Enchanted Cypress Ballroom

This was over and beyond what I had imagined. Everything went perfectly. They catered to our needs without hesitating. It was absolutely amazing. Everyone there had an amazing time and people still talk about gorgeous and nice the reception was :)

My experience with Enchanted Cypress Ballroom was amazing. I had my dream wedding and had so much help from the planner that was provided, Maygen. She did everything and was very prompt at responding to all of my questions. The venue is so beautiful and perfect for a wedding of any size. There are separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception...all with beautiful chandeliers. My day was perfect there were no problems, and it was everything I had dreamed and more. The food is also excellent, the guests loved the appetizers that were passed during the cocktail hour, especially the beef wellington. The waitstaff and bartenders were so nice and very attentive. The meal was also wonderful, we had a plated diner and the staff was very efficient at getting the meals out quickly. The ballroom is gorgeous and has an amazing sound system, if you like to dance this is the place for you. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding!

My daughter had her wedding reception at this beautiful venue. From planning the event to loading up the gifts at the end of the reception, Maygen and her staff were very professional and helpful. They offered ideas and suggestions during the planning phase and the execution of all the planning was perfect. Our guests had and wonderful time. They commented on how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was. I would highly recommend this venue.

We had a fabulous experience. Brenda was very responsive to our needs both in planning and the day of the wedding. She worked closely with our wedding coordinator on every detail. The facility was absolutely gorgeous for the wedding. The food was delicious and abundant. The value was outstanding compared to many other venues. So much is included in the base price which made planning so much easier and kept the cost down. The picture walls around the room were an enjoyable touch for our guests and were included in the price. The dance floor is large enough to accomodate a large group. We were pleased and so many of our guests remarked how awed they were by the beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this facility.

I had my dream wedding recently and Enchanted Cypress helped that dream come true. Aside from their incredibly gorgeous venue, Maygen helped us realize everything we had imagined. Not only were they super affordable they were also very accommodating. They let us bring in our own liquor, desserts for a dessert bar, and have choices of different menus (All things that a lot of other venues wouldn't allow). Maygen, Thank you so very much for taking care of all the little hiccups. You truly are great at your job and we are so happy that we got to spend our first day as husband and wife with you guys.

If you're looking for a fairytale venue and incredible service definitely look into Enchanted...

I am really happy that I had my wedding here and not anywhere else! Everyone still talks about how amazing my wedding was. This is the place to get married in the Houston area. Once again just AMAZING.

Awesome ballroom!!! The best I could find in Houston based on my criteria. We didnt even need to invest in decoration since the hall is so magnificent! Mayghen, the wedding coordinator, is awesome!! She was very flexible, patient, and able to deal with crazy situations :-)
Used more than half our budget for the hall, but was well worth it. All our guests were amazed and "enchanted" by this...

Maygan was great. The only issue we had guests complained about valet parking which I should've told them if enchanted management told me in contract there was going to be a charge $7 for parking. To them it looked like I invited them to steal or rip off $7 from them. I heard a lot of friends complaining some even called my planner to complain how good the wedding was but valet charge was ridiculous. Another guest even had a fight with the valet cops were called. one of my guest was given a wrong ticket and was refused to get her car. Total mess. . The wedding was fabulous just don't understand why your management will let valet parking ruin their reputation it should've been included in my contract I was told parking was free so why the charge? Some of my guests stated they knew they were being defrauded as some refused to pay and just parked their car. They also hired a security guy who told them their car will be towed if they park it. I am now forced to apologize to all my guests and will be sending a card and statement just to tell them I was lied to and tricked. This is more like having a medicine after death..

When we first booked this venue, our coordinator was Andrea and she was so professional and we loved the venue. Everything thing was great until a month before the wedding. We went for a food tasting and found out that our coordinator no longer was working there and we had a new girl named Brenda. Brenda was unprofessional lacked experience. We asked to speak the the owner, who was very nice and reassured us that everything would be fine and that he would talk with Brenda. On the day of the wedding Brenda was clueless. We spent so much time trying to find her during the event. For cocktail hour Brenda was suppose to open up the curtains so that everyone could find their seat and be comfortable while the wedding party was taking pictures. We came into the Venue an hour later to find that Brenda never opened up the curtains for people to sit, so for an hour our 200 guest were made to stand with their drinks and food. We had a schedule that she was responsible to make sure things were done at certain times and she was no where to be found. If it wasn't for our DJ picking up her slack nothing would have gone right. All night long you saw our DJ having to go find Brenda to tell her what needed to be done next. Our photographer missed the Father Daughter dance because Brenda didn't follow the schedule. I had to find Brenda to tell her that they needed to serve the food because it was late and then the food was cold. The rest of the staff were very nice and professional. This is such a beautiful venue, it's a shame that our coordinator did such a bad job! I would recommend this vendor, but be careful who you get as a coordinator.

