DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I did receive my order, but I was missing 3 tableclothes and the personalized napkins were terrible quality. I contacted them and was told that I was indeed not missing any items and that they are in the box. And also that I could flatten out the crushed napkins by separating them and putting something heavy on them. They told me all their napkins are like this. And also not to rub anything on them. (They are napkins!!!!) Stupid people, they do not care. I sent many pictures to them which they ignored.

Shady business practices and horrible customer service
On 04/09/13 I ordered ribbon from efavormart to use for a wedding. All of the ribbon needs to match so I made sure all items were in stock before placing my order. On 04/09/13, I received an email stating ALL of my items had shipped. When I received my order, 2 rolls of ribbon were missing. The packing slip included in my order listed the full order as being included. I contacted efavormart and they said they would ship the missing items. A few hours later, Johnathan called to tell me my items would not ship for a few weeks and he tried to convince me to cancel the remaining items. I told him I wanted all of my items or I wanted to return the partial shipment. I was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee and return shipping if I returned the partial order that I received. This was unacceptable because it was their mistake. At one point Johnathan blatantly lied about our earlier conversation (I have the transcript). When I refused to cancel my order, Johnathan said, "OK, you want to cancel your order" then promptly hung up on me before I could restate that I didn't want to cancel. After I was hung up on, I checked the website to see if they listed my item as in stock. It appears that they are no longer selling the item and this is the reason my order was shorted and cannot be shipped. Rather than tell me this, they lied and tried to blame me for their error. If I had know the ribbon was discontinued, I would have never ordered from efavormart. Instead of being honest and upfront, they short shipped my order (and charged me for the full order) and hoped I wouldn't notice. When I did notice, they were rude dishonest, and very unprofessional.

I purchased little round tins and was going to fill them with mints for my wedding favors. First they sent me heart shaped tins and I had to fight to get the right ones sent. They kept telling me I could just keep the heart ones and use those. I finally was able to get the round ones sent to me.
When they got here I tried filling them with my mints only to find that the lids did not lock in place, making them useless. I spent an hour using their live chat trying to explain how the lids not staying on was a problem. The person kept trying to tell me that the lids will stay on the bottom of the tin, not the top, the bottom. She said if I wanted the lids to stay on the top then I couldn't have anything in them.....that is right. She wanted me to keep the tins empty to keep the lids on.
I again had to fight like my life depended on it to get her to understand that the website had false advertising as to how the product could be used and I would not have ordered this item had I known the wouldn't work. Finally she agreed to not only waive the restock fee but that she would email me a return mailing label. And this agreement only came after threatening to contact the better business bureau.
Worst company I have had to deal with and the worst customer service or lack of customer service.
Don't be fooled by their prices.

Takes days to be contacted. Poor quality and wrong color sent on personalized ribbon. Could not even see the silver lettering on turquoise ribbon. Turquoise was a baby blue silver was barely seen yet they claimed it was my fault for ordering light color lettering on light color ribbon. Since when is turquoise a light blue????? They only offered me 30% refund or 50% if I purchase an other item.

I ordered the silk petals for my wedding, in Yellow and Royle blue. i was happy with the yellow petals but the "royal blue" looked nothing like the picture. they were ugly! thier return policy is horrible and restocking fee is far more than you will pay for the petals. the live chat is useless, they are unfriendly and good use a lesson in grammar.

The disposable cameras produced low quality pictures and most of the time, the flash setting did not work.

I'd say the quality of the products are true to value and price of the product. However, shipping can get a bit expensive, so do be careful when ordering. Bulk shipping helps out a lot, but there's no grace what so ever on the first few items, no matter how lite it may be.

I got one order from them and it came quick and arrived in fine condition, so when i went to order the runners for my tables they didn't tell me they weren't available until days after the order was placed. Then when I cancelled and took a few hours to find a replacement runner, they wouldn't add it to the order. They said I had to do a seperate order and that in no way would they help me with a discounted rate for the inconvenience they put me threw for allowing me to order and pay for runners that were not available. All of the women I spoke to through their live chat were rude, short and had bad attitudes. They are also very slow at their job and have horrible grammar and spelling skills. I have one more shipment on the way that they said I can't cancel because it's already in the truck. So I hope that it arrives in decent condition or I might have another review to make.
Spend the extra dollar and go with a company that is decent.

