Elegant temptations is the best cake for any occasions, they made the cake for our 2./16/13 wedding, after my planner found the perfect cake topper, they made our cake, i can tell you when i saw it at the reception, i told my planner i do not want to cut this cake, just put back in box im taking it home lol!!!, we had cake tasting too early and could not remember the flavors, we called and she made sure we could pick up another box of samples to take and when we finally decided on the flavor we call and everything was superb, our cake topper was in the shape of cinderella castle, our theme was cinderella meets her prince, our wedding was the talk of the town, would like to say, the cake was sooooooooooooooooo!!!!! delicious, sometimes i want to go in the freezer and take out the top layer before our 1 yr anniversary and eat it lol!!!, once again thanks to elegant temptations you are AWESOME, LOVE ALWAYS RICK AND MAXINE (WEDDING 2/16/13.

I cannot wait to post pictures of my cake. Not only was it absolutely delicious, but it was the prettiest looking cake I have ever seen!!! Rosie, the owner of ET, is so talented! She took the idea I had in my head and turned it into reality!!! I'm so glad I went with her as my wedding cake vendor! You have to check her out! Can't wait for my year anniversary so I can have some more cake!

One word covers it all, WOW! Their cakes are so delicious that I went on three (3) separate tastings, almond was my favorite. The initial consultation was professional and intimate (no random customers coming in to pick up orders). They are always within reach for any questions you may have and all their cakes are beautiful. Worth every single calorie :-)

Rosie is the best! She was the most professional and friendly of all the cake vendors we tried. We did 5 tastings, and we even had to pay a little bit more than what was included in our wedding package. She is worth every single penny! Her cakes taste the best, and she knows how to do a proper tasting! Rosie and her team at Elegant Temptations were a pleasure to work with - so responsive and helpful and flexible. I had a traditional wedding cake as well as a specialty groom's cake made in the shape of an airplane. Both were wows: the wedding cake was delicious and moist with a light, sweet fondant and the groom's cake was a spot on replica of a very specific plane. Delicious cake and a ton of flavors!!

Our cake was delicious and it looked beautiful. The taste of our cake was even better than what we had at the tasting. If I had to do it all over again, I would not change a thing.

They delivered incredible presentation and flavor to our wedding cake. ET absolutely exceeded our expectations. Every guest thoroughly enjoyed the rum cake we selected. ET gives the bride and groom (as well as the parents) 22 different cakes to try to help make the decision. They are an authorized vendor for The Biltmore Hotel.

The cakes are so delicious and there are so many to choose from that you can't go wrong. All of her cakes are custom made and so unique and so out-of-the box that it will have all your guests saying WOW !! She is full of ideas and thats the type of person that you would want to help you bring your dream cake or cakes to life.

The venue were we had our reception included a wedding cake from Elegant Temptations. My mom and I went for the tasting, and everything was delicious! I wanted to add some decorative starfish and seashells to the cake, which they did for a very small up charge. The included cake is fairly basic, but you can do some upgrading for a minimal charge. On my wedding day, the cake looked and tasted perfect! I would definitely recommend Elegant Temptations to future brides and grooms!

We changed our minds about what we wanted for a cake several times, but they were always responsive and helped us make decisions. When we finally made a decision, we had to deliver flowers to be put on the cake the day before the wedding. They're not usually open on Saturdays, but they came in so we could drop off the flowers. The cake was beautiful, and from what I've heard, delicious (of course we didn't get to try any!)

Elegant Temptations did the cake for my wedding on November 27, 2011. Everyone at my wedding loved the cake; the decoration and how it tasted. Everyone took pictures of the cake because it had so much detail, it was so elegant and unique. The cake was definitely more than what we expected. Rosie and Isabel are the best. You would not believe how amazng the cakes look and taste! WOW! And the groom's cake was AMAZING!! My groom thought I had brought his snowboard boots and snowboard with us to Florida!

ROSIE IS AMAZING!!!!! Her creativity is just outstanding, and not to mention her thoughtfulness in every detail that goes into her work. I really regret not putting more money into my cake because I know she could've done something amazing.... Not that she didn't. I LOVED MY CAKE. People told me it looked like my wedding dress which is was funny because thats what she was going for but I didn't give her the budget to do it like she wanted it to. Yet she still accomplished her goal :). Did I mention it tasted as good as it looked? Delicious!
OH OH OHHHH and let me tell you about her cake parfaits. I was unfortunately not able to try any which makes me terribly upset but all my guests LOVED IT, and there is even pictures of a couple guests scrapping the bowls for more. Definitely a must try!

Elegant Temptations cakes are Amazing! I had a destination wedding so I was unable to do a tasting. 2 days before the wedding I went to drop of the cake topper, They gave me a small sample and OMG it was delicious. I was so excited I went with this company. The cake was fresh and moist. They give you a large variety to choose from. Not the boring plain vanilla. I had the vanilla rum & Marble w/ Chocolate Godiva for my wedding cake. YUM! The cake was beautiful. They are very creative with their designs. I highly recommend this company if you are getting married in the South Miami area.

