El Chaparral Restaurant

I used to love this place so much so that I decided to have my dinner here. Big Mistake! If I could have given them zero stars I would have. The food was good, as always, but the service fell short. The waitress somehow charged people for the wrong drinks and even though they had left, they tried to pin it on the last ones there.(They blatantly stated that they are supposed to pin any unpaid tabs to the last person leaving!)

We were all young professional adults with a handful of senior citizens. I let them know that it was their job to keep track (as a waitress) of everyone’s tabs. Although 2 people were undercharged for 2 drinks, I can assure you that they wanted to take my money and they were not planning on reimbursing for the initial charges. When we asked to speak to a manager, this young girl, probably about 20 yrs old, tried to handle the situation. Her immaturity and lack of professionalism definitely showed. Instead of acknowledging that we were loyal customers and fixing the situation, they said they were going to call the cops!! Please, I majored in Criminal Justice! We left and did not pay the charges of two mysterious drinks. I will NEVER go back there again and I will make it a point to let all of my friends know! This completely ruined my rehearsal dinner!
