The best thing I can say is that Elaine's cake tasted great and everyone loved it! However on the day of the wedding they forgot to deliver it! I paid extra for the delivery and they claimed when we called (after they didn't show up) that we were supposed to pick it up. After some arguing she stated it was her fault that she had just found our address and would be right over. Luckily she got there in time. However the cake was just plain white - not the one I ordered ( I had ordered pink with a design.) From the beginning it was a confusing process. Her office is a complete mess and it does seem she does it all - delivery, cake, money, and orders. My receipt was on a scratch peice of a torn envelope that she wrote on with pencil. Although the cake was delicious I would not use her again because of the lack of dependability.

The cake turned out okay. The cost was good. I was charged 3.00 a slice, but when I was confirming final payment, vendor tried to tack on an extra 100 dollars. She does not work on contracts and couple not remember what she quoted me. Elaine seems to be the only one that knows whats going on. She is the head baker, the baker, accoutant, and delivary scheduler. I am not sure if she delivered the cake herself. So if you are willing to have an adventure then go for it :)

The store really threw my mom and I off at first. It was really messy and hard to look at the cake options since you could only step 3 feet into the store. Although, in the end I got just what I wanted. I loved my cake! Only sad thing...she is going to be retireing soon.

Elaine's cake boutique provided beautiful and DELICIOUS cakes for our wedding. They not only provided a four tiered white wedding cake with alternating layers with strawberries & cream and snickers filling.. but a football shaped groom's cake for my hubby. He was so surprised!

Elaine did an amazing job making our cake! Not only was it absolutely delicious - white cake with a cheesecake filling, plus fresh strawberry slices inside, with cream cheese frosting - but it was intricately detailed. She made our cake to look just like the Taj Majal!

This was by far, the best cake I (or most everyone at our wedding) have tasted! When we went in before our wedding to decide our cake, she gave us a sample that was from a wedding faire a few days before, and it was still moist and delicious. Our cake the day of our wedding was amazing! We had 4 tiers and different flavors on each level... even my hubby's favorite, Mint Chip! Everyone was begging to take cake home!
On our one year anniversary, Elaine suggested that we not freeze the cake because no matter what you do, its always stale and gross.... so she make us a replica for only $10! Looked like our wedding cake top, but fresh and delicious! Boy was my hubby surprised when I had my mom sneak it into our hotel room during dinner on our one year anniversary. It was delicious!

I don't know how everyone else feels about the quality of wedding cakes as a guest, but sometimes it isn't always the best tasting. This is not the case with this lady. She makes the most wonderful tasting wedding cakes I have ever tasted. Not only are they great tasting, but she lets you chose two or three flavors and incorporates those however you like. We did a Cinderalla Castle Cake with two large sheet cakes - one was mint chocolate chip and the other a strawberry white cake. This way both my husband and I got exactly what we wanted. She also was the most resonable in price and did not charge a cutting fee as most vendors did. I highly recommend her!

Best cake around and best prices... works with all the big wedding places, but... hard to use on an individual level... business is a mess!
