We had our wedding cake ordered from this local bakery store in Reston Town Center where we live. We are frequent visitors to this store for cakes and cupcakes so we were sure about ordering our wedding cake from here! We met with the owner Allen and did a tasting and as we already knew, everything tasted delicious! I sent photos of how I wanted the cake to come out and they definitely delivered! On our wedding day, the cake looked exactly how I wanted it to look! It was also incredibly tasty! Will definitely continue to use Edible Incredible for all future celebrations!

The second I tasted Edibles Incredible's cake, I knew they would be making my wedding cake. The tasting was definitely the most fun wedding planning experience for my mom and I. We tasted the red velvet, yellow moon, vivacious vanilla, and I think a lemon cake (I can't remember now) and ended up with the vivacious vanilla. They were very easy to work with regarding the design, which was a simple white-on-white pattern in butter-cream. They delivered on time, and the cake was just as wonderful as it was at the tasting. The only comment my husband made was it "wasn't easy enough to smash in [my] face", which I don't consider a bad thing since the cake is supposed to be dense and decadent (and I think he was just mad that I smashed the cake in his face better). All our guests commented on how wonderful the cake was and how they've never had anything like it at a wedding. The fact that they send us a replica top tier cake for our 1 year anniversary is just (pun intented) icing on the cake. Thank you, Edibles Incredible, for a wonderful and beautiful wedding cake!

If you want something moist but not wet, sweet but natural-tasting, and beautifully done at a reasonable price, this is your bakery! They were wonderful and the final product was fantastic!! I wish I was getting married again just to have my cake again... (only got 2 bites, so sad...).

You meet with Alan, the owner. The consultation was not rushed, you get full-sized cakes to try and take home. There is no push for the contract as they are confident in their products.

There was some communications delay as I think there was a switch in staff part-way, but the second person was quick (especially with email, which I prefer due to my work schedule), had a variety of suggestions to my questions and got the job done.

You get an 'anniversary cake' at your one year, so very much looking forward to that!

Yummiest cake ever! One bridesmaid (who shall remain anonymous) had 4 slices because it was so good. Alan and his team are the best in the business at making yummy, moist cakes that fall apart in your mouth. We had the Caramelicious and Viviacious Vanilla and our guest's couldn't get enough. The design on the outside was beautiful and I was so happy with the way it all turned out!

Well from the very beginning, I knew I was working with a good thing. The owner Alan made me feel very important during my cake tasting and was extremely professional, passionate and accomodating. Our cake was designed exactly the way we requested and it was just delicious! During our cake-cutting ceremony I was giddy at how yummy our cake was! At time they were hard to reach and I did receive a few delayed responses but I will be making a trip back there for my future cakes. Amazing!

My cake was beautiful and everyone raved about how delicious it was. My only complaint would be that it was left in the sun by the delivery person, so one corner of the cake was damaged. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We had a winter-themed wedding and our cake had a topper of us on snowboards. Edibles Incridible made our cake with snowboard trails down it with fir trees. If you have a creative idea or hobby that you would like to have on your cake, I would recommend Edibles. They will work with you to make it what you want. Also, the cake itself was delicious!!! We had tons of guests comment on how good it was!

Our cake was INCREDIBLE! Everyone came up to us to tell us how awesome it was. We decided to go with the neopolitan and the butterscotch toffee crunch layers. The only complaint was that everyone wanted to try both flavors! It was beautiful and so tasty. It was SO moist and probably one of my favorite parts of the evening. Thank you!

Edibles Incredible is a great place to treat yourself to delightful desserts. For an extremely reasonable price (for wedding cakes) you can bring the treats to your wedding day and share it with your guests. Even though they are extremely successful, and deal with high-end businesses who want their delectables, they still give very personal, professional treatment to regular folks like me! We had an appointment with the owner where we discussed our ideas and listened to recommendations and tried a bunch of flavors. One thing that I would personally do next time is get two separate cakes, in their original version and layer them on different cake stands or something. The wedding cake was wonderful, but I enjoyed the cakes in their original state better than stacked one on top of the other with a uniform frosting. It was a gorgeous cake, though, and everyone really enjoyed it!

Edibles Incredible created a beautiful wedding cake for our big day. Alan gave us whole slices of cake for our tasting. We were able to take the leftovers home to enjoy. Alan also offers to make a free anniversary cake if you take a picture of the cake for his portfolio.

Our cake turned out awesome! We wanted something very simple, and elegant and that is exactly what they delivered. Edible Incredible has the best value for cakes out there...the price is right and the cakes are so moist and tasty! I would recommend Edible Incredible to anyone!

I wouldn't be happy in my wedding if i don't get to have edibles's it's amazing how you can find pretty looking desserts in here! I LOVE IT

I recall samples of their Lemon Sublime cake from over 3 years ago when I first heard about Edibles Incredible at a food convention held in DC. My FI and I met with Alan for a sampling and we were sold once again after just a few bites.

They've got a great online gallery to chose your cake design from and are pretty flexible at giving quotes based on different variables. They also don't believe in freezing the top layer and are open to making you a fresh one for the anniversary...I'll definitely take them up on it. :)

i found edibles incredible on wedding wire and could not help but notice all of the rave reviews, not to mention...how reasonable they were in comparison to other local bakeries. i knew we had to go for a tasting. i am not much of a cake person and told my fiance on the way to the tasting that he could choose the cake because i never thought they were very good at weddings. that all changed as soon as we took our first bite! oh my gosh! edibles puts an end to the dry idea of cake. it was the most moist delicious cake i'd ever had! allan sat down with us and listened to our ideas and we were able to create a beautiful cake for our wedding. my favorite part is we were able to pick THREE flavors! our guests are still raving about the cake and one of our friends is already planning to order a cake for her child's birthday. one of the coolest things i've heard is that edibles makes you a fresh cake on your anniversary instead of freezing the top layer. i don't think it gets much better, great value, delicious cake, great service, and a freshly baked cake on your anniversary!

