Andy and Chris are such a pleasure to work with! I enjoyed my communication with them, as well as their professionalism and sound advice. I highly HIGHLY recommend having them be a part of your big day! I am so thankful my wedding planner recommended them to me!

Steve and Andy are awesome! They have the best musicians and just the best sound systems for providing audio support for their very gifted musicians as well. Most Ensemble companies only provide the musicians and not the sound system for them to play into. Enchanted Evening has an outstanding sound system that they provide unlike many DJ companies for that matter. It's all very top notch and they are just the greatest to work with. They have no competitors as they simple are the best and in a class all their own. We've all heard the saying "You get what you pay for" well you get way more then you pay for with Enchanted Evening.

Enchanted Evening Productions opened its doors for business in 1991. Recognized as one of Southern California’s most vibrant, versatile, and distinctive chamber music groups, the Enchanted Evening Chamber Ensemble is celebrating its sixteenth year. With the possibilities inherent in its unique combination of instruments, — piano or keyboard, violin, viola, cello and double bass — Enchanted Evening offers exciting interpretations of a standard repertoire, introduces audiences to rarely-performed masterpieces and arranges music from all genres for an elegant and distinctive chamber sound. Cutting-edge programming features diverse works by composers ranging from Mozart, Vivaldi and Schubert to Dohnányi, Piazzola, Van Morrison, Dave Matthews, Coldplay and Led Zeppelin. The Enchanted Evening Chamber Ensemble is an outstanding group of musicians who represent an incredibly versatile range of genres. The core ensemble is made up of piano, violin, viola and cello. It creates an alchemy of pop favorites with a classical twist or plays standard classical music repertoire with expertise and elegance. When performing larger works, the ensemble is enhanced with flute, oboe, trumpet, percussion/drums and harp. Every performance begins with a completely original artistic palate and careful attention to detail.

What is your band's usual attire?

Women: Formal dressy black concert attire, Men: Tuxedos

Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?

We offer live sample performances at public concerts or events, not private weddings or events. We also have a free demo CD we can send to brides and prospective clients.

Are you willing to learn songs that you do not currently know?

Yes. Our music director arranges songs specifically for our ensemble's instrumentation. Also, as a part of our regular service, we will custom arrange up to two or three songs for no additional cost.

How much time do you usually need for setup?

Depends on the ensemble size and the amount of sound equipment needed, usually anywhere from 1/2 hour to 1&1/2 hours. Our acoustic setup takes 15-20 minutes.

How much space do you usually require?

Depends on size of ensemble, usually 4' x 5' per musician.

Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?

No, we do not advertise or market ourselves at client's events with a sign or banner, however, if a guest asks for a business card, we would provide them with one.

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?

We provide our own state-of-the-art sound enhancement systems when needed.

Do you usually emcee the event, or talk between songs?

Yes, if the client wishes us to, our band leader will draw up a custom script.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We require a meal break if we are on the job for four or more hours. It is customary for wedding party to provide a vendor meal for the musicians but not mandatory.

Do you play recorded music during your break?

Yes, if the client requests it.

What is your overtime rate?

Depends on the size of the ensemble and length of time. Information is made available to all clients in our performance agreement or you can all our business office for more details.

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?

Yes, we charge additional for travel over a 50 miles radius of our home base. Depends on size of ensemble and distance.

What is the required deposit to secure your services?

We require a signed agreement along with a 40-50% deposit.

What ceremony music arrangements can you provide?

Instrumental - Solo, Instrumental - Trio, Orchestra, Soloist / Vocalist, String - Quartet, String - Quintet, String - Trio
