DO NOT HIRE SPARROW PHOTOGRAPHY OR ERICA PRICE.
She is the absolute least professional person I worked with at my wedding. The day of, she was wonderful. She's an artist and took some really great photographer. But her business SUCKS. She refuses to answer emails or phone calls - she has used 3-4 different emails to contact me and 2-3 phone numbers. Basically - she makes it impossible to get a hold of her.
It has been over 2 months since my wedding. I have seen the pictures from my wedding in an online gallery (no official access - can't keep or save any of them), so I know the photos are available. She will not call me back - I want my photos. We had to skip doing photo thank you cards because I didn't have any of my professional pics from the wedding.
I've been so disappointed. Her photos are so beautiful but she needs to seriously catch a clue on how to run a business... usually emailing your clients back (after they have paid in full) is not a good business policy.
Do not hire Erica Price.
As the photographer for my wedding, Erica Price at Sparrow Photography was professional, fun, creative and flexible. She was exactly what we needed — someone very calm and collected during a very busy and hectic time! Even during several moments when nervous and anxious relatives were pulling her in multiple directions for a variety of family photos, Erica remained very composed and calm. She was wonderful to have there as a calming effect on a nerve-wrecking day. Her interns were very professional as well. And that doesn’t even get into her work as a photographer! Her photographs were beautiful. She got every shot we hoped for, and did it all without intruding into any special moments on our big day. She never made herself noticeable during the ceremony and knew exactly where to be to get the best shots. I highly recommend Erica for your special day!

This year my husband and I will celebrate our 8th anniversary (where does time go?) so I very much understand the importance of wedding pictures years down the road. Both the wonderful "hidden" moments of the day... as well as documenting your family and friends.
My roots are deeply connected to creating beautiful images. My dad is a photographer & visual artist and he taught me growing up how to read the light first, then document things in the sweetest light available.
