Embrace the Grape is a 5 star caterer, everything from initial discussion, cost estimates, selection of services, and professional presentation was on the money and done in a easy to understand process. I would recommend Jane Monroe....without any reservation, if you want a hassle-free, personable beverage service, Embrace the Grape has outperformed and leaves you feeling you were given the best service, it was a very successful wedding evening, thanks to Embrace the Grape and the professionalism of Jane Monroe.

I recently used Embrace The Grape for bartending services at my wedding. Jane, the owner, was amazing! She was so easy to talk to and was wonderful at guess-timating what and how much we would need! The servers were very professional and were very well dressed for my wedding! They did a great job and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Jane was absolutely amazing! ETG bar-tending was perfect for our wedding reception. Our guests could easily order what they wanted and we even got to have our own signature drink. Thank you Jane and everyone else at ETG!

Embrace the Grape Beverage Catering is a full service beverage caterer specializing in cash and hosted, alcoholic and non alcoholic bars. We customize each bar based on conversations with our clients, not with cookie cutter packages. By the time your event date arrives, we know you and your dreams for the big day well. Then we deliver professionalism, respect and entertainment in the bar tailored exactly for you.

What catering services do you provide?

Cocktail Reception

What bar services do you provide?

Cash Bar, Limited Bar, Open Bar

What alcohol services do you provide?

Champagne Toast, House Beer, House Wine, Premium Liquor, Rail Liquor, Specialty Beer, Specialty Wine

Do you offer a tasting for potential clients?

ETG offers tastings after a client has booked our service. Most of the time a tasting is not necessary except if the client would like an original signature drink.

Are you licensed to sell alcohol? If yes, where are you licensed?

We are fully licensed to do cash and hosted bars in Jackson County, MO. We have also worked in Cass and Clay county, but on a limited basis. We are not licensed in Kansas (yet), but can provide bartenders if the client secures the alcohol.

Do you allow outside alcohol? If yes, what is the corkage fee?

We allow outside alcohol IF Embrace the Grape is unable to buy the item from our distributors and we know in advance what to expect. In that case, the corkage fee is $10 per bottle.

What is your maximum catering capacity?

5000

Additional Advice

In addition to traditional bars, we also provide themed bar service. For example, martini bars or bloody mary bars. ETG also has a full line of original non-alcoholic drinks (mocktails) which can be contracted by themselves or added onto a traditional bar.
