Encore....perfect name because you just want more and more of them. This band has everything it takes to make a wedding magical. Their sound and versatility make them all you could want, from classical at the ceremony to the music that fits your style at the reception. They are professional and talented people and true crowd pleasers. The dance flloor at my daughter's wedding was never empty but they still found the time to go around to the tables to make those who didn't dance feel a part of the fun. FABULOUS BAND

Absolutely Amazing!!! My now husband and I live in Texas and we were planning out Michigan Wedding from here. Encore was so helpful and we leaned on them for their suggestions. We had a band as well, and Encore did an amazing job coordinating the transition. Rob and his assistant must have asked us 5 times during the night how everything was, if we need anything, etc. They also did our lighting and monogram graphics. Extremely professional and great value for the service giving. Great music choice as well!! Highly recommending them!!

They were very energetic and did what was requested. They got the guests going and were able to get whatever music we needed for our wedding dances.

You have to be very specific with what you want. For the bridal party dance, the parents weren't called up to dance. All wedding I have been to the parents were called up with the bridal party dance, so I thought this would happen without me asking. However, it didn't.

Encore did a great job at our wedding, Rob was managing our event and set up a great lighting display. I had more compliments on the Encore service and the food than ANYTHING else. RECOMMENDED.

Rob was great. We had so much fun at our reception as well as all of our guests. The pick n' play feature was awesome as well. We didn't miss out on any of the important songs that meant so much to us. Thanks Rob!

Loved working with these guys, very helpful and friendly. We got the dj service and photo booth (which both were amazing) and the floor monogram (which was very unique).

Encore Event Group did a fantastic job, from our lighting to our DJ and photobooth, our family and friends complimented them over and over and I have never seen such professionalism. Everyone said they had a blast with much thanks to Rob and his fiance for making our wedding day PERFECT!

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.\r\n\r\nI had my wedding in 2011 and this company is the biggest regret I have about my wedding. Upon meeting Rob (owner), we were very excited about the lighting, DJ and photobooth we were going to receive from them. They showed us pictures and examples of their lighting and photobooth and they were the one vendor we felt so confident in. What we were promised was not what we got - esp. the lighting and photobooth.\r\n\r\nNEGATIVES:\r\n\r\nLighting: HUGE NEGATIVE\r\n1.) Our reception started a whole hour late because they were not set up (only 2 people running the photobooth, dj, and lighting) and had to start even without lighting, which did not get fixed at all and so lighting for the entire reception was nonexistent.\r\n2.) We were promised a name monogram on the dance floor, which just happened to break that day, so, no name monogram (over $100+).\r\n3.) We were promised a \"white wash\" on the dance floor for our first dance & cake cutting and the only thing that consisted of was a panel about 8\"x10\" that had LED lights that was sitting on the floor aimed at our feet. The dance floor was pitch black so our venue tried to turn on some house lights and our photographers had to go grab their extra light to shine on us so they could get some pictures of our first dance. \r\n4.) We were promised pin spots on each table to light up each centerpiece - only a few tables had pin spots and the excuse that we were given was that the overhead lighting interfered with how the pin spots look but we had to turn on overhead lights b/c their lighting was nonexistent.\r\n5.) We were promised uplighting around the dance floor and did not get this as well - only 1 pillar was lit up.\r\n\r\nPhotobooth: The photobooth was poorly constructed and looked dated as the curtain rods kept falling down and the seating was unstable - the excuse we were given was that people get rowdy in the booth so thats why the photobooth was like that. When we met with them, we were shown a completely different photobooth and assured that all the photobooths were \"upgraded.\" We were promised an attendant for about 80% of the time as the person would go back and forth from DJ to photobooth. There was hardly anyone there so my sister in law was pretty much trying to organize and make the scrapbook album. Only about 5 pages were actually put together. Our images were poorly printed: the quality was okay; however, due to \"printer problems,\" it cut off the bottom of our footer on ALL prints. After the wedding, they agreed to reprint all of the images and mailed those to us (2 months after the fact); unfortunately, all of our guests went home with the cut off images. We were given a flash drive of images though, so that was helpful. \r\n\r\nPOSITIVES:\r\n\r\nDJ: This was the one positive aspect of this company. Sam was great to work with; We met with him in person and he gave us a short example of how he DJs. We talked with him in length about the type of music we did and DID NOT want, and he met our expectations on that. He responded to emails quickly and had phone conversations with me to make sure he had the pronunciations down and the correct music. Our ceremony music went flawlessly and for the reception, we had a younger group of people at our wedding so we wanted the music to stay in the top 40/hip hop and Sam did a good job with that and did take some requests as well. We were satisfied with the DJ component of the services provided. HOWEVER, we were promised a \"glam cam\" of photos taken during the reception dance party, which we were not given as well. \r\n\r\nAFTER THE WEDDING:\r\nWe called Rob (owner) to discuss our frustrations and disappointment with services provided and he claimed that nothing had gone wrong in the wedding and that all of my claims were unfounded. This infuriated me even more as he went on to say that they had done nothing wrong and everything had followed the timeline we had agreed on. I sent him pictures with time stamps of our late entrance due to their inability to set up on time for our reception, poor lighting that did not light up the dance floor as he had stated they would, lighting that did not \"pin spot\" tables, lighting that failed to work, lighting that did not exist as we had agreed upon in our contract (i.e. pinspots, 20 LEDS, etc), and lack of attendant at the photobooth. Finally, my husband had to take over handling this situation as I was unable to deal with him any longer. Long story short, after many ridiculous phone conversations and emails, we were able to recoup only 1/3 of what we paid for services. \r\n\r\nOVERALL:\r\nSave yourself the headache and DO NOT use this company. They do not provide what they promise you and are not customer friendly when you are not satisfied with services (even with proof!). It was not worth it to spend the next 3 weeks after our wedding (when you should be on your honeymoon and enjoying your time as newlyweds!) trying to get some money back from them and then waiting an additional 2 months to get reprints.

