My experience with this vendor has been extremely unpleasant. The roof caved in at the Key Biscayne location in which they rent and maintain from the City of Miami. This happened less than 3 months before my wedding. They were not helpful in trying to find me another reception venue. When "I" finally found one and had to pay for it, Alba said we would write up a new contract deducting the amount I paid to the new reception venue from our package price. When it came to write the new contract... everything was backwards and my contract would not have been legally written as she was making it seem like they had rented and paid for the new reception venue, when in fact they were not. At this time I had already heard so many horror stories of other brides that had been taken through the ringer with these people that I told her I wanted my money back since they were unreliable and not coming forth with what we had agreed upon. She said No, she couldn't give me a refund and I've been getting the run around ever since. Till this day I am still going back and forth for my refund of $2,500.00 that I had paid them and they never rendered any type of service, not a tasting, not one appointment to choose linen colors, flowers or anything. I should get my money back, these people are very shady and I beg all you brides to please be very cautious and not use these people. Still waiting for my money till this day, we will be seeing them in court!
