Elite was not only very professional but very accommodating. They played my requested list as well as songs that were a tradition for me (polka's and the midnight bridal dance). They were so much fun and got tons of people out on the dance floor that would normally not go. Dan did a WONDERFUL job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

After attending three other weddings where Elite Entertainment provided the music and coming highly recommended from our vendor, the choice was easy. Leading up to our big day things were made easier by their email reminders and the ability to make payments and fill out forms online. Our DJs were Dan Detloff and Ben Yowell. On our big day they worked with us to make sure that we were not rushed and were able to do things on our own schedule. When we went around to greet our guests we started running behind for the cake cutting, but instead of making an announcement that it was time to cut our cake forcing us to skip tables they talked to us and pushed back the cake cutting until we were ready. They played every single song I requested (which was only a few) and they did a great job at getting people out on the dance floor. Our guests told us they had a great time and so did we. The DJs helped to make our reception run smoothly and kept everything organized. I have been to events where the DJ was not very good and it is true that the DJ can make or break your event. I highly recommend Elite Entertainment!

If you have any doubt about who you want to use as the DJ, photographer, and/or videographer for your wedding or special event, I would highly recommend Elite Entertainment. Everyone that we dealt with during the planning process was extremely friendly and helpful, and each one of them went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was special. We were extremely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!

We went with the top package that included event lighting, 2 DJs and the monogram on the floor. Big Ben was our DJ and did an amazing job. He got the crowd pumped up and played music that kept everyone going all night long! My husband and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

booking Elite is the best thing you will do for yourself when it comes to booking vendors. We used Elite for DJ, lighting, photobooth, and a projection screen, but I would encourage you to you them for photography and videography as well. They are beyond amazing as far as quality of service and performance. Everything ran so smoothly for us and we were able to relax and enjoy our day, with little updates on scheduling by Dan. Using Elite was a great experience and I would strongly urge you to book them for your event!!!

All of the people we came in contact from Elite were nothing shot of fantastic! George was our DJ and I couldn't have asked for a better person! He helped us create a time-line at our final meeting and was so much fun to work with! A month before the wedding my Grandpa passed away. George and Elite offered me their thoughts and support and told me not to worry about anything and to get in contact with them when I was ready. This speaks volumes about them. They view their clients as people and not as dollar signs. I gained a whole new level of respect for their business after that. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend them!

I loved working with Elite. They handled my DJ, photo booth, lighting, and dance floor monogram. Everything turned out perfect and they were extremely easy to work with...it was effortless on my end. I would definitely recommend them to any bride.

DJ Koolaid was AMAZING! He kept our dance floor full the whole night and also played requests from our family and friends. He took special time for us to make sure everything was going the way we wanted it to- and also met us the minute the wedding party pulled up in the limo. Elite has the most professionalism and elegance I have ever experienced at any wedding I have ever been at. They also know how to make your night one to remember! George did a wonderful job preforming our ceremony and then rocking out the night as our DJ. Rick did an Fantastic job of capturing the night. The photobooth was a smash hit with Hilary as the attendant.

Ben is absolutely incredible. He took everything I said in the meeting and made it come alive with the music he played. He made our wedding even better than we dreamed. All of our guests have commented on how good he was. He created exactly the atmosphere we wanted, from the coctail hour to the last dance. Superman Dan was the DJ for our reception. He did an excellent job. It was great how he got out onto the dance floor with my guess, especially during dances like the YMCA and the Hustle. The music that was played during dinner was exactly what I wanted. He played a great variety of music to dance to as well. I will definitely recomment Elite Entertainment to anyone I know planning a wedding.

I had such a wonderful experience with Elite Entertainment! Our DJ was Brad and he went above and beyond for us. When we arrived at the wedding our vases were not filled with water because someone had not shown up in time to do it. Brad and his helper went around helping us fill the vases with water. In addition to that, he set the mood for the entire night and played a great mixture of songs that everyone loved! I definitely recommend Brad and Elite Entertainment.

Superman Dan was great to work with! He was a lot of fun, energetic, and showed the guests how to do the line dances. We didn’t have any “do not play” songs but luckily he used his best judgment when a guest requested the MSU fight song, as he knew we were Michigan fans. Dan and Elite are highly recommended!!!

Incredible job! Our DJ was Superman Dan and we got so many compliment son our DJ. Many people saidit was the best yet out of any wedding they've been too.