Amazing catering and love the service.

I swear Alan has ruined all other cake for me forever. This is seriously the BEST CAKE you will ever taste. The cake tasting is free, and you get three HUGE slices of whichever flavors you choose (and you get the take the leftovers home). Extra slices are $5. We ended up going with the cherry almond vanilla, chocolate mousse bliss, and toffee crunch. The cherry almond vanilla was by far my favorite. In addition, you don't have to freeze your top layer. They will give you a free top layer on your one year anniversary. Prices were about average for the area, so no complaint there. The only issue we had was we emailed the wedding coordinator, and never got a response. We had to follow up a few weeks later to find out the coordinator was no longer there, and someone else had taken over. Once we sorted that out though it was totally smooth sailing. I spoke with the coordinator, gave some vague ideas about a design, sent some pictures, and she described what she thought might work. I was fine with whatever; honestly I wasn't too picky about what the cake looked like. On the day of though it was exactly what she'd described! Long story short, the cake is freaking delicious, everything arrived correctly and on time, and it was very stress-free. Highly recommended!

I am a caterer by pfofession so i looked hard and fast for the best wedding cake for my daugter's wedding. After tasting a couple of wedding cakes I was very disatisfied and mentioned to a freind at work who pointed me to edibles incredible. Boy was I floored! The cake which happened to be lime sublime was just a taste out of this world.
During the wedding almost all the guests sort me out to make me know how they loved the cake and had more than one slice. The comment I got from almost everybody was, usually wedding cakes are just dressed up but never taste good but this cake tasted just as good as it looked. Thankyou so much for such a wonderful cake and service. My son inlaw came to personally thank me for the cake.

I absolutely LOVED my wedding cake from Edibles Incredible! Not only was it beautiful, it was so delicious! Moist, but not overly sweet. I had to go back to the store in Reston Town Center several times in the months before the wedding to try different flavors because we couldn't decide! We ended up with 3 flavors for the wedding cake - vivacious vanilla white, pumpkin with cream cheese buttercream, and neopalitan. The groom's cake was lemon sublime (apparently one of their most popular flavors).
Deidra was great - she listened to my design ideas and gave suggestions on how I could keep the cost down in certain areas of the design. The price/slice is very reasonable, as I researched many bakeries in the area.
I highly recommend Edibles Incredible! I love their cake and have ordered a few cakes for birthdays and baptisms already!

Alan and his team did a great job on our wedding cake! Our guests were so impressed with the appearance and quality of the cake.

We went to several open house tastings at other bakeries but none of them can touch Edibles Incredible! Alan provided full slices of cake for the tasting...we took a few bites and took the remaining pieces home for later because they were so yummy. The quality of his cakes far surpasses any wedding cake I have ever tasted. It was so moist that I joked with Alan about whether he put motor oil in the cake batter!

We provided a basic design for the cake and his team provided us with ways to enhance our design...the outcome was both elegant and contemporary. We enjoyed the tasting so much that we also ordered a grooms cake. We served it at our rehearsal dinner...our guests raved about the design, colors, taste and large portion sizes.

The Edibles Incredible team is professional, creative and totally affordable. When compared to area bakers, the pricing and quality is outstanding! At our first anniversary, they will provide us with a new cake top layer...can't wait!!!

I had a great experience with edibles incredible. The cake was exactly what we wanted! We had two flavors, pumpkin with cream cheese and vanilla with buttercream. They were as good on wedding day as they were at the tasting. We had plenty left over too which was great because so much is going on your wedding day that you don't really get to enjoy the cake that day.

The cake is a dense, moist cake so if you like light, fluffy cakes this is not the place for you. We had an initial meeting with Alan, the owner, who assured us that his cakes were the best. We got to sample three flavors and then take home the extra for free! The sample slices were huge and they were on wedding day too! They also provide you with a free anniversery cake on your year anniversery if you provide them with a photo of your cake. So no need to freeze the top!

The only reason I gave four stars for responsiveness was because when I emailed them about the design of my cake, I didn't hear back for a couple days and had to follow up with a phone call. After that though, I also heard back right away.

Edibles was recommended by our venue. The difference between their cakes and their willingness to work with us and the other vendors we spoke with was night and day. From the beginning it was clear they were willing to design our cake exactly how we wanted it and to walk us through that process. When we went to the tasting, they gave us HUGE pieces of each of the cakes we wanted to try, instead of tiny bite-size samples like other vendors. The guests raved about the cake as well, even people who don't normally like to eat cake.

The one very minor difficulty was that it was sometimes hard to get a response to inquiries to confirm details or answer questions. However, our cake turned out perfectly, and they were always on top of what we needed, even if that wasn't being communicated to us in a timely manner.

We would recommend using Edibles Incredible for sure - their cakes are incredibly moist and delicious! We'll probably buy cakes from them in the future for other events.

