Alex is a super magician. She can make everything you want for your party to be perfect. I had my wedding in california while both me and my husband are from another state. Without Alex, it wouldn't have happened. She did a extremly great job in everything and every detail, super organized, efficient and creative. Thank you, Alex. It was such a wonderful time you created for all of us!
We had no regrets hiring Alex for our day of coordinator. She was so quick with emails and so detailed with her work to help our day run smoothly. She took the time to have a walk thru of the location and just go over everything to ensure nothing was missed and truly everything turned out the way we hoped it would and it was all thanks to Alex helping us make it happen. She was a life savor and i know we couldn't have had a more relaxed well organized wedding without her. Thank you Alex for making our wedding day memorable and for taking on all the grunt work while we got to enjoy our big day.
My husband and I decided to have a small, low-key wedding ceremony in a local park followed by a cocktail party in our own backyard. Despite our non-traditional approach to the wedding, we did decide early on that we needed an extra set of hands on the day to take care of anything that needed taking care of so that we could enjoy our day. Alexandra was phenomenal as that person.
Although I had hired Alexandra as my Day of Coordinator only, she was always available to me on the phone and was great about answering questions. She was very organized, prepared and professional but also very friendly and calm, which was a prerequisite for me.
Despite having a "simple" wedding, I still wanted it to be special with lots of little details. I am an absolute control freak, so handing off all of the things that I wanted done to make the day memorable was difficult for me, but handing them off to someone as capable of Alexandra made it a lot easier.
On my wedding day, I had absolute zero stress. I knew that Alexandra had everything handled and under control and all I had to do was show up and enjoy myself. My husband and I actually felt like guests at our own wedding (in our own backyard!) which was largely due to the amazing job that Alexandra did.
Alex was just awesome. She had lots of suggestions but was also open to all of our ideas. She was extremely organized and helped us keep tabs on everything from our expenses to our song list. We were buying a house at the same time and Alex was a lifesaver because she called vendors, made appointments, and negotiated for us. She did as little or as much as we wanted her to and that was really great. Our invitations for both our engagement and our wedding came out incredible...better than we thought they would and we were so happy with them. We would highly recommend Alexandra Doudian and Enchanted Events & Design!
Alex was a complete angel sent from up above. If it weren't for her, I don't think I would have gotten married because of all the stress involved in the planning. She did a wonderful job of keeping us organized and tracking our expenses. She is wonderful to talk to and has a great way of calming your nerves when you're freaking out. I had never really envisioned what my wedding would be like but she did a great job of putting all my small ideas here and there together to make a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception. I couldn't have been more pleased. In the planning process, she made calls and visited vendors when I knew I couldn't and make suggestions and recommendations. During the reception, everything ran smoothly. I realized that without her, we would have had to find more people with the setting up and tearing down or it would have been us having to do that. After going through that day, I realized how much I really appreciated hiring her for that special day. She went above and beyond what I expected that day. She made our day so memorable and I would recommend her to anyone of my friends.
Alex is extremely helpful, resourceful and creative. She does not judge your preferences or impose her own ideas on you, but listens to you and makes recommendations accordingly. She made us the most beautiful wedding invitations and card box and got it down to fit our budget. I would wholeheartedly recommend Enchanted Events and Design!
We are SO happy with all the work that Alexandra did. It was by far one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning and budget. I was living 500 miles away for 2 years and up until two weeks before the wedding. Therefore, having Alexandra to help coordinate things locally was a blessing. She has such a pleasant attitude and personality. Even more so, the ability to make things happen smoothly and without issue on day-of. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
Alexandra Doudian of Enchanted Events & Design was a tremendous help when it came to helping my now husband and I plan for our wedding. Alex was a fantastic wedding coordinator. She's a great communicator, has a great mind for details and was single-handedly responsible for keeping us sane on our wedding day. Somehow she was always right there by our side when we needed her, yet unobtrusive at the same time. We whole-heartedly recommend her.

Alex, was absolutely fabulous. The day of the wedding she was every where and on top of everything. I did not have one worry in the world that day, she had it all covered and was so calm and collective about it! I got so many compliments from my vendors and guest at my wedding on how great and helpful she was. My husband was like, 'Wow honey, where did you find her?' I even got an e-mail from my reception site saying how great it was working with her. I'm so glad I chose Alex for my day of. She allowed me to have great memories.
I decided early on to hire a day-of coordinator so I would not have to worry about checking place settings and making sure my luminaries were lit. Alex went above and beyond my expectations. For those of you trying to decide whether to hire a day-of coordinator—I highly recommend it and I highly recommend Alex. I did not worry about a thing on my wedding day.I do not know what I would have done without Alex. I did not have to do anything but enjoy myself! Probably the most important things were that she was so nice, and so professional, and so cool. Several people commented on how wonderful she was “Who was that coordinator? She was great…” My family gave her a big thumbs-up.
I got the card box yesterday. I just wanted to send an e-mail to tell you how beautiful it is. I got a lot of compliments on it already. My fiance's mom, who is an interior decorator, and very picky, just loves it.

Alex was just great. She helped me to make a great timeline and organize the order of the processional. She really helped me cement a lot of details that I hadn’t given much thought to. On the wedding day, she showed up on time and got right to work helping to set everything up. She has great ideas and she is prepared for emergencies. One of my friends fell down the stairs and Alex had a first aid kit ready to go. She is great at prompting people without being bossy, and she moved all of the days events along really well. She worked really hard for the whole day! She did so many extra tasks. She even did all the announcements of events for the night because we didn’t have a DJ. I am not sure how she got it all done!
Hiring Alex was the best decision we made. She was absolutely amazing. At our initial meetings she raised questions I never thought of and she never stopped going the day of the wedding. She repeatedly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible, especially when we had to completely revise the schedule 24 hours before the wedding. Without her, I would have been a wreck.
