to other bakers, and we were not impressed. Coming from a southern family who makes everything from scratch, I am very picky about my cakes. I also didn't want a cake that looked good, but tasted bad. When we went to taste their cakes I was shocked at how many flavors of cake and filling combinations they let us try... and they were all DELICIOUS, so our decisions was tough! Our wedding cake looked absolutely beautiful!!! I went with buttercream icing because I don't like the taste of fondant.... it looked flawless!!! I had several of our guests tell me that it looked like fondant because it was so smooth and beautiful. We also did a grooms cake and were originally just doing a plain cake with no theme or decorations... a few weeks before the wedding I called Rey to see if I could add a "UTSA" theme to the cake because I wanted to surprise my groom...Rey was more than accommodating. I was nervous about adding it as he said they had never done the UTSA roadrunner before, but he reassured me it would look great. When I got to our reception it exceeded my expectations!!! It looked phenomenal!!! Not only were both cakes gorgeous, our guests were raving about how delicious and moist it was!! The taste, quality, and beauty of their cakes far exceed others that are probably 3 times their price. I could not have been happier!!

WOW! People raved for days over our cakes. Our groom's cake was a replica of my husband's police badge, and his buddies from work were all taking out their badges at the wedding to compare because they couldn't believe how exact they had gotten it! The bride's cake was so delicious, that we decided not to save the top layer for our anniversary. We ate it over the two weeks following our wedding, and plan to order a small cake from Edible Designs by Jessie every year for our anniversary! I highly recommend Edibles by Jessie!

I cannot tell you how many people told me how fabulous this cake was at my wedding! I was sooo happy with the outcome. Both the grooms and brides cakes were so moist and tasty! Our wedding cake was 3 tier beautiful Italian cake with mango creme with blue scrolling and the groom's cake was chocolate mousse San Antonio Spurs with minature basketballs made strawberries. We sampled both and they were delicious! We had a small wedding cake piece on our wedding night. Our only regret was not grabbing a few pieces to take with us after the party was over.

LOVED my wedding cake from Jessie! I only used fondant on some of the tiers and buttercream on the rest and it looked flawless, you couldn't tell the difference. The taste... I can't get enough. We got the almond cake and chocolate ganache cake. It doesn't get any better!!

We went to several different vendors, but stopped when we found Ray at Edible Designs by Jessie. He was fun and was willing to do whatever we wanted and worked within our budget - all inclusive!
We knew he would come through for us the day of and he did! The cake was exactly what we had pictured and was soooooo delicious!
The groom decided to get his cake from them as well and it was deliciously decadent chocolate!
Everyone at the wedding commented on how good the cakes were and there was very little left at the end of the night!

Fantastic! Everyone loved the barrel of beer groom's cake. The meeting to choose flavors for cakes was fun and relaxed and made choosing from the incredible selection an enjoyable process.

AMAZING!!!!!!! We got endless compliments on the cake. IT WAS PERFECT! Edible Designs by Jessie was the first vendor we met with after booking Agave Real. And what a great meeting it was. One of the main things people have been talking about after our wedding is the CAKE!! We got married 2 weeks ago and we are STILL getting texts from guests asking who made our cakes!! We had no problems at all with them and everything was absolutely perfect! We had a 3 tier cake with white cake and butter cream filling for our wedding cake. The Grooms cake was chocolate with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate covered strawberries on top. We got the Grooms cake free since we booked the same day as our cake tasting. I can't say enough how delicious both were!!!! Luckily, we had a lot of our wedding cake left over to take home plus the top anniversary part. The Grooms cake was completely gone. You HAVE to check Edible Designs by Jessie if you want a cake everyone will be raving about!! SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOD!!!

They were great to work with, very easy to communicate with and they had some great ideas to help me have my dream cake. I am an avid baker, so my worst fear was having a gorgeous wedding cake that tasted like cardboard. I was not disappointed by appearance or taste. Every cake we tried at our tasting was light, moist, and flavorful. Even my now husband (who does not have a sweet tooth) was craving more of this cake.

My sister and I both got our wedding cakes from Edible Designs by Jessie. I've been to many weddings and tastings and they make the BEST cakes by far. The red velvet is to die for but you really can't go wrong with any flavor.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Jessie, Rey and the talented team at Edible Designs by Jessie. Rey did our consultation and was very helpful, provided great feedback on our designs and was very responsive to all of our e-mail communications. We purchased a bridal cake and a grooms cake and both were absolute works of art AND delicious. Some people didn't even realize that the grooms cake was a cake!! It looked like a real football helmet! We received so many compliments from guests on the design and the great cake flavors and we know some people went up for seconds!

