RAGHEAD Limousine

Booking this company was the biggest mistake we as parents made when planning our daughters wedding! To be fair, the actual limo was beautiful but the service was nonexistant! We contracted the company to take the newly weds to a 5 star hotel in our area for their honeymoon. When the driver arrived at the hotel there was a car ahead of them at the main enterance so she pulled the limo around to a side restuarant/service enterance (10:00 at night) and let the couple out. The bride and groom had never stayed at the hotel so they did not know they were at the wrong enterance. What should have been the grand finish of a beautiful night turned into the bride and groom entering the hotel thru the pool enterance and walking randomly through the halls of the hotel in their wedding clothes until they found the lobby. When we called to let the owner know he was so disrespectful and rude and basically informed us that we dropped them off at the hotel - so job done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