This company is a complete SCAM. They are based outside of the US and don't care for customer service AT ALL!!! My mom ordered items for my wedding and then after weeks of not getting anything in the mail she sent them an email saying she hadn't gotten anything and they sent "Seems like your order was lost in transit by USPS.

DO NOT ORDER flower garlands from this company!!! They were advertised as supersized roses--they are not. The roses are exactly the same size as the standard rose garlands from their competitors. This is such a deceptive business practice. In addition, the garlands have virtually no greenery with them.
Note that they will NOT accept an open package but the garlands cannot be viewed without opening the package! This leaves the buyer with an unreturnable product despite the fact that the product was misrepresented.

I own a small business in Toronto, Canada and found efavormart.com while searching for cheaper products. To make the long story short, they sent me the wrong product which does not match the product photo they posted on their website. I contacted them 10 times in total via email and live chat service (they don’t have a phone number for customer services). They only responded to some of them, never clearly answered any of my questions, and kept insisting that they were right even after I sent them pictures of what they have on the website and what I received. It was talking to a brick wall. How can the first thing a customer service representative tells a client is “We sent you the right thing” without even asking for a proof or simply just asking “What is wrong”? Products they sent me are no use for my business and without admitting that they sent me wrong products,
1) They offered me a refund but refused to pay for shipping
2) They changed the product photo the very next day!
Guess what? I actually thought they might do that so I clipped their webpage before they changed the product photo with the date stamped by my anti-virus program. I caught them red-handed. I can’t believe they actually changed the picture to cover up their mistake. I’ve already filed a report to the BBB and I’m looking for other legal avenues to fight them back. I am also going to contact my credit card company if there is anything they could do since this is clearly a fraud. Obviously they won’t be scamming everyone but there are many cases reported online so please do not buy from them and take a chance. They do carry cheap favours but hey, you could be the next victim of their fraud. Please do not take a chance which could possibly ruin your special day!

These people work out of China it seems from the chat sessions, their english is bad from the couple of chats other reviewers have posted. I asked them where they ship from the "Sabrina" was very reluctant to say China, after asking the question again, "if they ship from the 48 states" she replied saying "CA" what american responds with where they live or work by the Postal Code. I'm in Texas, I've never typed TX when asked where I live unless I'm typing my full address. The prices are reasonable, but just don't appreciate being lied to. Also why is it that they only have e-mail/chat communication for customer service? They have no BBB standing I'm guessing due to the fact they don't pay US Taxes(not being a registered business in the USA) or supporting US Job Growth. Just depends on which way your moral compass points.




Overall, I am happy with what I got. Had some issues with the difference in the colors online and in person, got them returned and exchanged. 3 different orders in a total of 2 months. One of the consumers bellow mentioned that the only way to contact them is by e-mail, or live chat. Well.... That's what I thought too when I was going through all the issues because on their website, there's not a contact number posted anywhere!!! BUT... Their number was on my bank statement... lol.. The favors were very nice, but customer service not so much...I actually found the person I was chatting w/on-line kind of rude!! They do not have a ph#, so you have to e-mail them or do a live chat. It takes a while sometime as you're typing for them to respond. I had to change the shipping which they did and I got my favors at a perfect time for my wedding...which is great! I did not have a good experience with this company. They ran out of the color I chose for a bulk shipment and rather than tell us, they sent us only half of our order and didn't tell us things were missing. Once the order got to my house. I was given the run around by customer service. I didn't get a refund for the missing parts but instead was given a discount on future orders (which I won't be making). I wanted to find folding hand fans for my wedding. With efavormart, I was able to purchase one fan (Asian silk folding fans) of different colors to see the color and quality. They were beautiful and reasonably priced. I then ordered the quantity I needed, and they arrived when promised. This company charges a set price for shipping which was extremely reasonable. I purchased all my napkins, runners and escort card holders from efavormart. At first they were awesome. Quick to deliver and got everything just fine.
BUT, then I placed an order and later found out the item was back ordered. It turned into a nightmare trying to get answers out of anyone with their "customer service." They do not have a phone line so you can only chat online with someone. I chatted with 2 different people, both who basically said they would not do anything to rectify the fact that they would not have my napkins in when they provided me with a date for shipment of May 31, 2011. Then after speaking with one girl I got an email stating they were shipping with the tracking number. Well a week later I checked status and they were never shipped. So once again I was stuck chatting with someone online. She stated they were not in stock and had not been delivered but could not explain to me why I was lied to a week earlier.
While the website does provide a cheap alternative for purchasing linens and my tables looked amazing, I would NOT recommend working with this company simply based on their deplorable customer service.