Edible Designs by Jessie did a fabulous job on the bride and groom's cake, especially going all out to make a really fun design with an actual toolbox and specially created nuts and bolts for each cupcake. Everybody raved about how delicious and beautiful everything was. We barely had any leftovers to take home with us.

My husband's Aggie Ring cake was everyone's favorite part of the wedding, it seemed!! It was SO REALISTIC! We emailed Jessie pictures of my husband's ring and it was EXACTLY like it. We have seen other Aggie ring cakes and they look like donuts with the school seal on it, but not ours! My cake was also a show stopper, it was covered in rhinestones and was as delicate as it was flashy! Jessie experiments with a lot of flavors, and after trying over 20 pieces of the most unique flavors in Houston, I went with cookies & cream for my cake. It was a risky decision for my traditional wedding but EVERYONE loved it!!

Edible Designs by Jessie did my wedding cake & grooms cake. My wedding cake was a large 5 layer cake that was almost too pretty to eat. The grooms cake was a pool table. I printed off a picture online of a pool table cake and our cake was 100 times better than the cake I found online. I am so pleased with how delicious and beautiful the cakes were.

We had a horrible experience with our original cake vendor (Rustika Cafe...after we had made our deposit for the wedding cake, they literally lost two other cake orders that we had given them...one for our engagement party and one for a birthday cake for my Director...as in the day we went to pick each up, there was no cake for us. Needless to say, I was so sad and upset).

We were tasked with finding a new vendor, but Edible Designs by Jessie has made this the best experience ever - I consider us so fortunate to have found them! Natalia, Jessie's daughter, is our consultant. My fiance and I were looking for a fresh strawberries and cream filling and almond buttercream. Natalia took her time with us, with no pressure put on, and helped me come up with an incredible design that mimics the feel I was looking for. She even managed to come up with a scroll to reflect part of my gown, without it looking cheesy. My finace couldn't attend the tasting since he couldn't get the day off, so my dad went with me. We both LOVED the cake!

Natalia not only treated us so wonderfully, but she went above and beyond any expectation I could have ever had after my experience with the other vendor. They TRULY earned our business, and I cannot wait to see the cake on our wedding day!

Edible Designs provided the cakes for our wedding, both the Bride's and Groom's cake were exactly as requested. The cakes were delivered on time and were beautiful. They provide a wide variety of cakes for tasting during your planning process and also have many cake possibilities to choose from during your decision making. Our guest thought the cakes were both beautiful and delicious, we couldn't have been more pleased.

We tasted a lot of cakes before we settled on Edible Designs. There are a lot of good cake artists out there, but none that can bake a cake as exquisite as Jessie! Our wedding cake looked exactly how we asked for it to look and everyone told us it was the most delicious wedding cake they'd ever had. We had alternating layers of Amaretto and strawberry filling and the cake was so moist and tasty. I ordered a groom's cake as a surprise for my groom. It looked like a box of popcorn with a Netflix envelope and a remote control. It was so realistic, people actually tried to grab popcorn out of the box! The remote control was modeled after our remote from a picture I e-mailed to Rey. All elements were executed perfectly. It was devil's food with raspberry filling and was absolutely decadent! Every one at the shop was very nice to work with and very responsive to us. I highly recommend them!

Edible Designs by Jessie made us such an incredible wedding cake and groom's cake! I received so many compliments on how beautiful the cakes looked and how tasty they were! She made my husband's dream come true with his very own Yankees logo cake - he couldn't stop smiling when he saw it :))).

The cakes are so yummy. We had a hard time picking our favorites. They both came out so amazing. They are also quick to respond to email, and they will tell you if things will not look right. Very easy to work with, and care about your vision.

Edible Designs by Jessie was recommended to us by our hall coordinator. They did an amazing job with our cake for a reasonable price. They delivered it for us to the hall 3 hours before our ceremony started. The cake not only looked stunning, but it tasted delicious! We had chocolate fudge on two tiers and white raspberry on the other two tiers at no extra cost. The best thing about working with them is you get to buy your own jewels, ribbon, and topper. I know that may sound stressful but it really saves you money. Some cake designers charge you for those accessories at a higher price than what they really are. They write down what you should get, where to get it from, how long it should be, and about how much it will be. It'll come to be no more than fifty dollars when the other cake designers will charge you at least $100 dollars. I know because my sister-in-law is getting married in December and we're paying for her cake from another company. Keeping in contact will Edible Designs is very easy. I usually emailed them and they responded quickly. Couldn't ask for a better cake designer!