When I went to my cake tasting, my husband and I were absolutely delighted! Nearly every flavor was delicious and we had a difficult time deciding which flavor was the best because they were all SO GOOD!

However, at our actual wedding the cake tasted nothing like it did at the tasting. It was extremely dry and tasted stale. I'm not sure what caused it to taste like that be we were extremely disappointed.

On a positive note, Rosie is a dream to work with and the cake looked beautiful.

Elegant Temptations created my gorgeous wedding cake that exceeded my expectations completely!! Their work is amazing and delicious!! We had our wedding at The Palms on March 6,2011. In July when we chose the venue we met with Rosie and her team for a cake tasting. It was excellent! We designed a special cake for the rehearsal dinner at Vita, it was golf themed and a surprise for the groom! He (and the rest of our guests) were amazed when they brought it out with sparkelers in it! The "sand" on the cake looked so real, but most importantly it tasted wonderful. *note to brides-have them deliver your rehearsal cake if need be. I tried to save $75 and wasted all day driving around to deliver it myself. spend time with your friends/family. :)


Our wedding cake was also discussed in the first meeting, and when I walked into my reception and saw the cake it had been so long since I thought about it I was very impressed. It was definitly different than what I designed, but kept with the vintage feel I wanted. The humidity at the reception made the cake start to melt and sag just a touch, so we did our cake cutting with the photographer first thing. which was fine with me. The quality and artistry of the cakes are excellent. They taste great too, our guests are still talking about how moist and rich they were!

My wedding cake was not only absolutely beautiful, it was amazingly delicious!!! The ladies that I worked with at Elegant Temptations were very responsive and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Rosie went above and beyond our expectations and helped to make our wedding day feel special and tailored to who we are. We could not have been happier!!

The cake was beautiful but it fell apart before I could cut it in front of my guests! The caterer had to remove it before it literally collapsed. It was not a large cake (me wedding only had 80 guests). I never even got a phone call with an apology. It was a great disappointment.

If you are planning a wedding in Miami and are looking for the best of the best when it comes to your "dream" cake then elegant temptations is the place. In looks and taste, you will be more then satisfied.

We were having a destination wedding in Marco Island and had a budget in mind so we had already put it in our minds that maybe we'd have to settle using what the hotel up there could provide. Luckily we had hired DVP as our videographers and the two companies share the same location, so between the convenience and the cakes we saw being made on location we just had to find out more.

Elegant Temptations delivered with a unique and beautiful cake that all our guests raved about. It looked great and the taste was addicting. Needless to say for future occasions, this is where we'll be getting our cakes.

Our wedding cake was everything we dreamed it would be - delicious and beautiful. We ordered the chocolate cappucino and vanilla rum flavors. Both were so moist and yummy. Definitely one of the best cakes we've tasted. Thanks Rosie!

Rosie and her team are wonderful! I was looking for a more vintage/eclectic look for my cake and found that most cake decorators found it difficult to think outside the box. At ET cakes they were able to give me the look I wanted, AND an amazing tasting cake! I look forward to having our top cake at our one year anniversary!

My wedding cake cost was included in the price provided by the reception venue, so I can't really give a fair review of cost. The reception venue had vendors to choose from and Elegant Temptation was by FAR the best cake I have ever had (wedding cake or not). The cake was gorgeous and tasted amazing. I paid small upgrade prices for decor elements that really made the cake special (to me anyways). Lastly, the owner is so sweet and really makes the whole cake tasting special... visit her and chose them!

We loved our cake! It was part of the package with Rusty Pelican. Even though it was a package contract, and thus ordinarily we would only have a very limited range of choices, ET offered us a much more flexible menu. We chose three different flavors for the cake: chocolate with chocolate filling, chocolate with cappuccino filling, and vanilla with vanilla rum filling. Delicious! The cake looked lovely on the day of, and was there before our morning wedding.

The cake was amazing on both look and taste. I enjoyed working w/ Isabel and Rosie they were both so nice and everything come out perfect. I still wish I had more ummmmmm.

Our wedding cake was included in our package at The Palms and we could pick from two vendors. When I went to taste the cakes at Elegant Temptations, as soon as you walked in the door, you could smell fresh baked goodness. Her cakes are so moist and so beautiful. We went with one of the standard cakes included in the package, with buttercream frosting. We had flowers from the wedding added to it and it looked amazing! You would have never guessed it was buttercream either. We also rented a beautiful cake base from her (very reasonable). We picked vanilla rum for our cake flavor and chocolate godiva liquor for the groom's cake. We gave her a general idea of what we wanted for the groom's cake and what we ended up with was a MILLION times better than what we ever expected. She is so creative.

