Jackie is amazing! She coordinated one of my best friend's wedding and kept us all sane, organized, and on time. I knew when it was my time to get married I would want her there! We are still 7 months out from our wedding but so far she has been extremely helpful, nice, and very responsive. She gives great vendor recommendations, and she has very unique ideas that I never would have thought of. I know my big day is in great hands with her!
UPDATE - the wedding went off without a hitch and I truly felt like a guest at my own wedding. Jackie was amazing and I know I couldn't have had such a great day without her. She is the best!!

Jackie Jones Wilson is simply the best. My husband and I had not a clue how to begin planning a wedding. In the end she was the best decision we made. Jackie has a wealth of knowledge and works with really good people from budget to high end.
She is very intuitive at suggesting venders that will best suit your personality and needs. Everyone she recommended was outstanding.
I knew exactly what I was looking for in regards to design. Jackie really understood it and had some really cool ideas. She is so completely down to earth and will go out of her way to make sure you have exactly what you want. She is understated elegance. She was also up for any unique or crazy idea we threw out there. I was a very particular bride and Jackie was unbelievably patient with me as I painstakingly searched for the perfect ladle, water pitcher and salt and pepper shaker. She was very easy to reach when I needed her and always gracious. She went out of her way to assist me in my various searches as well.
She has an incredible eye for detail that may have rivaled mine. My cousin described the experience as ‘being an extra in a movie’. That was the ultimate compliment.
She provided an unbelievably detailed itinerary down to the minute for everyone involved so our wedding day was as beautiful as I believed it would be. My guests even remarked how seamlessly the entire evening was orchestrated.
We even had a three alarm fire at our post party venue that Jackie handled with the greatest of ease. My family still continues to marvel at the way she calmly and quickly handled the situation.
I had to be the most relaxed bride in history.. And that's saying a lot!

Jackie was absolutely the best decision we made! Not only does she take care of every detail, have flawless taste, is extremely knowledgeable and creative, but she is also wonderful to work with. Planning a wedding can be a stressful process but with Jackie as our wedding coordinator the preparation was nothing but fun and stress-free. The wedding day itself went off better than I ever thought possible. Jackie's minute by minute itinerary and exceptional vendors and staff took care of everything and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our day without having to worry about anything. I can't thank her enough for all she did to make our wedding day perfect and would recommend her to any bride looking for a planner. Six months later and we are still receiving wonderful compliments about the wedding!

Several months ago I was going crazy trying to figure out how to best plan my wedding. This was not a first wedding (for either myself or my fiancee), but we did want to have a simple, elegant and special wedding to celebrate. I was fortunate to find Jackie and her website" Enchanged Weddings and Wine Country Elopements" as we had considered "eloping" after being overwhelmed with all different vendors and "commercialization" that evolved around getting married (quite a business)! Needless to say, I contacted Jackie and she turned out to be an angel......the wedding planning angel! She is a one stop shop for weddings and will work diligently to ensure your wedding is everthing you hope and wish for. She will coordinate all the details from start to finish to make your special day happen. If you are looking for someone to step in and guide you through the wedding "process" I think you will be pleased using Jackie. I think what was most beneficial for me was to have Jackie step in and coordinate all the details from the ceremony, to photography, music, flowers, etc......all I can say is that we had a beautiful ceremony that was elegant, tasteful and special.

We worked with some amazing wedding vendors...and it all started with Jackie Jones-Wilson, owner of Wine Country Elopements. Through her high-end wedding planning business, Jackie has acess to top vendors who are willing to work with her in offering cut rates for mid-week elopments. (Small weddings up to about 24 people, mine ws 18 including bride and groom!)

These cut rates by no means mean cut service! The package I purchased included an amazing venue (truly amazingly beautiful winery), my hair and makeup with a great styleist, a very cool officiant, excellent photographer, yummy cocktail reception, fantastic flowers and a cake that ws both beautiful and tasty!

Jackie was also great in working with me to customize the package: I wanted an upgrade in the floral package she offered, I choose to do a hair and makeup preview, I wanted the photographer to continue to the resturaunt where we had the dinner reception (not part of the package) instead of only having photos at the winery. All of these special requests were handeled very smoothly and I felt that the incremental costs for my special requests were EXTREMELY reasonable.

All-in-all Jackie did a great job and helped to make my wedding a beautiful, intimate, laughter-filled occasion that will be cherished by everyone who attended. Thanks Jackie!

My husband, Grant, and I had had prior experience planning events, so we had hoped to avoid hiring a wedding coordinator. We wanted to have control over our event, we feared putting such important tasks in someone else's hands, and we thought that we could save a buck. Luckily, our worries were unfounded. Looking back I can't imagine not having Jackie as part of our wedding experience. My mom and I still laugh about how unprepared we were for the intricacies of planning a wedding. Especially when we were planning it from Chicago. We only visited California once prior to our wedding and everything else was accomplished over the phone and email. Jackie had a detailed itinerary waiting for us upon our arrival and we never stopped. She narrowed down the vendors, so that we only had to interview the three that best fit our needs. This saved us a lot of time. And we never once questioned the vendors that she chose for us to meet. Everyone that Jackie referred was professional, friendly, and performed outstanding work. At the end of the day, my husband and I were able to make all of the final decisions that defined our event and we were able to do it with the piece of mind that we had selected from the best of the best.

I interviewed 6 wedding coordinators as we narrowed down our wedding ideas. After, I got off the phone with Jackie; I knew that we had found the right one for us. Grant and I still count Jackie as a friend. After all of her hard work and effort to make our wedding such a special affair, it was impossible to walk away from the friendship that was made. We can't say enough about Jackie's warm personality, attention to detail, ability to help keep you on course, and her wonderful contacts throughout Wine Country. You won't be disappointed. Our friends and family are still talking about our wedding and how amazing it was -- thanks to Jackie.

We found Jackie through her website while we were in Las Vegas. She was prompt at getting back to us and very excited to help us. This was our first trip to the Napa area so we were very dependent upon her recommendations. Jackie helped us through every step of the process, and nothing was cookie cutter. Her knowledge of the area and vendors is exceptional. There are many places that are good in this area, but few that are exceptional. Jackie wants the best for her clients and it shows in her dedication and her final product.

This was truly a special event that we will cherish forever.
