Elk Point Events

Leading up to the wedding, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. However once the wedding day arrived, Ginny was an absolute nightmare. She was rude to our guests, completely inflexible, and totally unprofessional. It is clear that this woman hates working with weddings or people in general. She is entirely in the wrong business. This is so unfortunate because the venue is absolutely beautiful and overlooks the lake (although they could spruce up the property- it definitely feels like this is their "side" business and don't put much effort in). Overall, you pay $$$ for the spectacular view, not the service.