I call Alan the "Donald Trump of Cake." He is very confident about his ability to make cake...and he should be. His cake is excellent. He prepared the wedding cake for our wedding reception. We sampled his cakes at his bakery and we knew we had to choose him when my fiance, who hates cake, ate several slices of cake. The cakes are pricey but let's face it, most wedding cake is awful. If you're going to serve cake, you might as well serve cake that people will enjoy. With Edibles Incredible, you can be certain that the cake will be good.

My only small complaint is that the edible flowers on the top of our cake did not match the ribbon design around on the cake but I'm not a perfectionist so it didn't really bother me.

My husband and I went here for a tasting and as soon as we tried some cake we knew we would not be going anywhere else. The cake is so dense and moist! Not only that, but the owner said if we take a picture of the cake and present it to him a year later for our anniversary, he would make us a new one instead of saving it for a year! We talked with the coordinator about our design and colors and the cake turned out fabulous! It was better than expected We would highly recommend getting your wedding cake, or any kind of sweet from here!

Our wedding cake was gorgeous and tasted amazing!! We received compliments on the cake throughout the evening and even after our wedding. We look for forward to using Edbles Incredible for our future "sweet treats"!! :)

There is no where else I would have gotten my cake from! Not only is Alan and his team creative, friendly, responsive and talented, but they are the epitome of professional. The cake is the best you will ever have, there are tons of different flavors to choose from, literally something for everyone AND it is the best cake in the world. Everyone was talking about how good the cake was. We ran out of cake because everyone was asking for seconds! This is not your traditional dry, flavorless wedding cake. It is unlike any cake you have ever tasted before. Just amazing

Edibles Incredibles is litterally incredible. I never thought a wedding cake could be so beautiful and tast so AMAZING at the same time. Working with them was just about the easiest thing...we set up a date and time for a tasting (you get 3 free samples any additional tastings cost a certain amout which I can't remember because I only needed the 3 tastings to make up my mind.) you chose the cake you love then you tell them how you want it to look. Very easy. My cake was very simple but it did require some coordinating with the florist since my cake was to have fresh flowers as the decoration and Edibles Incredible did a great job managing that...I didn't have to worry about a thing. When I got to the venue the cake was there and it was STUNNING! Exactly what I had envisioned. I would recommend them to EVERYONE, I mean seriously the cake was delicious, best cake ever. I can't wait for our one year anniversary so we can get another cake from them :) Way to go!

Absolutely LOVED our cake! We were so pleased with Edible Incredible! We loved the tasting and every flavor we tried tasted amazing! All of our guests commented on how much they loved our cake. We even went back the weekend after our wedding to buy one more slice of the same flavor because we loved it so much! Can't say enough about the process and the yummy cake!!! We will definitely be back!

Edibles Incredible is incredible. I was originally reluctant to have them do my wedding cake. My wedding cake was the most important part of my reception to me. But, my husband and I decided to go to a tasting, as our hotel had a standing contract with them and was part of the reception contract. We were blown away...the cakes are amazing. We even ordered the groom's cake from Edibles Incredible. I also purchased my favors from them - ask to try a woo-hoo at your cake tasting...just delicious! The person who helped us design the cake left half way through, but did not leave us high and dry. She left Deidra with great notes and was a seemless transition. Deidra was very nice to work with and very professional. The actual cake is exactly as we had imagined and tasted even better. We had different flavors on all 3 tiers, and we tried each of them at the reception. We can't wait for our anniversary cake! :)

Every bakery says their cake is the best, but this place means it. Go for a free tasting. You get three different slices of your choice. Yes, Alan does brag a little bit. But damn it if he isn't right. It is hands-down the best cake I've ever eaten.

They were friendly and easy to work with. Our wedding cake looked beautiful and tasted amazing. People could not stop talking about it. The only negative I have is the cake started to fall apart. When we came to cut it at about 9pm, the bottom layer was crumbling. Some of the slices therefore came out in pieces. There were also only four tiers, when we thought we were getting five. But there was plenty of cake for all and it tasted great. EI was easy, affordable, and delicious, and besides two small issues, we are still very happy with our decision.

Our cake was delicious! We have been to quite a few weddings and can honestly say that our cake tasted better than any cake I’ve had before. I still get compliments about it and some of the guests at my wedding have already made a trip to their store in Reston Town Center to pick up cakes for their own events. Our initial meeting with Alan was great. We had an evening meeting, my parents tagged along, and the 4 of us left with absolutely no room left for dinner! I had a picture of what I wanted and the cake designer did a great job of e-mailing me a few days before the event to make sure that I didn’t have any changes to make from the original design. They delivered it on time and in great shape. My only reservation is that the green cymbidium orchids on the cake were a much brighter shade of green than those in my picture (which were also fake, but looked real), and a few people commented that the ivy on my cake was beautiful. It honestly didn’t bother me since how it tasted mattered much more to me than how it looked, and ivy or orchids aside, it looked great on the table in between the two flower arrangements we had on either side. We will definitely be trading them a professional picture of the cake for a complementary one year anniversary cake and look forward to enjoying the Crunchy Munchy Toffee Chomp cake again!

We used Edibles Incredible for our wedding cake and loved them! The cake is dense, moist and incredibly tasty. During the tasting we were shocked at just how good the cake is. Also Alan and his crew designed a stunning cake that was everything I imagined. I highly recommend!

My husband (for our daughter's) called for it's complimentary wedding cake tasting. One of the owners, Robyn Hanna, stated that there was no body was available for wedding cake consulting on that particular day and made him to give her credit card to charge for the tasting cakes to pick up. Within a couple hours I contacted Robyn immediately and requested to cancel the charge and I had her confirmation email of cancellation right away. We never get any of its cakes or services since then yet my credit card statement came with the charge from Edibles Incredible Desserts. I contacted her requesting the refund and but it's been a week so far I haven't gotten any reply from her.

