Eric was awesome to work with. We approached another DJ for our event but he was already booked (9 months out- for a Sunday!) and he referred us to Eric. Things definitely turned out for the best. Eric got to know us and the music we like and translated that into an awesome time. He was super easy to get a hold of and was able to meet with us with barely any notice. He is a professional DJ at a great price.

Eric was a great DJ for our wedding! He played everything we wanted for the ceremony and reception. He had all of our guests out on the dance floor. He did a great job getting the party going. His announcements were perfect too - he was entertaining but not too over the top, which is what we requested. Definitely recommend him.

Eric Starr was our DJ at our 10/29/11 wedding, and I can’t say too many good things about him! His online Event Portal was very helpful with organizing all the music choices and he 100% listened to everything we wanted at the wedding. I have heard horror stories about DJs ignoring “Don’t play” or “Must play” lists or doing the exact opposite of what a couple asks, and you don’t have to worry about that with Eric. As an MC, he was great; we never would have stayed on track with timing without him, and everyone complemented me later on how well organized it all was. My only disappointment (and I don’t think this is his fault, just a note for future brides) is that a lot my “must play” songs were played right when the dance floor opened, when no one was dancing quite yet, so I didn’t get to have some of my “dancing with my girls!” songs out on the floor. Like I said, not his fault, I also overestimated the amount of time I’d be able to dance without having to socialize, so I probably would have missed them anyway. A special point – my dad and I did a choreographed father-daughter dance with 2 songs edited together and Eric took care of everything for that. We just told him where to start and stop and he made it sound great. Overall, I highly recommend E Starr Entertainment!

We loved our DJ! Eric was amazing and kept the party going and followed our timeline to a 'T'. I would recommend him to anyone! He included all the guests at the reception, kept the request lines open (which at first worried me but it worked out great).

Eric did a good job. He came on time and played what we asked for. I was hoping that at my wedding that I would not have to worry about things getting taken of so I was a bit bummed that I had to check in on things, but given the location he did what he could.

Our wedding was a bit difficult so given that Eric handled it!!

Not to mention that he drived a far distance to get there. Good Price as well.
