We reserved a hotel block at the Embassy Suites in Troy. Embassy Suites has a partnership with Petruzzello's (our reception site). They provide a free shuttle back and forth. They also provide a free breakfast buffet with made-to-order eggs. My coordinator there, Suzi, was helpful in answering questions and providing a guest list so I could make the gift bags for the out-of-town guests.