Do yourself a huge favor and schedule a tasting with Edibles Incredible. Not only are their prices very competitive compared to the rest of the vendors out there, their cakes taste AMAZING!! My husband loves cake and described one of the slices (Crunchy Munchy Toffee Crunch) as "manna from heaven." It is THAT good. They only do dense moist cake. Their designs are very pretty. Only drawback: the person who does your tasting and writes down your order is not the same person who inputs your order. There was a small disconnect, but the customer service manager in charge of final review of all orders made sure (several times) that they had our order correct. They also have a retail store at the Reston Town Center. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping by during your lunch hour or after work to purchase a slice of cake or cupcake (wedding cake tastings are free with the owner of the company). If you do not have a cake vendor yet, I would highly recommend Edibles Incredible.

Edibles Incredibles Desserts is amazing!! Everyone loved the cake & really went up for seconds. We didn't have much to take home at all. We had a 150 guest & they all absolutely loved the caked. I don't normally eat cake or sweets for that matter but I couldn't get enough of this cake...
The customer service at Edibles Incredibles is outstanding. They always returned my call promptly. They were definitely on top of everything & made my day even better with there wonderful cake...

Had requested a couple of cakes ahead of time to see how they would look as we had given them a picture of a cake with leaves on a vine. The first sample cake had the wrong shaped leaves and the second sample cake had the correct leaves but wrong color. Robyn had us pick colors online from a color chart. We ended up with exactly what we wanted. As always, the cake was moist and delicious. Our guests commented that it was the best tasting wedding cake they had ever had. Highly recommend Edibles Incredible.

BEST wedding cake around!! We got our cake from the Edibles Incredible in Reston, VA and it was a huge hit at the wedding. Not only did it look absolutely beautiful, but it tasted even better! We had over 200 guests and the cake was very reasonably priced. For taste we also chose to have butter cream frosting instead of fondant. It was perfectly smooth and lovely, no reason to compromise on taste to get a beautiful cake!

Alan and the rest of the crew at Edibles Incredible were so friendly and absolutely great. My husband and I had such a hard time looking for what to do for our wedding cake because neither of us like cake at all. We live in Northern VA but the wedding was in VA Beach... We were about to give up because of our bad luck, when we passed by the shop as we always do each week going to the movies. We were stunned! They were so incredibly friendly and invited us in for a tasting later on that week. Please keep in mind, we despise cake! We went in and tried five different cup cakes and loved each one. We signed a contract for 100 cupcakes and have gotten numerous positive comments about how delicious they were. Everyone wants to know why there isn't a shop in their town!

I would also like to note that upon picking up the cupcakes, they provided the stand as well as a few ice packs to even out the boxes. They even helped us load them into the car. One of the best things is that each time we pass the shop, we are reminded of our day and even can go in for a little treat!

So I was hoping to get all my issues resolved with Edibles Incredible before I posted my review but it’s taking too long so it’s time to speak out about it so others can be aware of my experience. If you’re looking for a good cupcake, I would recommend them. If you’re looking for adequate customer service, stay away! My experience with them started out when we went for a tasting. We wanted to do a cupcake cake for our wedding so decided to check them out. We had our tasting with Alan and the cupcakes were very good. Most of the time however was spent with him bragging about the awards they’ve received and how great their company is. It was like he was trying to sell us in to going with them. No biggie though, we saw pictures of their work, we liked the cupcakes, so we ended up booking them. When it got closer to our wedding date, we chose 4 different flavors of cupcakes. We were then informed that they didn’t have 2 of them anymore. I asked for an updated list of the flavors and got it. We responded back with 2 new options. Apparently 1 of those options was not available either. At this point, I got a little frustrated with things. When we booked Edibles Incredible, we mentioned we wanted a square stand with a square cake top and black ribbon wrapped around the edges of the stand. They told us that would be no problem. While working with Elaine, she told me they got a new stand. I asked multiple times for a picture and she did not send one. All she did was assured me it was beautiful and I’d love it. I tried to post on the Facebook page asking to see a picture of the new stand and got no help with it. 2 days before my wedding, I called Edibles Incredible and pleaded with them to see a picture of the stand. I don’t know who I spoke with but the young lady was nice enough to use her personal cell phone to take a picture of it and then send to me via picture message. The stand looked fine and was what we wanted. I show up to my wedding reception venue after our ceremony and the cupcakes are laid out on a table, not on a stand. The top cake was circular, not square like it was supposed to be. This is not what I wanted to come in and see! I immediately tried to call and find out what happened and was told that they didn’t know. It took about a half hour for someone to call me back and tell me that they were sorry and they weren’t sure why the cupcakes were not put on a stand. I was told that my money for the stand rental would be refunded. While we were eating dinner, someone did come and brought a stand and put the cupcakes on them. The stand was circular and did not have the black ribbon on it. For a company that claims to be so great and gets all of these awards, I would think that they would ensure they are fulfilling their customers’ requests. Having to deal with this on my wedding day was not something I should have had to do. My wedding was on June 25th and this issue has still not been resolved. I was told I would receive a refund for the stand rental and have yet to get that. I was told Alan would contact me and we still have not been able to talk. He called once and left a voicemail but never left contact information for me to get a hold of him. I have not been able to get through to him at the store. I’ve sent several emails to Elaine who works with the weddings and have not been able to get anywhere with that. Like I said, if you’re looking for a good cupcake, this place has them. If you want good customer service, I’d look elsewhere.