We got both our wedding cake and groom's cake from Edible Designs by Jessie and they were both DELICIOUS!! At our tasting, we chose a cake from a picture that they had, and the cake looked exactly like the photo at the wedding. The cake flavors that we tasted were so good that we got 3 different flavors because we couldn't decide! They were also very flexible and affordable on the groom's cake. We worked with Rey who was very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Edible Designs by Jessie as their cake was probably the best wedding cake I have ever tasted!

No words can describe how beautiful my cake was!! I will have to post a picture and that even doesn't do it justice. Jessie is a sweetheart, she loves what she does and she puts 100% in her work you can tell but how it looks and definitely how it tastes. I will post pictures soon. Cake was awesome and light. We did the butter cream frosting and everyone loved it. The only complaint that I had was that I was not aware I needed an actual stand for my cake topper and they sunk into the cake a little bit which mad it a little sad looking. Outside of that the taste was superb. Strawberry filling is the way to go.

We absolutely loved our wedding cake designed and made by Jessie @ Edible Designs. Jessie captured our vision perfectly and made our 5 layer cake perfectly. We were a little picky on the cake and they did an amazing job. We searched and searched and searched for a cake designer and everything came back to them. We tried every cake place in Houston and the surrounding area (we had 15 months to plan our wedding) and this was truly the best we could find. The wedding cake was beautiful and tasted like no other cake we had tried. The grooms cake was a hit!!! They nailed the little details and did so unexpectedly. We didn't know if they would be able to recreate the cake the way we wanted and the not only did it but went above and beyond our expectations. Please make them you first call when it comes to the cake... you will not be disappointed.

Jessies cakes are great!!! I had my wedding at Agave Road and they use Jessie to do their cakes. My brides cake was yummy. I did a traditional white cake. I they got a new york themed cake for my husband who is from NYC. I designed the cake and never would I have imagined it would come out looking so awesome. It was the empire state building with new york city logos all around the base of the cake!!!! How awesome. It was amaretto stawbery and the little piece of it I got was yummy!!!! highly recommended. They are very creative and can do with a cake anything you can imagine and it will still taste good!!!!

Edible Designs by Jessie handled both the bride's and groom's cake. Both cakes turned out exactly how we hoped. The staff was very quick to respond with any questions or comments we had during the ordering process.

How many compliments did we get on our cake?!!! The cake was magnificent. It was not only beautiful and highly photogenic, but it was, most importantly, DELICIOUS!!! The cake was so good, we've already eaten the top layer! We couldn't wait a year to have another slice! We will be going back to Jessie to have another top layer made on our first anniversary. Jessie and her team did a fabulous job on the cakes! We got so many compliments about how moist and delicious it was! We went with a raspberry filling with cream cheese with white cake and a chocolate cake for the groom's cake. The details to the cake were great and was everything I had pictured! Edible Designs by Jessie was probably one of my favorite vendors to work with during my wedding planning process. Jessie is one of the most talented wedding cake bakers I have ever seen and both my cakes can attest to her wonderful gift. Every single cake that we tasted (which was at least 20) were delicious and the hardest part was choosing what flavors to choose. We ended up choosing an amaretto cake with raspberry cream cheese frosting for my cake, and a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling for the grooms cake. Our grooms cake was an Aggie Ring cake, and my Aggie friends and family said it was the best Aggie Ring cake they have ever seen and tasted. Having our wedding cake topper sitting in our freezer is so tempting because I know how amazing our cake tasted!

The cakes were beautiful and delicious. People were asking, " who made the cake?" The groom's cake was a design of a firefighter helmet in Dallas cowboys' colors. It was so nice, it did not look real. The guests thought it was a real helmet. Great job!

Jessie is one of the cake vendors our venue had on their vendor list. My now sister-in-law used her for her wedding 2 and a half years ago. I didn't remember much about how the cake tasted but I know the cake was beautiful. My now husband and I went on a taste testing and all of their cakes were delicious! We went with an amaretto cake and raspberry filling for the bride cake and hadn't decided if we were going to use them for the groom's cake due to price and what we wanted. A few months before the wedding, my husband decided what he wanted and since his family used Jessie for a few other occasions before, they talked to her about pricing for the groom's cake. We got a good deal so we decided to order it from her. The cake was a chocolate cake with ganache over it and it was delicious! The design that we wanted was also very good so we were very happy with her and her team. We dealt with Ray most of the time so I never got to meet Jessie or talk to her but I my husband and mother-in-law talked to her during the groom's cake process. Note: Since they had a contract with our venue, I'm not sure how much she charges for her services.