Enchanted created a wonderful environment and experience for my guest. They were flexible and fair. We received a fantastic deal from them. Their staff was wonderful. The food was delish!!!! I was somewhat dissappointed in the quality of the cake the venue set up. The cake tasted wondeful but it was poorly constructed. The DJ they supplied was fantastic as well. We brought in a DJ to handle the Nigerian part of our ceremony. Their DJ worked fantastic with our the other DJ. I was overall very impressed with the planning process and the outcome. Enchanted is defintely a wonderful venue.

Enchanted will BLOW YOU AWAY! It is a hidden gem like no other. Not only did a get a beautiful balroom with huge stunning chandeliers, picture walls all over, stunning set up, I also got a wedding coordinator. Maygen was my coordinator from enchanted, and I thought she was there to just help me plan my night out, but she WENT OVER AND BEYOND. She was a TRUE WEDDING COORDINATOR! Set everyone in line, kept it all moving slowly. If it meant her serving tables their plates to make it run smoother she did it. She helped me plan everything from the time I arrived till it ended. Usually you have to pay extra for a coordinator and we got her as part of our fee. I left that night saying "This night was all I wanted and more" The whole time everyone was like how did you find this place. I had a few friends ask if would be offended if they got married there two, I was like no way this place is AWESOME. The food was FANTASTIC, soo many compliments. People thought I spent WAY more then I did because this place was that over the top!! I recommend it to anyone and everyone!!

Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County held there Toolbox Bash event at this venue and the experience was very good.

Abdee(owner) and Andrea(coordinator) are the best. They truely gave it their all to make sure our "Perfect Day" stood up to its name. Since day one, Andrea has been very good at making sure you get everything you would need and gave very good professional advise. When it comes to big decisions, Abdee is a very admirable gentleman with great understandings. These two will bend over backwards to make everything work for us. The most important thing in our reception was the ability to keep our culture and still able to utilize the Enchanted Cypress Ballroom, it is hard with certain rules and regulations, but they were able to do it for us, with that in mind, ECB is now top contender that is able to provide us with a beautiful place while hosting our vietnamese family and still keep our traditions. This place will be recommended by us to all of our friends as a top consideration for all parties. Thank you so much Andrea and Abdee, and thank you ECB crew.

Absolutely the most BEAUTIFUL Ballroom!! Words cannot describe what an amazing place this is. Everyone was breathless as they walked into our reception. I must say, I had an unforgettable wedding thanks to the beautiful venue. Our pictures there are just AMAZING. Andrea did a great job at helping organize our event, the owner of the venue is extremely reasonalbe and kind, and the staff is on top of everything. Every single memeory of our wedding reception is great. All of our guests continue to share with us what an amazing time they had there. I guarantee you, once you see it, you will not want to leave without booking this place. Def a dream come true. . . . . Thank you, Enchanted Cypress!!!!
Oh, and def go to the spa next door for hair & makeup (same owner). Nandana Day Spa is the best!

Amazing place beautiful and professional wedding of our dreams!!!

We had our reception at Enchanted Cypress Ballroom on October 16th and it was AMAZING! Not only is the venue absolutely GORGEOUS, Andrea and everyone else at Enchanted Cypress, did an amazing job coordinating everything and making sure our reception went off without any problems. I just wish I knew you could have your ceremony upstairs and reception downstairs before I booked the church for the ceremony. If I had to do it all over again, I would have booked them for both the ceremony and reception. I 100% recommend Enchanted Cypress Ballroom for weddings or any events. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the reception was and how great the food tasted. Enchanted Cypress is amazing and I am so blessed to have been able to have our reception there and to have worked with an honest, professional vendor. Thank you so much, Enchanted Cypress!!!