This bakery is the best. I'm not even big on sweets and neither is my fiance, so the cake wasn't a detail that we were really hung up on, but at the same time, cupcakes were out of the question.

We had a tasting early one Saturday morning with the owner, Alan, who told us from the start that his cake was the best cake we would ever taste. Ever the skeptic, I nodded politely and continued to browse the cake design books as Alan brought out 3 huge slices of the best cake we've ever had, as it turned out. So that settled that. We went with their most popular flavor, lemon sublime, which fit the theme of our garden brunch wedding perfectly.

Now the outside of the cake--typically, wedding cake is blech as a general matter. But where you find a great tasting cake, you know it probably doesn't taste as good and vice versa...so while I knew the cake would taste amazing at the wedding, I didn't expect to be wowed by the way it looked. I changed the design a couple times leading up to the wedding and the bakery staff was generally patient and helpful in coming up with what I wanted, and helped me stay on budget with helpful suggestions. In the end, I was literally floored when I saw the cake at the reception. It looked like something from one of those wedding cake tv shows or something. Just genius. No sacrifice on taste either, and they managed to achieve the look I wanted without the use of fondant as I requested, which was pricey and kind of chewy in my opinion. I dare say the cake looked even better than it tasted, which is saying a WHOLE LOT here. The cake ended up being my favorite detail about my wedding.

I cannot proclaim loudly enough how wonderful our wedding cake turned out - not only were the Edibles Incredible staff very accommodating and really allowed me to select the look of the cake, but they also were flexible on the flavors that I wanted on each tier. One concern I had from other weddings I have attended was the taste...oft times, the cakes that they selected were dry and tasteless...not the case with our Edibles cake! Each layer was extremely moist and full of flavor (we had one layer of lemon sublime, one layer of chocolate mousse, and one layer of amaretto). You cannot miss with Edibles Incredible!

The cake was AMAZING. by far one of the best parts of the wedding. The decoration of the cake was perfect. I brought in a picture and they matched it perfectly. And the way the cake tasted...heaven. So moist and fresh and delicious. The best part about Alan is that I had specifically wanted funfetti cake and many other cake places were not willing to make this (even thought it was just adding sprinkles to vanialla) but Alan was excited about it and made it perfectly. Plus their prices were so reasonable compared to other places in the area. I will be going back to them for all other events. All guests were raving about the cake. It was perfect.

Yum, yum!! Edibles Incredible made the best tasting cake we have ever eaten. We went to tons of different cake vendors or varying prices and styles, and it was easy to decide on Edibles Incredible. They gave us huge pieces of cake for the tasting, and I did not want to stop eating them; they were so good. I did not feel that way about any of the bakeries we met with. It was an easy decision - hands down. They were on the lower range of the pricing, but the quality was amazing.

The cake was gorgeous!! We brought in a picture of the cake we basically wanted made, and they delivered. It looked more beautiful than the photo we brought in, and tasted wonderful. Also, nearly every other person we met with told us we had to go with fondant for the decoration we wanted, but I did not want fondant. Edibles Incredible is great at working with buttercream and was able to do our cake in a delicious buttercream icing. It looked perfect, as if it had been fondant, but it tasted so much better!!

I would definitely recommend them to any other bride/groom. They also even throw in a anniversary cake that they will make look the same as your top tier. I can't wait to have it!! We got the flavors Neapolitan, Chocolate Mousse Bliss, and the most popular - Lemon Sublime. So great!!

There aren't many places you can get a beautiful cake that also tastes great, but Edibles Incredible is one of them! We did cupcakes so that we could have a variety of flavors for our guest and they were a huge hit!

The only issue I had was that our big topper cake slid apart on the trip down to our venue and got ruined. The box it was placed in was just too big for the size of the cake. But we improvised and the rest of the cupcakes turned out perfect!! I wouldn't have gone anywhere else for a day as important as this :) Absolutely delicious!!

We ordered a cake with layers of "vivacious vanilla" and "amazing amaretto" and it was excellent. Our guests loved it and several people took an extra piece home.

We had a particular design in mind and they did a great job of replicating it. Also, their pricing is very reasonable. Definitely put Edibles Incredible on your list of potential vendors. After a the first few bites, you'll be sold!

Edibles Incredibles did an amazing job for us. We did three cake tastings and liked their cake the best by far - so moist and delicious! We ended up with a triple layer cake with a different flavour for each layer - lemon sublime, chocolate mousse bliss, and vanilla with raspberry filling. It arrived looking beautiful and the prices were reasonable too.

Edibles Incrediible Desserts made an amazingly beautiful and delicious wedding cake for us. From the start, they were flexible, friendly and professional. We really appreciate the assistance from Elaine in finalizing our wedding cake design; she was patient and was willing to revise until we got exactly what we wanted. Our venue told us they thought it was the prettiest cake they had ever seen and called other people up to see it. The scroll work and decoration was detailed and perfect. Many people went for seconds and commented on how delicious the cake was. On top of the amazing cake and decoration, this award-winning bakery is quite reasonably priced! My cake was amazing. I couldn't have been happier. I am a baker myself and am extremely critical of bakeries and desserts. We had our tasting with the owner, Alan and everything after that couldn't have been simpler. Alan promised that when I tried his cake it would be the best I have ever eaten and he didn't disappoint. The only issue I had was deciding which flavor to select. I have since used Edibles Incredible for other occasions (birthday's, graduation parties, etc.) as well as just stopping by their store in Reston Town Center to get another addictive slice. I can't say enough about my experience with Edibles Incredible. I will continue to use them as my go-to cake stop.

