Do you accept “rush” orders?

*Elegant Shower Favors will do our best to accommodate “rush” orders. If you have a “rush” order then please contact us via email at customerservice@elegantshowerfavors.com or phone us at 866-916-6595 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. For certain products we do need to charge an additional $15 for Rush orders.

*Yes, you can order samples of most of our favors. In fact we encourage you to place sample orders on as many products as you would like so you can view the size and packaging prior to placing a larger order, or place sample orders and give a variety of favors as bridal shower prizes. Please read the product description carefully to see which items can be purchased in the quantity of 1. We do have some products that are sold in sets. Sets can’t be separated to complete an order.

*As long as your order has not processed or been personalized the order can be changed or cancelled. We suggest you call our customer service representative at 866-916-6595 so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges

Just click on the "tracking" link at the top of the page and enter your order number, then click view to see the status of your order. You can also call us at 866-916-6595 to speak to one of our customer service specialist and we will give you the status of your order.

Does Elegant Shower Favors send tracking information to customers ?

*Elegant Shower Favors notifies you that your order has been shipped, with an email from OrderingTracking@elegantshowerfavors.com. We will email you the scheduled date of delivery as well as the UPS tracking number. Since we use different manufacturers, depending on your order, you may receive multiple packages on different days. We will notify you by email , which items have shipped and which tracking number is attached to that specific shipment. Please keep in mind that personalized favor tags are shipped via UPS ground and incurr a seperate flat shipping rate charge of $ 6.75



What are your shipping options?

*We ship FREE UPS Ground on all orders of $100 or more. Customers also have the choice of expedited delivery with UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select. Shipping charges for expedited delivery are calculated at the time of check out. You must enter a correct address. If your order is undeliverable then we will have to charge you the shipping cost. We can not accept a PO BOX as an address. For unclaimed and refused shipments that are returned to Elegant Shower Favors, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed and the cost of shipment will be forfeited.

How quickly do most orders ship ?



*Elegant Shower Favors processes your order within hours and ships within 3-5 business days. Typically for non-personalized, in stock orders, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days.

How is shipping calculated ?

*Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of the items you selected and the shipping destination.

How long do personalized orders take ?

*Personalized orders generally take 10-14 days for delivery.

Will Elegant Shower Favors Ship to a PO Box ?

*Elegant Shower Favors can't ship to a PO BOX. We use UPS and are required to use a physical address for delivery.

Does Elegant Shower Favors ship internationally ?

*Currently we don't ship outside the US and Canada.

How are duties and taxes calculated to Canada ?

*Customs taxes and duties are the customers responsibility.

What is Elegant Shower Favors return policy ?

*We are confident that you will be pleased with your favors & gifts, however, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we do offer a 30 day return or exchange policy from the date of purchase on non-personalized favors or gifts. We can not refund or exchange personalized favor tags, monogrammed, engraved or edible gifts & favors. We require that you contact one of our customer service agents either by email (customerservice@elegantshowerfavors.com) or phone 866-916-6595 to obtain a return authorization number.

How long before I receive my refund ?

*All refunds are processed after we inspect all items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post to your credit card (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within three business days.

Does Elegant Shower Favors charge a restocking fee on returned items ?

*Elegant Shower Favors only charges a restocking fee on non-deliverable orders. If you give us a bad delivery address or if your order is not accepted at the address you provided then we will charge you a restocking fee of 20% of your total order.

What happens if I receive my order and something is damaged or broken ?

*If any items in your order arrive damaged or broken, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at 866-916-6595, and we will assist you in filing a claim to UPS.