Rob is awesome! He took the time to ask us what we wanted. He is excellent at what he does. The music for our entrance was timed perfectly. Our guests loved the photo booth and music. Several of them want to use Rob for their future events.

We had the photobooth and DJ services. Both were great. Our guests LOVED the photobooth and the DJ played exactly what we wanted, and checked in with us regularly through the night!

Rob was a great addition to our wedding. He provided the lighting,dj and photo-booth services. The guests adored the booth. I got so many compliments weeks after the wedding. He provided a good energy at the reception and made everyone feel comfortable. The lighting was very beautiful and had really set the tone for the whole theme of the reception. He is very thorough and professional and really takes the time out to get to know you at the consultation. I would definitely book him for parties,anniversaries,etc. Encore is definitely going places, including your wedding, Book him!!!!!

Robert was so great to work with! He was able to help us with some last minute music changes. He was able to keep all of our guests entertained and active, youngest to oldest guests had a wonderful time dancing and participating all night long! I suggest them to everyone I know who is planning an event!! =-)

Rob is the most helpful guy! Just fantastic! I would do it all over again no regrets! He did our lighting, photo booth and DJ. The photo booth was a smash hit for sure!! No wedding should go on without one. Best idea ever!!! The lighting just made the room sing and transformed us all out of the cold winter mix, into this beautiful night club feel, warm and inviting. The DJing, was very good but 95% of my guests complained that there songs never got played, whether or not that is true, I dont know. I had no hand in it nor do I care much. The music was great and everyone was dancing! I would highly recommend!

We used Encore for a DJ, lighting, and photobooth. I would highly recommend them for everything. Everyone had a great time (especially in the photobooth) and we are still getting compliments on the lighting 6 months later. Robert went above and beyond to help with anything we needed including suggesting vendors for other needs. We were able to make everyone (old and young) happy with their wide variety of music and have had several friends getting married in the next few years ask for their info. They go out of their way to make sure your day is tailored to you instead of being another boring cookie cutter reception and compared to other companies we looked into were much cheaper.

Encore Weddings was awesome! People still comment on how many people were on the dance floor all night at our wedding. Rob was so much more than a DJ for us. We have so many great pictures and videos we wouldn't have had if it wasn't for him. I even remember Rob asking me if I needed a drink or anything while we were eating dinner. Encore Weddings certainly did more than I expected.
P.S. We have been to a few weddings with other people from our wedding and during the other receptions they couldn't stop talking about how much better our DJ was!!!