i ordered the six tier cupcake stand. it arrived wrapped in a beat up carton and the item was wrapped in only cellophane. three of the six plates were defective (warped and scratched).
i've emailed them several times asking for a full refund on both the merchandise and shipping. they have said they will waive the restocking fee of 20%. we have gone back and forth a few times. i detail reasons that i'm entitled to more and they give me the same reply without addressing anything i've said.
i'm very glad that i purchased only one piece from them.




My Fiance and I decided after reading all of these reviews, that we would have a little fun with this company to show how HORRIBLE their customer service REALLY is. Take a look at what you're giving your HARD EARNED dollars to (keep in mind, this was all a joke on our part but it's unbelievable that they can talk to people they way they do. Save all future brides trouble. Do NOT use this site. You will get what you paid for. If you contact "customer service" (by the way the only way is through email and chat) they are EXTREMELY rude. If you stay professional, they will not use any professional writing. I ordered over $400 in table linens from this company. When i returned from a 3 day vacation (that's right, 3 days!), I found that my shipment had been sent back to efavormart, because i wasn't there to sign for it.
When I explained to the "live help" lady, Christine, my situation, she was incredibly rude and told me it was my fault for being out of town. I told her that I never opted to have a signature requirement (and it doesn't say it anywhere on my receipt), and that the contract her company has with UPS is out of my control. I simply asked to have the package resent, and after telling me how it was my fault, they wanted to charge me $54.92. I'm requesting a full refund.

Do not deal with this vendor. As noted by SEVERAL other reviewers below, they are awful to deal with. I ordered favor boxes from them. I took one out and my (now) husband and I tried to put it together - it was a nightmare! Could not even imagine how long it would have taken to put together 50-60 of them, so I wrote requesting to return them or exchange for something else. I was told once something's open they won't take it back (mind you, they were wrapped in saran wrap). After bitterly complaining, they agreed to take item back. It cost me over $10 to return them, and for the $55-60 I spent, they credited me $26! I was so furious, I will never use them again. Spare yourself the aggravation and deal with a reputable company with a reasonable exchange policy!

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered Blue Rose Petals from here for my daughter's wedding. They were awful looking!!! They looked like some young kids just cut small pieces of material out to different sizes. "The day before my wedding, while putting together the centerpieces I found that the bowls I bought from efavormart were of such poor quality that they broke/ shattered when water and/or rocks were put in them. I watched in horror the day before my wedding as one by one each of my centerpieces shattered spontaneously. I have several photos to show the damage, and will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.
I not only had to clean up 14 shattered bowls, but had to spend additional time and money finding an alternative centerpiece solution, the day before my wedding."

I just ordered IVORY chair covers from efavormart...they came today and are white chaircovers...I went online to talk to customer service and I was treated like an idiot. Putting the customer first is not a priority for this vendor. I had to literally just take a picture of the chaircover and send it to them to prove to them that they are white not ivory. what kind of crap is that? Here is the convo their representative had with me:

I had ordered some items from efavormart for our engagement party. Unfortunately, the packaging was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E! It's really annoying because these gift items aren't presentable anymore! Now we have to spend more money trying to find something else to replace our original idea.
Learned a huge lesson and will never recommend this company to anyone. So if anyone's thinking about buying something...do yourself a favor, and put your money towards a company that will give you great quality for the price you pay!!

This place was a TERRIABLE experience! They get 0 stars from me. I ordered ribbon for my wedding favors with our names and wedding date printed on them. The order was received and parts of letter were not printed correctly and it was clearly visible. I asked if they could re-print them or refund my monies. They offered me 20% off the total price and THAT WAS IT! After many online chats and a few emails with pictures of what they screwed up; they acknowledged the ribbon was not correct but still did not want to refund my money only 20%! They had the audacity to say I was unreasonable! So I had to write a formal letter threatening court, sent it certified, return receipt and the FULL refund was finally processed after a 3 week ordeal. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL!! The best thing I did was keep all the written/chat correspondance we had during this issue.