We used Edibles Incredible for my daughter's wedding. It was the best wedding cake ever, so delicious! We received so many compliments and the bakery in Sterling was wonderful to work with. Have also visited their Reston store to get cakes for other occasions. The vivacious vanilla is our favorite.

Awesome! Awesome!! We did cupcakes and they rocked. They were the talk of the reception. We chose 4 flavors and it was set up justlike a cake!! The cupcakes taste incredible!!! WIll use them all the time for other events!

So the cake tastes amazing - but why we chose this company was because they were friendly and willing to work with us. The tasting portions are incredible! I was able to have a hand-drawn cake so I knew exactly what it would look like. The cake looked perfect - it was just perfect to the last bite!

Edibles Incredible (EI) was great to work with leading up to our wedding. They are pleasant people who really want to make your day special. Our cake was two flavors (separate tiers) - Lemon Lovers Dream and Amazing Amaretto. Although we were too busy running around to sit down and eat our servings of cake on the wedding day, the bite we had when cutting the cake was delish!

The tasting with EI is wonderful - they give you huge slices that you end up taking home! Alan is quite the pitcher (he will tell you about ALL of the business's accolades, media coverage, press opps, etc.) but his heart is in what he does, and he is very sweet. This is a super affordable bakery to use for your wedding day, that will provide a yummy cake that looks pretty too!

Our wedding cake turned out PERFECT! Alan did a fantastic job getting every detail as we had discussed. Our three tier cake had a different flavor on every layer and our guests just loved it. We kept hearing over and over again that it was the BEST wedding cake they had ever had. They were also the only baker we spoke with that offered us a free anniversary cake instead of saving our top tier. Alan and his staff were a joy to work with and were extremeley responsive and helpful. I highly recommend using Edibles Incredible.

My cake was DELICIOUS, however, I was disappointed with the decoration. It was a bit different than what we discussed. Luckily my florist was able to spruce it up a bit, and it ended up looking pretty nice. I'd recommend being very specific with design instructions. The cake itself, however, is amazing!

UNBELIEVABLE! Edibles Incredible made my wedding absolutely perfect. My fiancée and I were referred to Edibles Incredible by our wedding venue, the Westfields Marriott. It was probably the best advice we received for our wedding.

We gave Edibles Incredible an incredible challenge, and they answered the call. I gave Alan a picture of a cake to recreate – a five tier wedding cake covered in sugar/gum paste flowers – hundreds of roses, peonies, sweet peas – all in varying hues of soft pink. The flowers they made were so realistic that I had fun teasing the guests that thought those were real flowers on the cake! Not a single one was real – they were each beautifully handmade by Edibles Incredible!!! Every detail was painstakingly covered – the cake was a work of art!

And on top of that, Edibles Incredible created a stunningly gorgeous cake that tasted as good as it looked. The cake was by far the greatest I have ever tasted – so moist and flavorful. We chose alternating tiers of Lemon Sublime and Coconuts King, and each flavor was outstanding. It was so good that people at the reception were disappointed that not everyone was able to have TWO slices of cake!!!! That’s how delicious it was! Some guests were even bragging that they were able to have a slice of each cake flavor – this is the kind of thing you want to hear at your reception!!

I am beyond pleased with the quality, look, and value of our wedding cake - It was the hit of the reception. Alan and Robyn are so accommodating and helpful, and they were very kind and willing to work within our budget to recreate this gorgeous cake. A week later and my family is STILL talking about how beautiful and delicious the cake was.

Our wedding cake tasted incredible. We had three layers with three different flavors which was great. This was not an option and many other bakeries. They also did a special combination of lemon cake with raspberry filling. This was a huge hit at the wedding. Edible Incredible was very attentive to my ideas and was very easy to work with. They give large cake slices for tasting and box up the remaining slices for you to take home. They also make you a new top layer on your first anniversary.

I would definitely recommend them! They have the best buttercream icing I have ever tasted :)

Edibles Incredible was such a pleasure to work with. Alan and his staff were responsive and professional. Our cake was exactly as we imagined it. We will definitely be going back to their Reston and Brambleton stores for the slices. They will also send an anniversary cake for your one year so this saves you from having to freeze your top portion of the cake and have the piece freezer burned. Edibles Incredible provided the most extravagant and gorgeous cupcakes for our wedding. Everyone commented on how delicious and beautiful the cupcakes were. They were so gorgeous, no one wanted to eat them and mess them up! Alan was very friendly and accommodating to work with. The staff members were extremely flexible and helpful. Edibles Incredible provided the best "bang for our buck", as their cupcakes were HUGE. This allowed us a chance to have multiple different flavors for our guests to choose from, and I totally recommend doing this. Please, don't look anywhere else. It's only been 3 weeks since our wedding and I already know of 4 families that attended that have already visited the store in Reston! :) You will not be disappointed!

I had the most beautiful wedding cake. They worked with me to create the exact design that I wanted, as well as the exact flavor. This cake is the best cake I have ever eaten and melts in your mouth. I am recommending them to everyone I know that is getting married and am sending my coworkers there for special occasion cakes. All of their staff was a pleasure to work with.

