As a discriminating bride, your wedding gown should be the most romantic expression of who you are. Why not collaborate with a top couture designer to create an exclusive design that is all your own? You can select from my portfolio of designs or bring me your ideas and through my creativity, skill and craftsmanship and I will create the gown that you have always envisioned wearing.

While you may think that having a custom gown made is not affordable, it simply may not be the case. Depending on the style and detail of the dress, it can be very affordable. During your private consultation we will review your ideas, pictures and vision for your gown. I will create a sketch of your gown, take detailed measurements and begin the process of making your gown.

Have you found your perfect gown already? Great! I also offer expert wedding dress alterations at affordable prices. Rest assured that your gown will fit you like a glove and will be picture perfect for your Big Day.

Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?

Yes, I schedule appointments with each client. We meet and discuss her style preferences and make a determination if a La Chatuise wedding dress or custom gown is right for her.

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?

3-6 months

How often do you receive new dresses?

1-2 months

Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?

As part of the design process, the client approves my work at each fitting so that the final product will meet or exceed her expectations. On the rare occasion that a client is not satisfied, we will come to a mutually agreeable solution to the problem.

Additional Advice

The thought of having a gown custom made can bring up many questions and/or concerns: Will it turn out as I had envisioned? What about quality? Is it affordable?

The key is to have a consultation with the designer. It provides an opportunity for the client to discuss any concerns and for the designer to answer any questions. In addition, the client will be able to view the designer’s sketches and see samples of her work. Ask for references—a credible designer is more than happy to provide a list of previous clients.