The only reason I gave this company 2 stars is because of their fast shipping and manager assistance AFTER my long drawn out dispute on the fact that they mailed me ORANGE silk roses when I requested PEACH. Funny thing is after receiving the package, and seeing that they were undoubtedly ORANGE, I went online to check the color peach that was listed & compare to what i had received. Mysteriously, the peach was no longer listed on the website. After contacting a customer service rep via live chat, I was advised that the color peach was out of stock. My assumption, the peach was out of stock when my order was placed, so I was instead shipped ORANGE, a color they thought could possibly be "passed off" for peach. smh. When speaking with the online rep, I explained that the mistake was made by the company and for that reason alone I should not be responsible for return shipping of the product. She humorously offered me the option of keeping the ORANGE roses (that were of no use to me) and receiving a 10% credit as well (what a joke, right?). She even went as far as explaining how the company had in fact, NOT made a mistake, but I should realize their orange and peach roses are just that "similar" to one another in color. The 10% she offered would have been a total of $3.70 being that my order total was only $37 and THAT'S only if they included the shipping cost in that percentage (which I highly doubt they would have). She had to be kidding, right? Anyway, I had to take it as far as contacting a manager via email, to be given a paid return label. I WILL be returning the roses and steering clear of efavormart.com from here on. BUYER BEWARE!

I used Efavor mart to buy little glass jars with personalized stickers that you put on the lid. They were absolutely adorable. Minor issue: my original order was placed, but the website told me it didn't process properly. I went back to the site the next day and re-ordered. Well, turns out the first order did go through and so I received twice what I needed. But they did a great job processing my return. We got personalized M&Ms which were cute too, although five pounds was not as much as I had envisioned. It filled about 20 of my little jars.

I ordered candle favors from efavormart.com. They were cheap and we added a sticker with our names and date on the bottom of the candle (we got the labels from Michael's) In all we paid about 30 cents for each candle. The only problem was that the candle didn't stick to the votive holder so they had fallen out of the holders when the box arrived.
I also ordered table runners which I decided I didn't need anymore - I cancelled within 24 hours and got a full refund.




I read all the bad reviews and decided to purchase from this vendor because they had the best price. If you don't need to return anything, then you will be fine ordering from them. From what I have read and what I have experienced, it is exchanging merchandise and the return policies that are extremely outdated, inefficient and unfair - leading customers to feel ripped off.
My perception is that this company has no interest in having repeat customers.
I ordered tablecloths to start (and will not be placing any follow-up orders with them). I returned half of my order. I checked on the return after a week and they told me they had received it, but it would be 2-3 weeks to process a return.
Three weeks later, I only got a partial refund because of an extraordinarily high restocking fee. I have dealt with numerous other merchants for planning a wedding and no one charges a restocking fee, nor do they take longer than 3-4 days to process a return.
Other vendors, even if a bit more expensive, will make you feel better about spending your money with them.

our RED boxes were watermelon pink. the photo they showed was nice and clear RED. to return them was impossible, due to cost of shipping. Also the fact that one pkge was open (for us to FEEL THE PRODUCT) meant that we could
actually not return them.

i told myself that when i received my shipment and i liked it i would make sure to write reviews about this company. i put in my order and -then- decided to read reviews on the company, which i then saw they had some bad rap out there and i became really nervous...
but i was extremely happy with my products. my wedding colors are fuchsia pink and apple green, and i ordered the fuchsia pink and apple green table runners for the reception (AND at $2 something a piece, it was SO SO affordable, I'm having over 20 tables). the colors were exactly as they appeared from the web site. i will say the green was a little bit more faint of the color that is shown but not too bad, it will still work just fine. there was a little fraying on the ends of the table runners, but nothing a pair of sewing scissors can't snip off, plus they were so cheap what do you expect.
i also ordered their bubbles and they seem great. the tops are a little hard to get off but for a 24 pack for $5 you really can't beat it.
i'm really excited about my order, and it's was pretty fast, about 5-6 business days. no problems, loved the product. don't be scared by the bad reviews, BUT do be aware of their return policy, luckily i didnt run in to any problems but you never know! :) good luck!




I read over the reviews for this website and I thought it'd be a good idea to buy 1 of everything I wanted, to check out the quality. Looking at the website, I was amazed at the prices, so I thought it could be a "too good to be true." I checked out the quality and it was perfect! I then ordered everything else I needed. We ordered our personalized mnm's a month before and they looked very pretty with our little personalized heart containers. They had the colors we wanted and matched perfectly with our theme. I would advise ordering and having them delivered 2 weeks before the event, some of the mnms had like a gel like thing oozing out since we ordered them 1 month before.