We got our wedding cake from Edibles Incredible because the Lemon Sublime is the best cake I've ever tasted. I don't like cake normally but I could eat the Lemon Sublime forever. We alternated layers of Lemon Sublime and Chocolate Mousse and everyone seemed to like both flavors. Our cake was delivered on time with no hassle and was exactly what we expected. I'm looking forward to the anniversary cake they said they'll provide, and meanwhile I'll be stopping by their store occasionally for a slice.

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding cake from Edibles Incredible. both Alan and Robyn were a pleasure to work with. Our tasting with Alan was so much fun, the portions of the tasting were incredible compared to others we'd been to. Every flavor was so good, it was hard to decide so we ended up with 3 different flavors for the 3 tiers. Not only do their cakes look amazing (even with just buttercream vs. the tasteless fondant we didn't want to use), but they are the best tasting we've had. We love dense, moist cakes which is what Edibles Incredible has. I had my mind set on a certain design which Robyn put together perfectly. Instead of eating a year old frozen cake from your top tier, they will also give you a free 1-year anniversary cake if you send them pictures of the cake from the wedding. Best idea yet, we're coming up on 1 year now and are really looking forward to our cake from Edibles Incredible to celebrate! I highly recommend Edibles Incredible if you are looking for a delicious, dense cake.

I would not recommend this place to a friend or family. The cake was old tasting and lumpy as soon as you put it in your mouth. The design looked ok from a distance but as soon as you got close to the cake, you would start seeing the flaws. Diamonds were not the same size, the bow on top of the cake was cracked and damaged. They even forgot to take out the plastic supports for the broken bow before delivering!

When i contacted the store after the event, the owner laughed and didn't take the issue seriously. almost 2 weeks after the event, they failed to provide customer service.

Absolutely poor quality of cake, and very bad presentation.

They made a wonderfully delicious wedding cake for us, as well as a grooms cake in the shape of a 3-d pug that looked so good we didnt want to cut into it! Alan and Robyn are so accommodating and helpful and gave us a good deal on both cakes. definitely recommend them!

I can not say enough great things about Edible Incredicles! Alan and his wife made an amazing cake for our August wedding and all my guest loved it. One of the best parts of my wedding was the Cake! For a while I thought that I would forgo the whole "cake cutting" thing, but after finding Edibles Incredible on Wedding Wire and scheduling one of their Cake Tastings (which was an experience in itself), I had to book them. Alan was wonderful and the cake tasted unlike anything I could've imagined. I've never been a fan of wedding cakes, and my husband isn't even a fan of cake in general, but after the tasting at Edibles Incredible, we were sold! The cake was both delicious and beautiful. I actually told several people before the wedding that I was going to skip dinner so that i could just eat as much of the cake as possible. Loved the whole Edibles Incredible experience! All I can say is AMAZING! Alan and the team at Edibles Incredible were great to work with. Our cake was for 100 servings and we had around 90 people at the wedding and the entire cake went. The red velvet was so delicious and the icing was blissful. The cake is dense and has a great weight to it. This cake doesn't disintegrate when you eat it, you savor it with every single bite. The cake was beautiful and was everything we had wanted. Thank you so much Alan for our amazing cake!

This is literally the BEST vanilla cake I have ever had! For our wedding cake we chose the vanilla and it was outstanding. All the cakes we tasted were delicious, but we went with the vanilla because most people like it. After ordering the wedding cake, I decided to surprise my husband with a groom's cake in his favorite Edibles Incredible flavor, Lemon Sublime. It is such a delicious flavor, with an awesome pineapple filling.
The cake designers were so helpful, and I sent them photos that they worked directly from to give me the look I wanted for both the wedding and groom's cakes. I am very happy with the quality and value of these cakes. Everyone at the reception loved the cake, and even went back for seconds. Thank you to everyone who worked with me so that I could have the best wedding cake that I have ever tasted!

My husband and I visited a lot of bakeries before coming to edible incredible for a tasting. After one bite we knew this was the one! When you come in for a cake tasting the owner Allen greets you, explains about their bakery and provides HUGE samples for you to taste. These are not your typical one bite each, these are full on monstrous slices, and what you don’t finish he boxes up and sends you home with the left over’s!! The most difficult part of our wedding cake process was choosing which flavors we wanted, we sampled 5 flavors…. each one so moist and dense, just absolutely delicious! Another unique aspect of edible incredible is that they allow you to select a different flavor for each tier at no additional cost. They truly do live up to their reputation, everyone at the wedding was raving about our cake!

We have used Edibles Incredible for birthday cakes and so decided to use them again for our wedding cake. It was just as we ordered and was so very delicious.

Alan and his cakes are second to none! The cake is so moist and delicious that I only had three pieces left over from a large 100+ person cake and those got consumed the next day! Don't look any further than Edibles Incredible!

I went to several bakeries before I found Edibles Incredibles and the quality of service there surpassed all the others. Not only did the owner take the time to meet with us and answer all our questions but he gave us whole pieces of cake to try. Most other places gave a cupcake or a small bite. He even packaged up the remaining cake to take home with us! The prices were also very reasonable and I was always able to get ahold of someone.

We selected three different flavors for all three tiers of the wedding cake and all three were delicious. Everyone raved about how moist and delicious the cake was. I also had a surprise groom's cake made and it turned out better than I imagined! They even made a special flavor of cake for us. My husband loves "funfetti" cake and they said 'No Problem' when I asked. Instead of a cake topper we had a fireman and bride made out of sugar and molding chocolate and everyone commented on how unique and wonderful the cakes and "cake toppers" looked. I will definitely be recommending them in the future.