Encore Wedding DJ's did a great job at our wedding! They provided the music, photobooth and lighting and we were very impressed with everything! The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful and even our guests complimented their professionalism. Everyone loved the photobooth and we have awesome pictures to remember our guests and our wedding! (Some of these photos are our favorites - especially because our guests were much more relaxed than in the professional pictures and you could tell everyone was having so much fun!) Our guests loved being able to keep a copy of the pictures too!

The lighting really added ambiance to our setting and the color of blue we used matched our decorations perfectly!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for these services for their wedding or any other event!

I would recommend Robert Reno and the staff of Encore Event Group in a heartbeat, over all those other competitive Dj's you hear about. I was very impressed with the packages Encore offers and the prices that went with it. I thought it was pretty awesome that my guests had an option to request music before the event...I had never seen that before! I was sooooooooo excited about the lighting option and the pictures of the lighting I saw on their website were simply amazing. It truly added an elegance factor to our room!!!!! Rob was very personable, professional, and down to earth on the phone (and in person!!) and never once pressured me into anything I didn't want to pay for unlike some competing companies! Our reception was a huge success and people danced THE ENTIRE night!! My biggest fear was the dance floor would be empty and people would be bored. HOWEVER, I got soooooooooooooo many compliments from our guests on things from the beautiful lighting,lighting effects, how involved the dj's were to the variety of music played! I think a couple of my guests even went up to them and personally told them what an amazing job they were doing! I also really loved the fact that they captured pictures from the reception that my photographer missed! Loved that! My only complaint was that we were all having so much fun the night ended way too fast! Encore ROCKS!!!! Thank you for making our night a huge success!!! Encore will always be our #1 recommendation!!!

Robert and his crew from Encore Wedding DJs provided everything they promised and more. The music was fantastic and the event lighting was gorgeous! We still get compliments on how beautiful and how much fun our wedding was, and it's all thanks to Encore Wedding DJs.

Encore Wedding DJs did our wedding reception in April 2009 and I would highly reccommend them to anyone planning a wedding. We actually saw them at my brother in laws wedding (their DJ) and liked them so much we hired them for ours!

Robert Reno (Encore Wedding DJ's) did a FABULOUS job both as an MC at our wedding and as a DJ! When I first called Encore Wedding DJ's, Robert Reno was extremely professional and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I booked him on the spot! In the weeks leading up to our wedding, he answered any questions I had as soon as I e-mailed or called him. The website that I could log into in order to request songs was very helpful. At our wedding, he played almost every single song that we asked him to play during our wedding reception, brought drinks to members of the wedding party throughout the evening, approached me throughout the evening to make sure I was happy with the way things were going, and he even took pictures of every single table! I loved seeing the pictures he took! The price for his services are EXTREMELY reasonable. In addition to music, Encore Wedding DJ's can also help with lighting, photo booths, and much more.

I absolutely loved Rob and his company. My husband and I were married 8/8/08, and we contacted Rob less than 6 months prior to the wedding. His price was the better than 3 other djs we contacted (including a friend of mine who said that his was the cheapest and good luck finding cheaper). Rob was flexible when at the last minute we canceled the intro song for the reception, so that our wedding bagpiper could pipe us in. He played all the songs we requested, asked our permission when one of my bridesmaids requested a song that he felt was probably not wedding appropriate (and I agreed with him!), he took dozens of pictures that were up on his website the very next morning. He was funny, and seemed to have just as much fun as we did! To this day he keeps in touch with my husband and I via facebook, and I know I can go to him if I have any questions regarding vendors. (ex: my baby sister is getting married and I went to him to ask him about limo companies, party buses, exotic car rentals, and within a short time he got back to me a list of vendors). I recommened him to my sister for her wedding, but her fiance's good friend already volunteered his services.
To this day my family still talks about how much fun our wedding was, and I credit much of this to Rob. My only regret is that my husband and I were so preoccupied with talking to guests and posing for photos that we didn't dance nearly as much as I wanted to.
If I could do it all over again, Rob would have been the first call I made.

Working with Rob was great! We priced out many of the well known DJ's in the area and Rob was definatley the best. He helped my wife and I make our day very special. He was easy to work with and extremely professional. You can not go wrong with Encore Wedding DJ's. I would recommend them to anyone!