AMAZING! I didnt have to think about anything, they are so professional, they know exactly what they are doing. What was nice is that this is WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING it is a professional business not some guy with a day job that has an ipod and some speakers doing DJing on the side.

I would highly recommend Elite Entertainment. My husband and I were extremely pleased with how our reception turned out. Dan was easy to work with - both before the wedding day and during the reception. He had a wide variety of music and was good at reading the crowd. Elite Entertainment also provided colored lights that were placed around the room. I would recommend these also. They added color and made the reception more beautiful then I ever would have imagined.

We used Superman Dan. He was great and did just what we asked. We kept in touch all night and were always on the same page. He kept out dance floor packed and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Elite was the first DJ we met with and they were certainly the best! Our DJ (Ben) was amazing. Our guests actually wanted to pay him more on the side because they were having the most fun ever! He was VERY conscious of what we wanted and didn't want. He asked us repeatedly what it was we would like to hear, etc. He was very concerned about our happiness. He went out of his way to be sure we were having the time of our lives. I would HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

Our Wedding was on 08/15/2008, and Dan Dettloff was our DJ! He kept the party going all night. There wasn't a period where the party slowed down at all. I have 3 cousins getting married this year, and I have recommended him to all of them. This is truly a professional company, very organized, and very good at what they do! They are the best! If you want a fun and classy wedding reception, look no further.

Working with Elite Entertainment was a pleasure. Wedding planning can be stressful, things change from day to day and there's always the unexpected that comes up. They worked hard to meet with us not once, but twice before we signed any contracts. They answered all of our questions, usually within the day and were sure to address any of our requests for the day of. They offered opinions and help when we needed it and listened when we had an idea. The service and value provided was wonderful and to date we've been very happy to work with them. The photography sessions were wonderful and we are very, very happy with the final products. The DJ was amazing, went out of his way to get to know us and tailored the evening to our friends and family. He was the reason the party was such as success. We haven't seen the video quite yet, but I witnessed some of the things the vidographer and photographer were there to capture and I don't think they missed a thing. Elite Entertainment is a great value, they offer a great service and product for a comparable, if not lower, price than some of their competition. Doing the services through one vendor also removes the stress of coordinating and ensuring the vendors work well together - they take that completely off your hands so you can enjoy your day and be with your guests.

Great quality and great prices for photographs.

We were thrilled to book Dan with Elite. I had read a ton of great reviews and couldn’t wait for our day. He really “got” where we were coming from and what music we’d like to hear. He didn’t play any songs from our “do not play” list, however, there was some miscommunication between him, his assistant, my father and my father-in-law that didn’t thrill any of us.

At first, it was difficult to get price quotes - but ever since, they have been great.Highly referred by friends/family...and had no issues on the day of.

We had Elite Entertainment for our DJ services and videography. Our DJ was Daniel D and he was fantastic- he had people as young as 16 and as old as 80 rocking out at the same time on the dance floor. He did a great job of respecting our wishes for genres and songs not to play without making it obvious when people requested them. He kept the party going, but wasn't obnoxious or obtrusive like other DJs. We loved how great he handled our families when it was time for them to talk- he was wonderfully calm, encouraging and respectful--without being boring or stuffy! We'd reccomend him to anyone.The videography is the reason the company didn't get all 5 stars. While their prices were competitive, we found the video to be very basic and lacking. The filming of the ceremony was at a weird angle and looked like a handheld camera that could have been filmed by a family member. The reception was handled much better, but we were disappointed by how minimal it was for the price. Overall Elite is a great company to work with and we'd reccomend their DJs any day...videography, eh.

Although he kept our guests dancing, he didn't play the special dedication songs we wanted, which included a family tribute to our Grandmother who has passed away.

Three of my good friends had previously used Elite Entertainment and they were GREAT!!!! So, when it was my special day, there was not a second thought in my mind....I was using Elite Entertainment. While I would still recommend them, I was slightly disappointed with the specific DJ I had.While he played all the songs I had pre-requested, he did not play the remaining music like I had requested. Due to this, many of the "older" guests did not enjoy the music and left early.He was still very nice, but just disappointing that he didn't remember/do as I had requested.

When we are booked on a date, Elite is one of the few companies we will refer our clients too. They are a very professional, organized and fun company to work with, and their package deals are an amazing value! We highly recommend Elite Entertainment!
