eSTee Salon

I love the team at Estee. I heard they could take a lot of time but my friends and I were done so fast, we didn't know what to do with our extra time. They were very professional and made me and my bridesmaids look amazing. I would definetly recommend.

I'll try to make it short. I went to eSTee Salon to have my hair and makeup done for my wedding day. It all began with a trial run for my hair (two weeks before the big day) to figure out what I wanted. I took a bag of about five different combs, clips, and headbands and told the owner, Samina, "Do what you feel would be best." She looked at everything and ended up choosing what I liked best, and my hair was beautiful. She couldn't have done a better job, and definitely knew her stuff regarding my hair type, framing my face, etc. I was very pleased.I have never had my eyebrows done, so ES was my first. I thought they did a wonderful job. I was in and out in five minutes. Loved my eyebrows.Then the big day came. She agreed to come 30 min before the salon opened for me so that I could get to my destination on time. It would have been helpful had she not been 20 min late.She did my makeup, and it was beautiful as well. I loved it all. She offered to give me some backup lip color so I could touch it up later on in the day.This is where things went downhill. She didn't remember what I wanted to do with my hair (despite the trial run). I had to explain everything again. What really didn't sit well with me was when she said in these exact words "Let's change things up a little bit." On the wedding day, I don't want things changed up a little bit. To make a long story short, despite reminders of what I wanted, I ended up taking everything down that she did (which was not what I had asked for, I wanted a simple half up half down job, what I got was similar to a celtic knot on the top of my head) once I got to the wedding site, and I got there 45 min late. I was expecting her to know on the day of what I had asked for, and NOT to change things at the last minute. I expected her to be on time as well.

This place was HORRIBLE! When I booked my appointment I gave them my time frames and let them know when I had to leave. They told me that my appointment would take an hour and a half. It really took over 3 hours. They were not prepared, the stylists were unorganized and were arguing about who was supposed to do what. They did do my hair and makeup alright, I was pleased with the outcome but very put off by their demeanor and their lack of preparedness. As a result of their poor planning I missed my rehersal completely! I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you have hours to spare which few brides do on their wedding day!

Samina did such a wonderful job. She made me look very natural. I don’t usually wear much make up and she understood that and worked with me to make a wonderful look. I love the airbrush make up, it's perfect for your big day. I didn't have to worry about it coming off for 12 hours. I also didn’t feel like it was caked on. I also loved my hair. She was very good about working with me since I didn’t want a veil. She had a beautiful design in mind before she even began my trial. Everyone raved about how beautiful I looked. I had a trial run in May where we went over how I wanted my hair and make up done. I was very confident that both hair and make up would be great for the wedding day. I never had a feeling of uneasiness because she was very professional. I was pleased to say that I loved both hair and make up even more than I thought that I would.

This is the salon that I normally go to for everything! I have my hair colored here, I get my eyebrows waxed, and I have my fake eye lashes put on everytime I have a special event going on. For my wedding, there was no exception! Samina did a great job at helping me choose an hair style for me and my bridesmaids! My make-up was simple and fresh looking, and we all looked great! I love how organized and professional the whole staff is!
