EE Robbins - Engagement & Wedding Rings

My husband and I were engaged for almost a year and a half so we had tons of extra time. But me, always wanting to plan...I had an idea of what I wanted going into the second month. Around this time I knew I wanted to purchase a Mark Schneider ring so we visited the store in which his rings were sold - E.E. Robbins, Belltown/Seattle. The staff was incredibly accommodating and polite. They had sample rings shipped in if they weren't available in their show room to see. I gave a 4.5 on responsiveness because for a time I didn't hear back from them. We requested to see a ring I inevitably ended up purchasing, which they didn't have in stock for their show room. We left thinking they'd contact us within a few weeks to let use know if it was in. We never heard from them. We renewed our communication some months later as the date approached and they were as inviting as ever. The store is beautiful, my ring was gorgeous and my husband's ring was stunning. The staff was very knowledgeable about the product they sold and the differences in metal and it's quality. I highly recommend at least visiting this store. They have a very unique variety of rings...ones you can't find at any other chain jeweler.

They are so great when you go in to the store - they offer free beverages (including wine) and snacks while you browse! They also offer SOO many free services after you purchase a ring, that they are THE best choice for engagement/wedding rings. My husband went to just about every jewelry store in Seattle and ended up buying my engagement ring from here because they had the best QUALITY diamonds he'd seen....Definitely check this place out, it will be the best decision you'll make (besides your decision to get married).

I love EE Robbins! They size your finger and keep it on file until the man heads down to the store to actually make the big purchase. They have drinks and snacks for you while you wait and are very generous with them as well. The best part about EE Robbins is that once you actually buy a ring, you can get it cleaned anytime you want, checked to make sure all things are secure any time you want, and as long as you get it checked once every six months they will replace your ring if something happens to it – all for FREE! They are great!

This is the only place to go for all your Engagement and Wedding Ring needs! We truly felt like family every time we walked in to E.E. Robbins. Although they are certainly anything but inexpensive, you are paying for an extremely high quality ring and a lifetime warranty. I fall in love with my ring over and over again every time I look at it. I couldn't have been more pleased with E.E. Robbins!

Everything was great, choosing the diamond, choosing the ring, and the flexibility of the whole team. We paid more than we would have paid at some mall store, but we got better service and quality overall.

My husband already had an heirloom diamond, and I had a setting I really wanted. They were able to accommodate all the requests we had, so my ring was basically custom made from the designer. Every time we went in, they were so nice to us and helpful-- UNTIL my husband was paying for it. They seemed to be a bit snobby to him, maybe because it wasn't paid in full all at once. Since paying for the ring and receiving it, they have always been nice to me when I get it checked. So, I guess they were a bit weird or rude when it came to money, but if you can deal with that, the products they have are gorgeous.

So many of our couples have used EE Robbins and loved them.
