Eleanor's Bake Shop

We stumbled onto Eleanor's Bake Shop completely by accident. We had tried to get an appointment with one of their competitors who could not accomodate us...so I went to an online search engine and found Eleanor's Bake Shop...I called and they said to come on down and they would take care of us. Let me tell you, what a pefect find and hidden jewel that Janelle at Eleanor's Bake Shop turned out to be.

First off we were not looking specifically for a "gluten Free" anything...but that is the product they sell. We were amazed and astounded with the flavor, moistness and diverse selection of what she had to offer. We ended up going with 3 different flavors on our levels and no one had any idea we were serving a gluten free cake, but once they found out, many people who would not have been able to enjoy themselves were able to dive right in. The Carrot Cake with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting was a major hit at our wedding, it makes my mouth water just thinking about it, who would have thought since I have never been all that fond of carrot cake in the past.

The cake was incredibly beautiful and exceeded our expectations, so many people commented on how elegant and georgous it was. The delivery was in place and onsite in plenty of time for our florist to add the flowers, nothing was missed, including our cake topper which we had left in her care.

I would reccommend Janelle and Eleanor's Bake Shop to anyone, you will not be disappointed, she is one amazing cake decorator and once again, the taste was out of this world!!!
