Embassy Suites Chicago Lakefront

My husband and I booked the Embassy Suites for our reception venue. It is located right in the heart of Chicago and such a great deal - much less expensive than the other hotels. We worked with Dan and he was great. The only complaint I have is that he wasn't very responsive and it took several attempts to get in touch with him sometimes. While this was slightly concerning for someone planning their own wedding, I do have to say that Dan delivered everything and more on the wedding day! We dropped off all of our decorations a week before the wedding and he made sure everything was set up perfectly on the day of. It was absolutely beautiful! He was more than accommodating to us throughout the entire process and even let us view our flower sampling at the hotel a month before the wedding so we could see what the centerpieces looked like with the fully decorated tables. The food was absolutely amazing! Our menu tasting was a meal in and of itself! We were taking bridal party photos during cocktail hour, but our guests said that they've never tasted anything more delicious! We also worked with Dan to have a full service ice cream sundae bar and pizza/hot dog tables for late night snacks. Everything was amazing and I am so thankful for Dan and all of his hard work!!