I bought 2x2 boxes for my favors. They were very nice looking except that they were smaller than what I thought they would be. I received them really quick and I felt that efavormart had the best price for the boxes.




I ordered ribbons for favors. The printing on the ribbon was to be in all capital letters with a date. When the order was placed the requested printing fit in the block provided. When I received my order only the first letter of the printing was capitalized. When I inquired as to why this was done they responded that the printing would not fit in the space provided. I asked them why they did not contact me to see if there was an easy solution such as changing the printing of the date to 04/02/11 instead of writing it out as April 2, 2011. They instead chose to capitalize the first letter only and ship the ribbon out. I have sent numerous inquiries and they are not responding to my complaint. I have spent $126.00 on ribbon that I cannot use. I had to rush order the ribbon from another company.

1. they're not ivory, they're white

I have to admit, I was very skeptical of what these chair covers would look like when they arrived. I had purchased chair covers from another store several years ago and they looked cheap and were ill fitting. These covers are wonderful. They fit great and don't slide around. The fabric is a good quality for the price and the color is rich/deep and not gaudy looking. Wish I would have found these years ago.

I ordered 12,000 burgundy silk rose petals from their website. The color was exactly what we were looking for. They looked very realistic too. You really couldn't tell they were fake. Overall I was very very pleased with my petals. The only reason i'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because they really smelled bad! My Aunt described it as such "They smell like butt" which is pretty accurate. But even though I had 12,000 lining my aisle I never noticed the smell! I only noticed it when I first took them out of their bags. Oh and they came very quickly. Great purchase!

I was really hoping to get some beautiful linens for the tables at my wedding. The theme is "woodland fairy" and I was looking for natural colors, like browns and greens. I fell in love with the "willow" organza overlays and the "chocolate" chair sashes in the crinkled taffeta. I had read some really negative reviews for efavormart, so I decided to order just one chair sash, one overlay, and one table runner, to check out the quality of the product and the overall service, without losing too much money in case things went sour.
I got my items about 5 days later, and was really blown away with how beautiful it all was! The organza overlay is the quality of what you would rent at TWICE the price, and the willow color is beyond gorgeous. The crinkled taffeta chair sashes are excellent quality, no loose threads, all nicely finished, and the color is indescribable... I ordered chocolate and willow, and the chocolate is a rich brown with a hint of warm metallic gold, is really the only way to describe it! The willow has a beautiful sheen to it. I couldn't decide which color I loved more, so I ordered 50 of each.
We're expecting about 100 people at our wedding, so the second time around I ordered 50 chocolate chair sashes in crinkled taffeta, and 50 in willow green. I also ordered 15 willow organza overlays, and 15 chocolate crinkled taffeta table runners. I spent about 230.00. The more you buy, the more you save. I also got a $5.00 discount, and $4.95 shipping!
My products arrived about 5 days later, via UPS, neatly packaged and accounted for. I'm truly excited about the way my tables will look on my wedding day. I was able to buy linens for a fraction of what they would cost to rent, and already my wedding looks like a million bucks!
As far as my experience with efavormart, i'm truly impressed, and would recommend the organza overlays and crinkled taffeta sashes/runners to anyone. The color and texture is gorgeous and the price is unmatched.




I ordered ribbon and clear 3x3 favor boxes. Half the ribbon was off the spools and the boxes look HORRIBLE. They are all scratched and look dirty. I guess thats what I get for the price. I am looking into using tissue paper inside them but really wanted the look of the clear boxes. I do not recommend them at all.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They are absolutely horrible to deal with. I ordered personalized satin favor bags and they arrived with smeared and uneven lettering. They did take care of the order and reprinted the bags, but the quality is still pretty poor and the lettering is still uneven (although at least not smeared this time). I also ordered 2 bolts (80 yards!) of organza fabric that came completely wrinkled and oddly stretched in some areas. I was told by one customer service rep that the wrinkles would 'fall out' of the material if I gave it time to settle after shipping - clearly wasn't going to happen but I wasn’t up for the fight that day. I tried to iron it and the wrinkles were so stubborn that I wasn’t even able to iron them out! They said that I could pay for shipping to return the bolts of fabric and pay a 20% restocking fee. I would be fine with a restocking fee had I changed my mind about the item but it was essentially a defective product! After several emails back and forth, I got an email asking me to explain my problem and provide pictures. That response was on an email chain several long in which I had already provided pictures and a very detailed explanation. Eventually the response was that they reviewed my issue and didn’t care. Bottom line, you get what you pay for with this company. I was operating on a very tight wedding budget and chose to spend my money elsewhere on the dress, food and alcohol for the guests, etc and should have just spent the money in the first place on the favor bags and fabric from a more expensive vendor. It would have saved me a lot of headache and hassle.

