Elite/Blustein's Bride House

I absolutely loved my gown, but they weren’t thrilled when I decided not to get alterations done there. The dress was very affordable and comparable with other shops in the area. I went in a couple of times to “visit” the dress, which usually was just fine with them. They were happy to play dress up with us, but not all of the ladies were friendly when they didn’t think they could get a possible sale out of us. It really depended on who was working.

Elite Bridal was good, we purchased the bridesmaid's gowns and had them altered here. They had a good selection and were very accommodating. We were misinformed about some dress options that did not make me happy, but all was resolved in a satisfactory manner.

Excellent service and very accommodating for the alterations, as two bridesmaids were pregnant and one had recently delivered and was still losing “baby weight.” Monitored the girls’ dress fit until the last week. Prices comparable to other vendors.

For the most part they were ok. At first, they forgot to order my bridesmaid dresses. Then they called one of my bridesmaids to rectify the issue instead of me. This was all probably a month before the wedding. But in the end, they were able to get the dresses ordered and altered in time.

They had a large range of dresses to choose from with many styles. There was everything from classic, traditional to modern and edgy. The staff was very polite and very attentive. They treated the children in the wedding party very well and made them feel comfortable with trying on dresses. My bridesmaids were very happy with the selection of dresses and were able to try on a lot of them before making their selection. We never felt rushed or hurried by the staff. The prices were reasonable and the quality was impressive. Everyone was very happy with their selection and customer service. They also had a very handy dress delivery service.

I was really happy with Elite Bridal. Their bridal store was close to my home at the time so it was convienent, however, I believe they were curteous and kind to my family and friends and they always made me feel like a beautiful bride when I was there. They were always very busy but took the time to cater to everyone as quickly as they could. My dress was beautiful and was altered perfectly.
