GO HERE BEFORE YOU BUY YOUR DRESS!!!!! I tried on 120 dresses, shopped for over 6 months, bought two dresses and had about five major breakdowns...until I found Elegance (which was referred to me by 4 different people). I am beyond thrilled with the selections (largest one by far!) and they have the best customer service!! Charlotte was terrific to work with, she had to basically change everything on my dress and make me a train from scratch and she did an impeccable job! Everyone was raving about may dress and how unique it was!! I literally told the girls at the store that I felt like we were breaking up because I couldn't drive out to try on or have fittings. They are so great, you will feel right at home! And they don’t work on commission so no pressure to buy!

I am thrilled that I went with Elegance. The very first dress the coordinator chose was the perfect one. It looked extremely expensive but was only $1600. It was timeless and extremely elegant and flattering. I received wonderful compliments about it. They were enthusiastic and happy to help me with all my fittings and questions. They work hard to make sure everything is perfect the day of the wedding. I was able to pick out a stunning headpiece, veil, and wrap from their collections. No matter my appointment time they always got me in on time and the wait was always minimal. My dress was pressed and ready to be picked up a few days early as requested. They make phone call reminders before all appointments. The only problem I had was on my third fitting, because of their strict appointment schedule, we were rushed at the end when my veil needed altered. However they came through and had it altered along with the dress. Everything looked stunning.

This year I had the pleasure of working with Rachel at Elegance Wedding and Evening Wear in Highland, Indiana. I set up an appointment and based on my description of my 'ideal' wedding dress, Rachel was able to immediately pull some of the most gorgeous and perfect wedding dresses I had ever seen.

Although rare, I went with the second dress I tried on. Rachel's professional demeanor and experience made wedding dress shopping a breeze. To be honest, picking out my wedding dress was the only thing I was dreading about my wedding. Everything else went smoothly but I imagined months of trying on dress after dress only to be unhappy and settle for something because I was running low on time.

My experience at Elegance could not have been further from my fearful premonition. Rachel made the process not only easy but FUN. Each time I went into Elegance to have my dress fitted or to look for accessories, I tried to coordinate it around Rachel's schedule so I could let her know how things were going.

Rachel and Elegance made buying my wedding dress a wonderfully memorable experience. I will absolutely revisit Elegance for any other evening wear needs I have in the future.

I loooooove this bridal shop. I felt very taken care of and listened too here. The ladies were really there to help and not just rush you in a few dresses and get you out to clear a room. They took thei time and helped you find your perfect dress. I also found different styles of bridesmaid dresses here that weren't at other stores. They always seemed to keep in contact with delivery dates and appointments and kept on top of all my bridesmaids too. I highly recommend this dress shop.

They were very professional. I told them what my budget was and what I was looking for and my consultant brought me something she thought I'd like which was off my beaten path and to my surprise I loved the Maggie Sottero bridal gown she had picked out for me and I ended up purchasing that gown!!! They would call and confirm all of my appointments. I REFUSED to purchase a bridal gown online and in my area there are only a hand full of dress shops around so I was glad they were around so I could actually try on bridal dresses BEFORE purchasing one...the ONLY thing I did not like was I would have to sometimes wait days for an appointment. Other than that my over all experience was good!!!

Elegance was very professional, had great service, and reasonable prices. My saleswoman was honest and I had a pleasant experience. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to anyone else.

I love Elegance! They had a great selection and the lady, Tammy, who helped us on all three occasions was amazing. She was so patient with me as I tried on dress after dress and remembered personal things about me and my now husband each time we came in! I am so glad I purchased my dress here. A quick note that I have noticed a lot of people complain about: you have to keep the dress at the shop if you want them to do alterations on it (very good price on alterations, too! I was surprised.). If you take it out, they won't do it! Not a big deal, but apparently it is to some people!

What a great selection!! It was my third stop on my quest to find the perfect dress and was I glad I waited. I am so glad that I went here because the dress I found was so perfect for me!! It was absolutely gorgeous and I hadn't seen anything like it anywhere else. I was measured and had the dress ordered the same day!! It came in weeks sooner than promised and they allowed me 3 fittings to make sure everything looked just like I wanted it to. I also found my garter, a gorgeous pearl and rhinestone hair comb, my veil and all my undergarmets here after shopping around ALOT. I recommend this dress shop to any bride looking for their perfect dress and accessories-it's well worth it!!

Great bridal shop!! The ladies in there were so sweet and helpful. Charlotte the owner & seamstress was awesome and did all the alterations quick and efficiently.

Very professional and VERY helpful. After trying on nearly 40 dresses before I walked into this store I was feeling a little stressed that I wouldn't find "the one". After showing them a picture of what I was looking for they found the perfect one. Everyone was very helpful and polite.

OMG! This vendor was AWESOME! Even though a distance from where I live, the experience with the staff was GREAT! I would definitely recommend this vendor for services. Everything was done professional and the staff was excellent, especially my sales consultant, Lisa! Thanks for everything!

I had been to several bridal studios and wasn't thrilled with what I saw. I didn't feel as if I was important to them either. Small dressing rooms, a flurry to work with several brides at once. Then I found Elegance Bridal! I'm a plus size and it is harder to find dresses, but Elegance had a large selection in which to choose. I was also shown into a large fitting room with beautiful little touches (a small chandelier, lots of mirrors, a small bistro table and chairs for others along with you). I also wanted sleeves which are hard to find, and we found a dress where we could add sleeves with no problem. The dress we found was perfect for my figure and incorporated so much of what I was looking for. Every single person I dealt with in that store made me feel special and important. Everyone talks with you and shares their thoughts whether they are working with you that day or not. The owner who is also the seamstress is so sweet and caring. I could not believe the quality of the work she did during my alterations. From the moment I walked in until the time I walked out with my dress, I felt as though I made the absolute best decision in going with Elegance. I was told by several of the staff I need to return with pictures, too. They are just great!

I had a great experience at Elegance. I originally started my search at Elegance, but wanted to check out other shops in the area. However, it was clear to me that Elegance definitely has some of the best service and selection in NWI. Janice was a dream to work with and actually picked out the dress that I bought in the end. She was so helpful and really made the difference for my shopping experience. The alterations I needed were inexpensive as well. Definitely recommended!

They were very professional and helpful in choosing the dress of my dreams. The only thing I did not like was that they didnt tell me what I needed to bring to each fitting.

The people who work at Elegance are very professional and helpful. My mother got her "mother of the bride" dress here also. We loved working with Charlotte! I didn't end up needing many alterations because they measured me great! What they did do though was amazing. Charlotte made sure I would be comfortable on the biggest day of my life! They also were very sweet and steamed my dress twice for me. The first time I needed it for my bridal glamour shots, the second time was for my wedding. Both times they made sure my dress looked perfect! I appreciated them very much and their opinions were great on what looked good and what didn't! They have a great selection of wedding gowns, bridesmaids, mothers, everything! I love that place!