I bought a lot of the decorations for my wedding at efavormart. The prices and selection are great, and I received my orders promptly. The only product I was dissapointed with was the frosted votive candles and holders we purchased for the head table. The wicks in many of the candles were off center and poorly done, one holder was cracked, and they were all covered in a white chalky powder. We ended up washing the holders and they looked ok, but I would not purchase more candles from them again. The best purchase I made was my guestbook/ring pillow/flower girl basket set. They all looked beautiful and we saved a lot of money ordering from them. I would definitely recommend this vendor to other budget brides.




We ordered a few runners, to use as cloths on ceremony tables. The shipping was prompt, material and color was consistent throughout. For what we wanted them for, they were great. However, the material would be too thin (IMO) for guest tables, as it was too lightweight, and being satin, they would easily have shifted from guest tables far too easily. But for the price and our purpose, we couldn't beat it. For comparison, the actual satin material we had for guest tables was at least twice as heavy and rich as what these were. It all depends what you want them for... we were quite pleased with the company for our order.

I order champagne flutes from Efavormart in poor condition. First of all, the box that the product came in was packaged carelessly. The box was slightly sealed and the items were protruding from the box. As a result, the items were either broken, cracked, and worst of all, the flutes were so compressed that we were not able to take them apart. Customer Service was no help at all. They wanted me to pay shipping cost to return the item even though they were the negligent ones. Since they were no help at all, I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. Will not be ordering from them again, and I suggest you don't either.




I received my order from Efavormart a couple months ago and looked it over and it looked fine. Now that I am going through it to prep for my wedding, I see that many of the 5 boxes of votive holders that I purchased are cracked or broken. Also, I was using the wired organza ribbon to make bows, and it looks like they taped two pieces of ribbon together to make my full amount of ribbon. Also, there was some fraying at the end and the wires were popping out.
I'm on a pretty tight budget, and I'm trying to do a lot of stuff myself. I don't know if I have any recourse at this point since I've had the items for so long and am only now really working with them. I hope that the stuff that I haven't opened yet (bulk tulle) is in better shape. It looks like it is, but I'm a little worried... :(




Efavormart is running on other people's money. They cheat their vendors and dont pay for the services provided.




I ordered votive candles, tulle and ribbons from them, they were fast, items where good and they answered all my questions before I bought the items. Overall I was extremely satisfied.




We got little satin bags from them with our names, hearts, and our wedding date on them then we filled them with Hershey kisses. The seller’s product was perfect, cheap, and the cutest favor. They have a lot of favors offered that were really cute.

Heart-shaped (wine) bottle toppers. Inexpensive, decent/good quality, arrived quickly and easy to order. I received 120 wine bottle toppers from efavormart.com at a price of about 1.35 per item, which was much cheaper than I found anywhere else for wine toppers. The guests loved them, and they came wrapped in a gift/display box with a silver ribbon tied around each.




I compared their website prices and E-Bay prices and when it came down to it, the website price was better for me. I found their email communication to be top notch. They always responded in less than 24 hours. Their shipping time and cost was equally as impressive. We ordered balloons, an aisle runner, and one-time-use cameras from efavormart. One of the cameras was defective, but the other items arrived in good condition. Shortly before the wedding we placed another order (table linens) which they rushed to us as per our request. The linens arrived promptly with time to spare until the wedding.




I bought about 250 glass votive candle holders and candles from eFavormart though ebay for about $.50 apiece (including shipping)! Shipping was amazingly fast and the glass candles all arrived unbroken - even though they included about a dozen extras, just in case. Extremely satisfied - would definately buy from again!

