Gwinnett SToPP engaged Elegant Affairs and Venues for our orientation dinner. We sought them out because of a previous experience working with Ms. Scott on a different non-profit event. As the director of the organization, I needed to hand off the event to a trusted person who would take care of everything. Ms. Scott was provided our colors and head count; everything else was left to her. Our guests walked in to a beautifully inviting room and a delicious catered dinner. Ms. Scott fashioned a great event image for our organization, within budget, and the guests were duly impressed. As always, Ms. Scott was professional and a pleasure to work with. I am very busy and appreciated that Ms. Scott did not require constant follow-up. I articulated our vision and walked into it.
I would definitely use Elegant Affairs and Venues for future events.

First I would like to say thank you and thank you to Audrey Scott owner of Elegant Affairs and Events. Audrey has been with us planning our wedding from the beginning to the end (about 11 Months). We went to numerous places looking for the ideal wedding venue and finally came to the Biltmore Ballrooms of Atlanta, Georgia. My wife had dreams for our wedding that could last anyone a life time, and as hard as I tried to stick with a plan, dreams made planning a handful. Audrey was there for every change and new dream / ideal my wife could come up with. The number one reason why we selected Audrey and her company was because she was straight forward with us. That paid off big time with me because I am one who needs to know every little detail and cost. Audrey and I was in contact at least two to three times a week to keep me updated with details and cost and as my wife says “I have the dreams, it is your job to make it happen.” Only if my wife knew that I just pass the information on!!!. Anyways I can go on and on about how great Audrey Company is. But the biggest pay off was when my wife walked down the aisle and the smile on her face lasted all night, and as the groom I can say it was worth every last penny to see my bride in cloud 9. To this day we still hear about how great our wedding was from our guest and my wife even wants to submit the pictures of our wedding to some kind of bridal magazine to be featured.

Audrey Scott was my saver....I had problems with a venue less than a month prior to the event and that was when I found Audrey.
She took control of the situation, found a new venue and did a really good job! We had a vows renewal in a Medieval style weeding and everything was according to the theme, just perfect! The decoration was elegant and professional, she went above and beyond my expectations!
All the guests were impressed as well. She was flexible and the food was delicious!
I just not recommend but wish her even more success! You rock girl!

Audrey was literally a life saver!!! I do not know what I would have done without her. I told her what I had in mind, which was not much, and she created a beautiful fairytale. I was in awe with every turn at my wedding reception. Every table looked hand designed and perfect. She incorporated so many thoughtful elements that made my wedding have a personalized touch. I was so beautiful and elegant. Her staff and outside referrals were very professional. The food was excellent and my family and friends can’t stop talking about how great everything was. I can honestly say I would love to go back to my wedding day over and over because Audrey made it perfect.

The Gwinnett Pearls of Service Foundation hired Ms. Audrey Scott for our Debutante Cotillion and Scholarship Ball, a formal event, and our Mother Daughter Luncheon at the Gwinnett County Club. Ms. Scott went above and beyond in extending her services and creating the perfect atmosphere for each event.
The Mother Daughter Luncheon decorations were done in our signature colors and the catered lunch was very good. Many of our guests complimented our group on the lovely service, decorations and food provided.
For our Debutante and Cotillion Scholarship Ball, Ms. Scott had outdone herself.....! Our table settings were the talk of the event. She was very easy to work with and the service she provides demonstrates her company’s goal is excellence for all events. Both events were so successful we have extended a request to book Elegant Affairs Events and Wedding Consulting Services again for the Ball and Luncheon in 2011.

I wanted someone that would compliment my efforts and make the day seamless and near perfection! She did just that! The Sun-Dial of The Westin Hotels is an unique space for a wedding and I had to be creative on how to pull this off with limited time and space. I needed someone that could jump in and put my vision into action. Audrey truly kept everyone in line and in que. She remembered the little things that would otherwise be forgotten. I have to admit my mouth was on the floor when I arrived at my wedding venue on March 20, 2010 at the Country Club Of Gwinnett. The lord blessed me with a beautiful day and Ms. Audrey and Elegant Affairs had me speakless. Her presentation of my vision was above and beyond my expectations. Her staff and everything was perfect. I have attendees still raving about the whole experience.

Miss Audery Scott exhibited professionalism beyond my comprehension when she was asked at the spur of the moment to handle the repass of my father while she was attending the funeral. She immediately took control of the kitchen and the dining hall. She organized and decorated the tables with only the decor that the church had in hand making the dining hall looked like it was a wedding reception hall. She then organized the setting and serving of the foods which were served with decorum and dignity. I am still amazed of the way she handled the repass with such short notice but again if you have IT you have IT. What an exhibition of professionalism.

With Elegant Affairs elegance is what you get. This was noticable at our twenty fifth wedding anneversary where professionalism was imprinted on the general planning of the event.