I The main reason I went to Elegant Temptations was because I knew I wouldn't be disappointed with my cake and the cake was one of the most important things for me. I have heard horror stories about other local cake bakeries (more like cake factories). Rosie is a true sweetheart and so creative. I booked her months before my wedding and changed my mind about the cake design about a month before. She was so sweet and understanding. She sat with us for over an hour and listened to what I wanted. I ended up letting her do whatever she wanted based on my custom cake topper because I knew she would do something beautiful. All she told me was it would have basket-weaving. I squealed like a little girl when I saw my cake. It was PERFECT!! I absolutely loved it. It was so perfect in every way and matched my cake topper which was so important for me. Also, the cake tasted as good as it looked. It was so moist, delicious, and fresh. Two days later and Im still eating the leftovers. I highly recommend Elegant Temptations but book early because she books fast! I foresee she will end up on TV one of these days, she is that good and better than most TV cake artists in my opinion. Thank you so much Rosie!!!

The cake was amazing, we did a chocolate cake with Godiva chocolate liquor and buttercream as my husband doesn’t like the taste of fondant, it was moist and yummy! I had to send the top tier to my mom’s and hide it in the freezer because my husband was dying to eat it after the wedding.

Our Wedding cake was a AMAZING! Rosie is the best cake designer in Miami. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. Her cakes look beautiful and taste great. It was so easy working with her, she was always available to answer any questions we had. Other wedding vendors could learn from her. Thanks for making my dream cake.

I did 2 or 3 cake tastings and this place was head and shoulders better than everyone else. All of the cakes we tasted were fabulous. The bakery tasting room is adorable, the staff was very professional, and the cake was both beautiful and delicious. Several people had 2 pieces at the wedding and my family argued over who got to take the leftovers home. They allowed me to design the cake and they delivered exactly what I wanted. We were thrilled with our cake!

AMAZING! I was In love with my wedding cake. Rosie did beyond an amazing job. I couldn't have asked for a better vendor and friend. She even made my best friend her own personal cake (it was her birthday that day of my wedding), as well as the birthday of Junior (from Junior's Production) made him a logo birthday cake that as he put it "warmed his heart". Rosie made the little surprises for my vendor and guest amazing. The taste of the cake speaks for its self. We didn't have any left over cake! Thank you Rosie and your staff for the amazing memory. I look forward to many more cakes in the future.

If I could give Rosie 10 stars I would. She is not only charming, sweet and warm her cakes taste heavenly and she can make some creations that are without question "Amazing Wedding Cakes" worthy. Give this woman a show! She made a superb wedding cake for us. Got jewelry, monogram, etc for it and made it look breathtaking. As if that weren't enough it was absolutely divine (Rasberry and Godiva Chocalate). As if that weren't enough, I requested a groomsmen cake that looked like the Arcade that my husband built and it stole the show!!!! Nobody could believe that it was cake and it too tasted like a little slice of heaven.

I loved my wedding cake! Not only was it absolutely beautiful but it was delicious. I had so many compliments on how pretty it was and how good the flavors we picked were. Rosie is a sweatheart and a pleasure to work with... super creative and full of ideas and suggestions.

Rosie is unbelievably creative and talented...she needs her own Food Network show. She made both our wedding cake (which was perfect) and the most amazing, unique bday/groom's cake for my husband ever! She is wonderful to work with, very patient...she'll sit you down at the tasting and give you books of her incredible work to go through to get an idea of what you want (if you don't already have an idea...which I didn't). You'll want everything...all the flavors are wonderful. Everything turned out even better than how I'd imagined...she's a gem.

We would love to Thank Rosie who designed our wedding cake, I told her want I wanted, and we got the most beautiful cake. Everyone was taking pictures of the cake, they where amazed. It was three layer, starfish, seahores, coral, sanddollars, our cake was to service 65 people, everyone asked for 2nd and 3rd, there was no left overs to take home. We eat our top layer the next day we did not want to wait a year, we figure we will just go to Elegant Temptation every year and pick up "BANANA CAKE" for two. Thank you Rosie you made our special day prefect.

As it is evident with my gutt, I have a sweet tooth! So when my wife starting looking around for where to get our cake, I made it a point that I wanted to be involved (I really wanted to sample everything!) I must admit though, Rosie was really nice when we met with her, and I could tell that after our meeting our wife was happy with her. My wife wanted a grooms cake, and I had to argue with her for a while to not bother spending the money on that as I would be happy with an extra slice of the wedding cake. I thoroughly enjoyed 4 slices of the cake that night!

Rosie just totally rocks! We booked her right after first meeting with her. She had to improvise at the very last minute, and the cake still came out better than I expected! She is pricey, but I think that she does such better work than other cake people. Her cake was just delicious!

People were talking about the look and taste of the cake for months. I still attend weddings and people come up to us and say "yours was so much better." We changed our date on Rosie and only gave her two weeks notice. She was able to accommodate our needs and deliver everything we dreamed of and more. Our cake was a work of art and tasted like heaven. The flavors she can create are like non other I have ever tasted. I tell all my friends that they have to use her when they are planning.