Doing a DIY (do it yourself) wedding? Efavormart has just about everything, for much cheaper than I could find it in the stores. One of the best parts about using them is their $5 shipping (and orders over $100 free)! They ship within 5 days, and if you're in California, within 2 days. Everything I got from them was high quality.

I didn't have the best experience with efavormart.com. Their products...well to say the least, you get what you pay for! Their prices are cheap and so is the quality! I purchased, Black personalized matchbooks and napkins for my wedding, and the silver lettering was blurry, they looked as if they had been used! Now I'm stuck with ugly crap I can't return because they're personalized. At least they offered me a 20% refund! To make matters worse, I had also purchased 22 "7" Flower Silk Bouquets with pearls...and received half of them with 5 flowers and missing pearls!! Their horrible! Ohhh..and their customer service? BAD! Their real pushy, rude, and slow in responding to e-mails. I personally wouldn't recommend them!




Table Decorations: Price to product is amazing. It was less money to purchase these then to rent them. I love the organza overlay tablecloths. I highly recommend this to add color to your reception.

I found this site online and was surprised by the great deals on large quantities of ribbon. The ribbons are also of high quality (no fraying), and they ship quickly.




I had a horrible experience with them. I ordered floating candles from them and I ordered 10 packs of pink and 10 packs of ivory. I got the package and they were all pink. Not really a big deal I know mistakes happen. So I e-mailed them to let them know what happened and they told me what I need to do is place a new order and repay for shipping the new candles. Then I can send them back my incorrect pink candles and they will refund me everything but the shipping cost. I told them that didn't seem fair since I didn't order the wrong candles, it was their mistake so I should be credited back the whole shipping cost for the second shipment and I shouldn't have to pay to ship back the incorrect candles. They should have issued me a UPS/Fed-Ex call tag. Then they told me the charge they charge for shipping isn't really a shipping charge it is a handling fee so they can't justify refunding that to me since it was so small. I paid $4.95 the first time, I would have had to pay another $4.95 for the second shipment, and then pay who knows what to ship back the incorrect candles. Needless to say I was pissed and I will never order from them again.

I had nothing but problems with this company. I ordered some floating candles from them for my centerpieces and I ordered 2 different colors. When I received the order they were all 1 color. I thought no big deal because everyone makes mistakes I figured I would just call them and they would fix it. So I e-mailed to let them know and they told me that what I can do is place a new order for the correct items (and pay for shipping again) and then when I get those return the incorrect candles (at my cost) to them with a note indicating why I was returning them. I was a little confused at first because it wasn't my fault the order was wrong they shipped me the incorrect items. I then questioned them and ask so they want me to basically pay for shipping 3 times? They then explained to me well the shipping fee isn't really the shipping fee it is just a handling fee so they can't really refund that or afford to pay for shipping me the new order. I was livid and ended up just keeping the incorrect candles because I didn't even want to deal with this company anymore. There prices are very good but the service sucks and I couldn't find a phone number at all. I would just be cautious before ordering from them and I know I will never order from them again.




We ordered personalized ribbon and favor boxes from efavormart.com. The service was great. They have instant message customer service, which is so helpful. I ordered these pretty last minute and they came in plenty of time and looked perfect!

I purchased lovely silver silk bags to hold my favors and was thrilled with the options available, and the product itself. Shipping was also very fast, wonderful service!




I bought my favor bags from them as well. 125 organza bags in Lavender and Purple for $30. They ship FAST. My bags are great.




I bought my pink linen favor boxes from Efavormart.com. When I got my boxes, they were warped. They told me to take a photo of my damaged boxes and e-mail it to them. Their e-mail response is very slow. They did issue a very small refund for the damaged boxes, which was better than nothing. Out of the 200 that I ordered, 150 of them were of decent, acceptable quality. After I dressed up the boxes, they did look great. I can't speak about how reliable their quality is since they shipped me boxes that weren't in mint condition. Their prices are substantially cheaper.
I've also read many reviews on the internet about them scamming people.

i ordered 100 red velvet 4"x6" bags for $24, including shipping & handling. not too shabby! the bags are of the right color, but the velvet is not the nice stuff-- it's more like velvet backed plastic-- but what can you really expect at $0.24 per bag? they also offer personalization but i didn't have enough time for that. you can order through their website or through their ebay store.




I ordered 150 silver organza bags (6" x 9") for my invitations and they were great. The prices were much cheaper than a lot of places I looked at. I didn't go through their website directly but through eBay instead.