We were very pleased with both the look and taste of our wedding cake. Edibles Incredible had great flavors to pick from. For our tasting, we picked three flavors and enjoyed them all. Then Alan mentioned that we hadn't selected their most popular flavor - Lemon Sublime Cake with Pineapple Curd. I had not selected that flavor because I am not a huge fan of pineapple. He let us taste it anyway - and it was amazing and was chosen for our first and third layers.

The tasting was also great because instead of a small bite, we got a whole piece of cake. So we were able to take the leftovers home that night and taste them again - and this time with champagne! Alan also offers you a free anniversary cake on your first anniversary to match your top layer exactly because even he believes that his cakes aren't as good after being in the freezer for a year. All you have to do is provide him with a picture of the finished product to save in his photo books shown to perpective customers.

The design of the cake was also amazing. We wanted something simple but something that matched the wine theme we had for the wedding. We provided some samples and they came up with a beautiful design that includes grapes made of frosting and vines down the cake. Simply gorgeous.

The quality of the cake was amazing and all of our wedding guests complimented us on the cake noting that most wedding cakes aren't that good. We could not have been more pleased with everything about the cake. We'd definitely recommend Edibles Incredible!

The cake was beautiful and delicious, and the staff of the bakery were friendly and extremely helpful. There was a slight mix-up with the cake pick-up, and they ended up delivering it all the way to Fredericksburg VA from Sterling for free! And the best part was how much all the guests loved the cake. Best cake I have ever tasted! It was a little more expensive than the other places we were considering but in the end the taste really won us over. They were very nice and allowed us to come up with our own design and we even made our own cake toppers. The cake was at the reception on time and they called about a week before the event just to confirm all the details. We were very pleased with their service.

I didn't have a really specific idea in mind for a wedding cake, and so went with cupcakes. Edibles Incredible has a location near my house, and we've loved their baked goods, so they were an easy pick. They also helped us pick and design a small wedding cake to go on top of the cupcake stand. Very tasty, which was our first requirement, and looked beautiful too.

The cake is fantastic! Everyone is very easy to work with. MJ is especially great-she's very quick to answer emails, and works hard to make sure everything is perfect. I also ordered a surprise groom's cake, and my husband was very happy with the result. Everyone commented that this was one of the best wedding cakes they had ever had. The cakes are also very big-we were able to happily take home a lot of left overs.

Beautiful Cake....Great service...great taste...our guests couldn't stop complimenting it! We had alternating layers of fresh strawberry cake with strawberry filling (all made with real strawberries - not jamlike at all or synthetic tasting like the other pastry shops) and vanilla with strawberry. The icing was buttercream and it was delicious. My husband and i ate the top layer of the cake after returning from our honeymoon and we couldn't stop eating! The best thing about this place is that they bake you a NEW cake for free on your 1 year anniversary that looks exactly like your top layer of cake...much better than the frozen cake tradition! Also, i brought in a complicated design from a wedding book that i found and they made the exact replica with no problem. I was so impressed with them and so glad we decided to use their talents.

Walking the streets of Reston, the bride and I ( MOB) decided we couldn't resist the cupcakes we saw in the window of this shop. After one bite, we knew we had to have them do our wedding cake. Edibles Incredible Desserts makes one heck of a delicious cake, but I found the company is lacking in the communication department. We were about 5 days away from getting married, and I had yet to hear from the bakers to confirm details regarding design, guest count, delivery, and final payment. I had been trying to get in touch with them for about 4 or 5 weeks prior to our wedding date, but it was always the same: I'll get in touch with you when I return from the office, or I'll email you before the end of the week. Needless to say, having to worry about if you will have a cake at your reception is the last thing a bride needs to deal with. Things were turned over quickly after I made one last final attempt to get my voice heard. In the end, we had our cake, which was beautiful and delicious.

We had the neopolitan cake for our wedding - each cake slice has a layer of chocolate cake, strawberry cake and white cake with chocolate ganache and strawberry filling - AWESOME! It satisfies everyones craving. When we got home the next day my family had brought home the top layer and placed it in the freezer for our one year anniversary. When I told them Edibles provides a complimentary anniversary cake they quickly pulled the cake out of the freezer and it was gone in NO TIME!

My husband and I had been to several bakery's to try cake leaving each one unsatisfied. We set up an appointment to do a tasting at Edibles Incredible...it was amazing. We initially tried 3 or flavors of cake and were given full slices of each which they packaged nicely so we could take them home and share them with family/friends.

We have recommended them to several friends getting married, as well as my maid of honor who purchased a cake from them for her engagement party.

We have since purchased all occasion cakes from them and will never go anywhere else. Our wedding cake came out better than I invisioned...our only regret is that there wasn't any left after the wedding.

I ordered my wedding cake from Robyn at Edibles Incredible. I have to say that the cake was beautiful and that it tasted wonderful. I had decided last minute to work with them and found them to be very easy to work with. We never met, but we did everything over the internet and the phone.

We loved the cake. It looked amazing and tasted out of this world. Alan and Robyn were great to work with throughout the whole process. They created a themed cake for our wedding which all of our guests raved about. We highly recommend them.

Once my husband tasted Edibles Incredibles Cake, the look for our wedding cake was over-- none of that waxy taste left on your tongue-- just yummy goodness. Both Allen and Robyn were super nice, flexible and generous on top of that-allowing us to try a couple of extra goodies during our tasting.