OH MY GOSH! This cake was absolutely delish!!! I was actually semi-sad that we had to go on our honeymoon so soon and had to get rid of the left over cake we had.

The cake is moist and not to rich or sweet, just perfect! We did the amaretto cake with raspberry and cheesecake fillings with a buttercream icing. Makes my mouth water just thinking of it! Everyone who works there is super nice and willing to help. They have cakes and photos for you to look at to get ideas or you can bring in your own idea (which is what I did) and they will do it perfectly! I loved how great our cake looked! and tasted!

Jessie did a wonderful job on my bridal cake and on the grooms cake. My cake was very simple but she made it look so elegant. The grooms cake we did was a Gator with a huge smile with braces. My husband went to the University of Florida and he is a Dentist so I gave her ideas of what we wanted and she made the most amazing cake. Everyone loved his cake and it tasted just as amazing. When you walk into her bakery the smell of sugar hits you and all you want to do is eat all of her cakes. :) She has the most amazing cakes displayed and tons of photo albums full of pictures to give you ideas! We got both the bride and grooms cake from Jessie and the designs and taste of the cakes were AMAZING! Almost everyone at the wedding asked us if both cakes were made by the same place because of the great versatility and designs were so different! Everyone commented on how delicious the cakes were! We recommend her to EVERYONE!

Our cake was absolutely perfect! The cake is so moist it melts in your mouth. Everyone had seconds and thirds. No one else will ever make a cake for us!

We had our wedding at Agave Road, and Jessie was the cake vendor they suggested and our red velvet cake was beautiful and delicious!!! It was SO much prettier than the inspiration picture I brought it. They were very flexible with our schedule for tasting and the gentleman who helped us was very courteous.

We found out that 50 extra guests were coming about a week before the wedding, and they took care of everything including adding an extra tier to the cake to make it look more appealing to the eye.

They stayed open late when my fiancé was stuck in traffic while on the way to the showroom.

She has a beautiful showroom that include cakes that don't even look like cakes!! They are breathtaking.

The cakes were exactly as we had ordered and pictured them. All of the

We met with Jessie's son (Ray?) for our tasting. Everything was delicious, it was hard to decide! We emailed a photo of what we wanted to groom's cake to look like and it turned out better than we could have imagined! Both cakes looked good and tasted great!

Please look no further if you are looking for a beautiful and delicious wedding cake. Seriously. I found a picture online of how I wanted my bridal cake and also an idea for a groom's cake. I wasn't sure that anyone could make it exactly how it looked in the picture but she did. All of my wedding guests were raving about how good it was and want to know where she's located. My coworker is having her son baptized and she refuses to get a cake from anywhere else. They especially loved the strawberry cake with strawberry mousse filling. She called me with any questions she had to ensure that she was doing it just the way I wanted, she responded to my emails quickly, I couldn't have asked for better service. And best of all, her cakes were not too expensive as I had found elsewhere. So again, if you want a delicious cake for a great price that looks beautiful, please don't look any farther. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Oh my goodness where do we begin. Jessie made the most incredible cakes ever. The grooms cake was a big Aggie ring and the guest went crazy. My daughters cakes was made spot on by a lovely picture we had and the strawberry and cream was to die for. Her wedding was last Saturday and we are still eating it almost a week later. We can't thank you enough for making us feel so good. Our order was a year ago and without a call from us you were there no worries at all. Edible Designs by Jessie provided a wedding cake and groom's cake for our wedding. Both cakes were beautiful and all of our guests thought they were delicious. We had no issues with the delivery of the cakes to our reception venue. I thought the cakes were priced very reasonably when compared to other vendors in the area.

My fiance was living out of state prior to the wedding and Jessie was kind enough to provide an additional tasting when he came to town so that he could approve the flavor selections my mother and I had previously made.

I could not have been happier with my wedding cake from Edible Designs by Jessie. Not only was the cake delicious, it was also a work of art. I brought in a picture that I had found online of my perfect wedding cake, and Jessie did exactly what I wanted and then some. The cake was so amazing that I didn't even want to cut it!
